"Apoteker adalah tenaga kefarmasian yang dapat menjalankan praktek kefarmasiannya pada berbagai fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan masyarakat, diantaranya adalah apotek. Tugas dan fungsi apotek adalah sebagai tempat pengabdian profesi seorang apoteker yang telah mengucapkan sumpah jabatan; sebagai sarana farmasi yang melaksanakan peracikan, pengubahan bentuk, pencampuran dan penyerahan obat atau bahan obat dan sebagai sarana penyalur perbekalan farmasi yang harus menyebarkan obat yang diperlukan masyarakat secara meluas dan merata. Peran apoteker menurut Peraturan Pemerintah No. 51 Tahun 2009 adalah melakukan pengadaan, produksi, distribusi dan pelayan kesehatan. Pelayanan kefarmasian di Rumah Sakit, diatur dan dikelola oleh Instalasi Farmasi Rumah Sakit (IFRS). Keberadaan pelayanan farmasi yang baik akan berpengaruh pada peningkatan mutu pelayanan kesehatan, penurunan biaya kesehatan, dan peningkatan prilaku rasional dari seluruh tenaga kesehatan, pasien, keluarga pasien dan masyarakat lain. Peran apoteker dalam farmasi Rumah Sakit, diantaranya : melangsungkan pelayanan farmasi yang optimal, menyelenggarakan kegiatan pelayanan farmasi profesional berdasarkan prosedur kefarmasian dan etik farmasi, melaksanakan komunikasi, informasi dan edukasi (KIE), meningkatkan pelayanan mutu farmasi, melakukan pengawasan, serta memfasilitasi dan mendorong tersusunnya standar pengobatan dan formularium rumah sakit.

Sedangkan tujuan dari tugas khusus adalah mengidentifikasi Drug Related Problems (DRP) yang terjadi pada rejimen pengobatan pasien Y di Paviliun Flamboyan Rumah Sakit Marinir Cilandak secara prospektif melalui rekam medis pada tanggal 04 - 10 Oktober 2013 serta memberikan rekomendasi untuk mengatasi DRP yang telah terjadi pada pasien tersebut.

The purpose of the specific assignment is to identify Drug Related Problems (DRPs) that occur in the treatment regimen of Y patient prospectively through medical records at October 4th to October 10th, 2013 and provide recommendations to solve the DRPs that has occurred in the patients at the Pavilion Flamboyan Marinir Cilandak Hospital."
