"Penelitian ini membahas mengenai evaluasi layanan Penyebaran Informasi Terbaru dan Terseleksi (PITT) di PUSTAKA Bogor. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis evaluasi layanan Penyebaran Informasi Terbaru dan Terseleksi oleh peneliti dan mengidentifikasi faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi peneliti dalam memanfaatkan layanan Penyebaran Informasi Terbaru dan Terseleksi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survei dan menggunakan kuesioner dalam pengumpulan data. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 74 orang.
Hasil dari penelitian ini memperlihatkan reponden puas dengan layanan PITT. PITT membantu pengguna menemukan informasi untuk mendukung penelitian. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pengguna memanfaatkan layanan PITT meliputi adanya kebutuhan untuk melakukan penelitian yang merupakan salah satu syarat penilaian angka kredit, mendapatkan ide terbaru peneliitan, sarana bertukar informasi dengan peneliti.

The focus of this study is about Evaluation of Current Awareness Service at PUSTAKA BOGOR. The purpose of this study is to analyze the evaluation result of current awareness service and to identify any factors that influence user to use the current awareness services at PUSTAKA. This is a quantitative study with survey method and using questioner to collect data. The sample used in this study was 74 respondents who are researcher at Indonesian ministry of agriculture.
The study shows that respondent satisfied with the service. Current awareness service helps researchers finding the information needed to support the research. The factors that influence users to use PITT are to find ideas to start the research and to exchange information with other researchers.

