"Apoteker merupakan salah satu dari tenaga kesehatan yang berperan dalammemberikan pelayanan kesehatan pada pasien di Rumah Sakit. Untuk mengetahuidan memahami peran apoteker serta kendala dalam menjalankan kefarmasian diRumah sakit, maka Program Profesi Apoteker Universitas Indonesia bekerja samadengan Rumah Sakit Marinir Cilandak menyelenggarakan Praktek Kerja ProfesisApoteker periode 1 April – 30 Mei 2014. Berdasarkan pengamatan selamapraktek kerja di Rumah Sakit, peran apoteker diantaranya memberikan pelayanankefarmasian dalam bentuk Pelayanan Informasi Obat kepada pasien sertamengatur manajemen inventori perbekalan farmasi. Selain itu, apoteker jugaberperan dalam Panitia Farmasi dan Terapi di Rumah Sakit. Kendala yangdihadapi dalam menjalankan pelayanan kefarmasian yaitu Pelayanan farmasiklinik belum berjalan secara optimal karena keterbatasan Sumber Daya Manusiadi bidang farmasi, khususnya profesi apoteker, belum diterapkannya sistemdistribusi obat rawat inap secara dosis unit, belum optimalnya peran PanitiaFarmasi dan Terapi dalam menetapkan dan mengawasi kebijakan penggunaanobat di lingkungan Rumah sakit. Identifikasi Drug Related Problems (Drps) PadaPasien Dispepsia Syndrom Melalui Penelusuran Rekam Medis Pada Tanggal 10Mei – 14 Mei 2014 Di Ruang Flamboyan Bawah Rumah Sakit Marinir Cilandak,merupakan tugas khusus yang diberikan pada Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker ini."
