"Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker di Apotek Rini Rawamangun bertujuan untuk memahami serta menerapkan peran dan tugas apoteker di apotek, dan juga memahami kegiatan pengelolaan apotek baik secara teknis kefarmasian maupun non-teknis kefarmasian. Tugas khusus yang diberikan berupa kegiatan mengkaji peresepan laksatif selama bulan Maret 2014 di Apotek Rini. Beberapa hal yang dianalisis, antara lain total jumlah obat laksatif yang paling sering diresepkan untuk pasien dewasa maupun pediatri, kemudian dianalisis tingkat keamanan dan kerasionalan obat-obat laksatif yang sering diresepkan untuk pasien pediatri tersebut, ditinjau dari regimen dosis, cara pakai, dan efek samping.

Apothecary Professional Practice in Apotek Rini Rawamangun is intended for apothecary students to understand and apply the roles and duties of pharmacists in pharmacies and have insight of pharmacies management in both technical and non-technical pharmaceutical activities. Specific assignment is given in the form of reviewing laxative prescriptions during the month of March 2014 at Apotek Rini. Several things that need to be reviewed are the total amount of commonly prescribed laxative drugs for adult and pediatric patients. Furthermore, the level of safety and rationalization of laxative drugs which are often prescribed for the pediatric patients are analyzed, in terms of dosage regiment, administration route, and side effects."

Special task given study titled Prescribing ivabradine in January 2013 at the Rini Pharmacy. The purpose of this special task is to determine the percentage of prescriptions containing ivabradine with trade name Coralan in January 2013 at the Rini pharmacy and find out prescription containing irrational prescribing of ivabradine at the Rini pharmacy.

Tujuan dari tugas khusus ini adalah untuk mengetahui persentase peresepan obat yang mengandung ivabradine dengan nama dagang Coralan® pada bulan Januari 2013 di Apotek Rini dan mengetahui kerasionalan peresepan yang mengandung ivabradine."

"Apotek adalah tempat dilakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian dan penyaluran sediaan farmasi dan perbekalan kesehatan lainnya kepada masyarakat. Pelayanan kefarmasian saat ini telah bergeser orientasinya dari obat ke pasien yang mengacu kepada Pharmaceutical Care. Sebagai konsekuensi perubahan orientasi tersebut, apoteker dituntut untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan, keterampilan dan perilaku agar dapat melaksanakan interaksi langsung dengan pasien maupun tenaga kesehatan lain. Sedangkan tujuan dari tugas khusus adalah untuk mengetahui jumlah permintaan obat fucoidan sebagai obat anti tukak lambung dan keunggulannya dibandingkan dengan obat anti tukak golongan lainnya.