"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas Jasa Kesiagaan Informasi PDII-LIPI meliputi (I) gambaran kebutuhan majalah ilmiah pelanggan jasa kesiagaan informasi; (2) kepuasan pelanggan dalam memanfaatkan jasa kesiagaan informasi; (3) hubungan antarpeubah penelitian, serta peubah penelitian dan peubah antara; (4) serta permasalahan umum administrasi pengelolaan jasa kesiagaan informasi.
Peubah penelitian meliputi (1) jumlah judul majalah ilmiah; (2) jumlah pelanggan jasa kesiagaan informasi; (3) jumlah permintaan fotokopi artikel ilmiah lengkap; dan (4) kepuasan pelanggan jasa kesiagaan informasi. Peubah antara adalah (1) latar belakang pendidikan pelanggan; (2) rumpun ilmu pelanggan; (3) masa kerja pelanggan; dan (4) tahun langgan majalah ilmiah.
Hipotesis yang diajukan adalah (I) ada hubungan yang signifikan antara kebutuhan majalah ilmiah dan latar belakang rumpun keilmuan pelanggan jasa kesiagaan informasi PDII-L1PI; (2) ada hubungan yang signifikan antara kebutuhan majalah ilmiah dan latar belakang strata pendidikan pelanggan jasa kesiagaan informasi PDII-LIPI; (3) ada hubungan yang signifikan antara masa kerja responden dan kebutuhan terhadap majalah ilmiah; (4) tidak ada perbedaan kebutuhan pelanggan jasa kesiagaan informasi berdasarkan latar belakang pendidikan; (5) tidak ada perbedaan kepuasan pelanggan berdasarkan latar belakang pendidikan terhadap pelayanan jasa kesiagaan informasi PDII-LIPI; (6) tidak ada perbedaan kepuasan pelanggan berdasarkan latar belakang pendidikan terhadap majalah ilmiah yang ditawarkan jasa kesiagaan informasi PDII-LIPI; (7) tidak ada perbedaan kepuasan pelanggan berdasarkan latar belakang pendidikan terhadap administrasi layanan jasa kesiagaan informasi PDII-LIPI; (8) tidak ada perbedaan kepuasan pelanggan berdasarkan latar belakang pendidikan terhadap balikan (pemesanan artikel ilmiah lengkap) dari jasa kesiagaan informasi PDII-LIPI; (9) ada hubungan positif antara jumlah majalah ilmiah yang dilanggan PDII-LIPI dan jumlah pelanggan jasa kesiagaan informasi selama tahun 1984-1995; (10) ada hubungan positif antara jumlah pelanggan jasa kesiagaan inforrnasi PDII-LIPI dan jumlah permintaan artikel ilmiah lengkap; (11) ada hubungan positif antara jumlah majalah ilmiah yang dilanggan PDII-LIPI dan jumlah judul permintaan fotokopi artikel lengkap pelanggan jasa kesiagaan informasi.
Sampel adalah sebanyak 103 orang yang ditarik dari populasi pelanggan jasa kesiagaan informasi yakni para peneliti yang berdomisili di daerah Jakarta, Bogor, Tangerang, dan Bekasi (Jabotabek). Penarikan sampel dilakukan secara acak sederhana. Data dikumpulkan dengan teknik dokumentasi, kuesioner, dan wawancara sebagai data pelengkap.
Untuk menguji hubungan dan perbedaan antarpeubah penelitian dipakai Uji Peringkat Spearman dan Analisis Varian Satu Arah Kruskal-Wallis.
Kebutuhan responden terhadap majalah ilmiah cukup bervariasi. Setelah melanggan jasa kesiagaan informasi 25,26% responden masih belum terpenuhi tingkat kebutuhannya terhadap majalah ilmiah dan 43,16% melebihi tingkat kebutuhannya.
Hipotesis (1), (4), (5), (7), (8), (9), (10), (11) diterima, dan hipotesis (2), (3), (6) ditolak. Dengan demikian berarti (1) ada hubungan yang signifikan antara kebutuhan majalah ilmiah dan latar belakang rumpun keilmuan pelanggan jasa kesiagaan informasi PDII-LIPI; (2) tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara kebutuhan majalah ilmiah dan latar belakang strata pendidikan pelanggan jasa kesiagaan informasi PDII-LIPI; (3) tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara masa kerja responden dan kebutuhan terhadap majalah ilmiah; (4) ada perbedaan kebutuhan pelanggan jasa kesiagaan informasi berdasarkan latar belakang pendidikan; (5) tidak ada perbedaan kepuasan pelanggan berdasarkan latar belakang pendidikan terhadap pelayanan jasa kesiagaan informasi PDII-LIPI; (6) ada perbedaan kepuasan pelanggan berdasarkan latar belakang pendidikan terhadap majalah ilmiah yang ditawarkan jasa kesiagaan informasi PDII-LIPI; (7) tidak ada perbedaan kepuasan pelanggan berdasarkan latar belakang pendidikan terhadap administrasi layanan jasa kesiagaan informasi PDII-LIPI; (8) tidak ada perbedaan kepuasan pelanggan berdasarkan latar belakang pendidikan terhadap pemesanan artikel ilmiah lengkap dari jasa kesiagaan informasi PDII-LIPI; (9) ada hubungan positif antara jumlah majalah ilmiah yang dilanggan PDII-LIPI dan jumlah pelanggan jasa kesiagaan informasi selama tahun 1984-1995; (10) ada hubungan positif antara jumlah pelanggan jasa kesiagaan informasi PDII-LIPI dan jumlah permintaan artikel ilmiah lengkap; (11) ada hubungan positif antara jumlah majalah ilmiah yang dilanggan PDII-LIPI dan jumlah judul permintaan fotokopi artikel lengkap pelanggan jasa kesiagaan informasi.

