Tujuan dari tugas khusus ini adalah untuk mengetahui regulasi dan membandingkan pelaksanaan jaminan kesehatan daerah berupa pelayanan kesehatan gratis di Provinsi Gorontalo dan Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional di Indonesia.

Pharmacists Professional Practice was implemented at Apotek Atrika Jl. Kartini Raya No. 34A Jakarta Pusat. "Apotek merupakan sarana pelayanan kefarmasian tempat dilakukannya praktek kefarmasian oleh apoteker. Pekerjaan kefarmasian di apotek tidak hanya meliputi pembuatan, pengolahan, peracikan dan pencampuran, tetapi juga termasuk pengendalian mutu dan pengamanan sediaan farmasi, penyimpanan dan distribusi obat, pengelolaan obat, pelayanan obat atas resep dokter, pelayanan informasi obat serta pengembangan obat, bahan obat dan obat tradisional. Apotek sebagai salah satu sarana pelayanan kesehatan memiliki fungsi ganda. Apotek tidak hanya sebagai tempat dilakukannya pekerjaan kefarmasian dan tempat pengabdian profesi apoteker, melainkan juga sebagai tempat usaha untuk mencari keuntungan (profit oriented). Oleh karena itu, apoteker juga harus memiliki pengetahuan dan pengalaman dalam mengelola persediaan dan keuangan apotek sehingga dapat membawa keuntungan bagi apotek tersebut. Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker ini dilakukan mulai tanggal 19 Juni hingga 16 Agustus 2013 di Apotek Atrika dimana kegiatan ini memberikan pengetahuan mengenai tugas pokok, fungsi, dan peran apoteker di sebuah apotek dan memberikan kesempatan untuk melakukan kegiatan di apotek, baik secara teknis kefarmasian maupun non teknis kefarmasian.

Pharmacy as one of the health-care facilities have a dual function. Pharmacies not only as a place to do the job of pharmacy and the pharmacist profession of devotion, but also as a place of business for profit ( profit- oriented). Therefore, pharmacists should also have knowledge and experience in managing inventory and financial pharmacies so as to bring benefits to the pharmacy. Pharmacist Internship Program was conducted from June 19 to August 16, 2013 in Pharmacy Atrika where these activities provide knowledge about basic tasks, functions, and role of the pharmacist in a pharmacy and provide the opportunity to perform activities in the pharmacy, both technical and non- technical pharmacy."

"Apotek merupakan sarana kesehatan yang berperan dalam upaya-upaya kesehatan, terutama untuk penyerahan obat dan perbekalan farmasi beserta informasinya kepada masyarakat. Apotek sebagai sarana yang bergerak di bidang jasa pelayanan harus mampu memberikan pelayanan kefarmasian secara tepat dan bermutu. Pelayanan kefarmasian yang dilakukan dalam apotek telah mengalami pergeseran orientasi dari obat ke pasien yang mengacu kepada Pharmaceutical Care. Sebagai konsekuensinya, apoteker dituntut meningkatkan pengetahuan, keterampilan dan perilaku agar dapat melaksanakan interaksi langsung baik kepada pasien maupun kepada tenaga kesehatan lain. Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) dilakukan pada 23 September - 1 November 2013 di Apotek Atrika guna memberikan perbekalan bagi para calon apoteker untuk menerapkan ilmu yang telah dipelajari selama masa kuliah secara praktis dan langsung kepada pasien di apotek. Kegiatan PKPA tersebut memberikan pengetahuan langsung mengenai peran, fungsi dan tanggung jawab apoteker dalam pekerjaan kefarmasian di apotek serta memahami dan melaksanakan kegiatan pelayanan kefarmasian di apotek.

Pharmacist Internship Program (PKPA) conducted on September 23rd to November 1st 2013 in the Atrika Pharmacy to provide supplies for prospective pharmacists to apply the knowledge they have learned during the course in a practical and direct to patients in pharmacies. The PKPA activities provide firsthand knowledge about the roles, functions and responsibilities of pharmacists in pharmacy jobs in pharmacy as well as the understanding and implementation of pharmaceutical services at the pharmacy."