The research is to evaluate the effectiveness of the Current Awareness Service provided by the PDII-LIPI_ Which in particular, the objectives of research are (I) to identify the users' need for scientific journals; (2) the users' satisfaction in using the service; (3) to determine correlation among factors affecting the current awareness service, and (4) to identify administrative matters concerning the service.
The main variables of this research include: (1) number of the titles of the scientific magazine offered; (2) number of the users; (3) number of the requests/orders for whole-article photocopies; (4) users' satisfaction in taking advantages of the service. The research studies also the following variables: (1) educational backgrounds of the users; (2) diciplines of knowledge the users come from; (3) users' working period (how long they have been working); (4) subscription years of the magazines.
There are 11 hypothesis proposed for the research, namely: (1) there is significant correlation between a user's knowledge background and his need for scientific journals; (2) there is significant correlation between a user's educational attainment and his need for definite subjects of scientific journals; (3) there is significant correlation between a respondent's working experience and his need scientific journals; (4) no significant correlation exist between a respondent's educational background and his need for scientific journals; (5) no different in satisfaction between users' in different educational background on the services; (6) no different in satisfaction between users' in different educational background on the scientific journals; (7) no different in satisfaction, based on the user educational background, on administration of the services; (8) no different in satisfaction based on the user educational on photocopies of articles; (9) there is significant correlation between the number of scientific journals subscribed by the PDII-LIPI and the number of the users for 1984-1995 period; (10) there is significant correlation between the number of scientific journals subscribed by the service and the number of the titles of the whole-articles photocopy requested; and (I I) there is significant correlation between the number of the users and the number of completed orders.
One hundred and three samples of users locating in Jakarta, Bogor, Tangerang, and Bekasi (Jabotabek) selected using simple random method. The data is gathered by means of documentation and questionnaire techniques. Interview technique is used when additional data is needed.
The Spearman Hierarchichall Grade Test and the Kruskal-Walis One-Way Variant Analysis are applied to test the correlations and difference among variables.
Respondents' need for scientific magazines proved varying form one to the others. By subscribing the Current Awareness Service, 25, 26% of the responders feel that their needs are not yet fulfilled, while 43, 16% feel that the service provides more than what they need.
The results also show that the Ha are accepted for hypothesis number (1), (4), (5), (7), (8), (9), (10), and (11). It means that: there is significant correlation between a user's knowledge background and his need for scientific journals; no significant correlation exist between a respondent's educational background and his need for scientific journals; no different in satisfaction between users' in different educational background on the services; no different in satisfaction, based on the user educational background, on administration of the services; no different in satisfaction based on the user educational on photocopies of articles; there is significant correlation between the number of scientific journals subscribed by the PDII-LIPI and the number of the users for 1984-1995 period; there is significant correlation between the number of scientific journals subscribed by the service and the number of the titles of the whole-articles photocopy requested; and there is significant correlation between the number of the users and the number of completed orders.
Hypothesis number (2), (3) and (6), the Hoare rejected. It means that: there is significant correlation between a user's educational attainment and his need for definite subjects of scientific journals; there is significant correlation between a respondent's working experience and his need scientific journals; there is different in satisfaction between users' in different educational background on the scientific journals.

"Latar Belakang: Kolaborasi antara kedokteran dan kedokteran gigi merupakan hal yang esensial dalam meningkatkan efisiensi sumber daya dan standar pelayanan. Namun, masih sangat sedikit penelitian yang membahas mengenai hal ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui awareness mahasiswa Fakultas Kedokteran (FK) dan Kedokteran Gigi (FKG) Universitas Indonesia (UI) terhadap kolaborasi antara dokter dan dokter gigi dalam praktik.

Metode: Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah cross-sectional. Seluruh populasi mahasiswa FK & FKG UI angkatan 2013-2017 (n = 1432) diminta untuk melengkapi kuesioner. Kuesioner terdiri dari 12 pertanyaan yang didesain untuk mengetahui awareness mahasiswa mengenai kolaborasi antara praktik kedokteran dan kedokteran gigi.

Hasil: Response rate penelitian ini adalah 79.39%. Mayoritas mahasiswa (86.1%) aware terhadap kolaborasi antara praktik kedokteran dan kedokteran gigi. Mahasiswa menganggap bahwa disiplin ilmu Kecelakaan dan Layanan Darurat, Bedah, dan Telinga, Hidung & Tenggorokan (THT) merupakan tiga disiplin ilmu yang paling umum memiliki kolaborasi antara praktik kedokteran dan kedokteran gigi.

Kesimpulan: Dalam penelitian ini, mahasiswa kedokteran dan kedokteran gigi pada umumnya menunjukkan awareness yang baik terhadap kolaborasi antara praktik kedokteran dan kedokteran gigi di Universitas Indonesia. Hal ini merupakan fondasi penting untuk terus mendorong kolaborasi yang sangat vital dalam meningkatkan efisiensi sumber daya dan standar pelayanan kesehatan.


Background: Medical-dental collaboration is essential for improving resource efficiency and standards of care. However, few studies have been conducted on it. This study aimed to investigate the awareness of medical and dental students about collaboration between medical and dental practices in University of Indonesia.

Methods: The study design used is cross-sectional. All population of Faculty of Medicine & Faculty of Dentistry UI students (n = 1432) in the year of 2013-2017 was asked to complete a questionnaire. It contained 12 questions designed to elicit their awareness of the collaboration between dentistry and medicine.

Results: The response rate of this study is 79.39%. Most students (86.1%) were aware of the collaboration between medical and dental practice in University of Indonesia. They considered that Accident & Emergency, Surgery, and Ear, Nose & Throat were the three most common medical disciplines which entailed collaboration between medical and dental practice.

Conclusion: In this study, the medical and dental students in general demonstrated a good awareness of the collaboration between medical and dental practice in University of Indonesia. This established an essential foundation for fostering medical-dental collaboration, which is vital to improving resource efficiency and standards of care."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh Return on Equity, Earning Per Share, Current Ratio, Quick Ratio, Current Earning, dan Growth Opportunity Terhadap Dividend Payout Ratio Perusahaan Manufaktur yang terdaftar pada Bursa Efek Indonesia pada periode 2010-2013. Variabel-variabel yang digunakan adalah ROE (Return on Equity), EPS (Earning Per Share), CR (Current Ratio), CE (Current Earning), QR (Quick Ratio), dan GO (Growth Opportunity) sebagai variabel bebas, serta DPO (Dividend Payout Ratio) sebagai variabel terikat. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 28 perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2010 hingga 2013. Model penelitian yang digunakan adalah Fixed Effect Model. Hasil pengujian data panel menunjukkan bahwa CR, QR, CE, dan GO memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap DPO, sementara ROE dan EPS memiliki pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap DPO.

"Penelitian ini membahas pengaruh brand awareness, perceived quality dan brand association yang dimediasi oleh brand attitude terhadap brand loyalty. Dalam penelitian ini brand awareness, perceived quality dan brand association dikategorikan ke dalam perceptual dimension; sedangkan brand loyalty dikategorikan ke dalam behavior dimension. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa brand awareness dan brand association melalui mediasi brand attitude memberikan pengaruh siginifikan terhadap brand loyalty. Selanjutnya, pada penelitian ini brand attitude dimodifikasi menjadi variabel moderasi.
Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa brand attitude memberikan efek penguatan hubungan antara brand awareness terhadap brand loyalty dan brand association terhadap brand loyalty, meskipun pengaruh diantara variable tersebut tidak signifikan. Sehingga untuk dapat membangun brand loyalty, Surya Promild harus menitikberatkan kegiatan pemasaran yang dapat menguatkan brand awareness, brand association dan juga brand attitude.

This study discusses the effect of brand awareness, perceived quality and brand association is mediated by brand attitude toward brand loyalty. In this research, brand awareness, perceived quality and brand association categorized into perceptual dimension; whereas brand loyalty categorized into behavior dimension. The results showed that brand awareness and brand association through mediation brand attitude provides a significant effect on brand loyalty. Furthermore, this research modifies brand attitude be moderating variables.
The results showed that brand attitude gives the effect of strengthening the relationship between brand awareness to brand loyalty and brand association to brand loyalty, although the effect was not significant among those variables. So as to be able to build brand loyalty, Surya Promild should focus marketing activities to strengthen brand awareness, brand association and brand attitude.

"Lembaga Administrasi Negara (LPN) menggunakan acuan kriteria minimal penerapan tata kelola TI berdasarkan kebijakan Sistem Pemerintahan Elektronik (SPBE) Pemerintah. Hasil supervisi dan evaluasi SPBE di LPN tahun 2022 memperoleh predikat sangat baik dengan indeks 3,57. Namun demikian, masih terdapat kesenjangan antara ranah kebijakan SPBE yang memperoleh skor 4,70 dengan ranah penerapan tata kelola SPBE yang memperoleh skor jauh lebih rendah yaitu 2,90. Belum optimalnya penerapan tata kelola TI di LPN disebabkan oleh minimnya dukungan dana dan komitmen dari pimpinan, serta belum memadainya kuantitas dan kualitas SDM TI. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara dengan pimpinan dari Departemen Pusat Data dan Sistem Informasi LPN, menunjukkan perlunya peningkatan pemahaman pimpinan dan unit kerja lainnya mengenai TI. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur tingkat pemahaman tata kelola TI di kalangan pimpinan dan pegawai LPN sebagai dasar rekomendasi perbaikan penerapan tata kelola TI di LPN. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan triangulasi dengan menggabungkan survei, telaah pustaka, dan wawancara untuk keperluan validasi. Pengukuran kesadaran tata kelola TI dilakukan berdasarkan praktik terbaik dan kebijakan SPBE, dengan bobot prioritas dihitung melalui analisis Fuzzy AHP. Model penilaian kesadaran yang digunakan terdiri dari tiga dimensi kesadaran: pengetahuan, sikap, dan perilaku, dan dua belas area tata kelola TI: manajemen risiko, sumber daya, anggaran, keterlibatan pemangku kepentingan, kebijakan, strategi organisasi, organisasi, komitmen, kompetensi, komunikasi, layanan, dan keamanan informasi. Pembobotan dengan Fuzzy AHP menunjukkan bahwa keamanan informasi dan pengetahuan merupakan area dan dimensi kesadaran yang paling kritis. Hasil pengukuran menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kesadaran tata kelola TI pegawai NIPA secara keseluruhan berada pada kategori baik dengan skor 81,34, namun tiga area tata kelola TI masuk dalam kategori sedang: anggaran, sumber daya, dan manajemen risiko. Analisis berdasarkan level jabatan dan area kerja menunjukkan bahwa terdapat tiga area lain yang memerlukan perhatian: komitmen, komunikasi, dan kompetensi. Rekomendasi perbaikan difokuskan pada peningkatan pengetahuan manajemen puncak dan administrator/penyelia terkait enam area dalam kategori sedang.

The National Institute of Public Administration (NIPA) uses a reference for the minimum criteria of IT governance implementation based on the Government's Electronic Government System (SPBE) policy. The results of the supervision and evaluation of SPBE at NIPA in 2022 achieved an excellent rating with an index of 3.57. However, there was still a gap between the policy domain of SPBE, which scored 4.70, and the implementation domain of SPBE governance, which scored significantly lower at 2.90. The suboptimal implementation of IT governance at NIPA is attributed to the lack of funding support and commitment from top management, as well as the inadequate quantity and quality of IT human resources. Interviews with management from the Data Center and Information Systems Department at NIPA indicate a need for improved understanding among top management and other work units regarding IT. Therefore, this study aims to measure the level of IT governance awareness among high-level management and employees of NIPA a basis for recommending improvements in IT governance implementation at NIPA. This study employs a triangulation approach by combining surveys, literature reviews, and interviews for validation purposes. The measurement of IT governance awareness is conducted based on best practices and the SPBE policy, with priority weights calculated through Fuzzy AHP analysis. The awareness assessment model used consists of three dimensions of awareness: knowledge, attitude, and behavior, and twelve areas of IT governance: risk management, resources, budget, stakeholder engagement, policy, organizational strategy, organization, commitment, competence, communication, services, and information security. Weighting with Fuzzy AHP indicates that information security and knowledge are the most critical areas and dimensions of awareness. The measurement results show that the overall IT governance awareness level of NIPA employees is in the good category with a score of 81.34, but three IT governance areas fall into the moderate category: budget, resources, and risk management. Analysis based on job levels and work areas indicates that there are three other areas require attention: commitment, communication, and competence. Recommendations for improvement focus on enhancing the knowledge of top management and administrators/supervisors regarding the six areas in the moderate category."
