"Beban Jawa Bali selama 5 tahun terakhir menunjukkan peningkatan yang sangat pesat namun di segi lainnya, kondisi pembangkit di Jawa Bali umumnya sudah tua dan tidak mampu lagi menghasilkan daya secara optimum. Bila tidak direncanakan pembangunan pembangkit baru maka diperkirakan 2 tahun kedepan sistem Jawa Bali akan kekurangan pasokan daya. Dengan perhitungan perkiraan beban (forecasting), maka beban puncak di sistem Jawa Bali pada tahun 2004 akan mencapai 15059 MW dan pada tahun 2006, 16251 MW. Dengan melihat kondisi itu, maka PT PLN (Persero) berencana akan membangun pembangkit-pembangkit baru berkapasitas besar secara crash program, minimal sejumlah 3000 MW.
Salah satu crash program adalah pembangunan PLTGU Muara Tawar berkapasitas 600 MW yang direncanakan selesai pada tahun 2004. Dengan masuknya PLTGU Muara Tawar, perlu di lakukan studi aliran daya pada penghantar 500 kV Muara Tawar-Cibatu, Cibatu-Cirata, Cirata-Saguling, Saguling-Cibinong, Cibinong-Bekasi, dan Bekasi-Cawang.

Burden Java Bali during 5 the last year show very fast improvement but in other facet, condition of generator in Java Bali generally has old and unable to again yield energy optimum. If do not be planned to development of new generating hence estimated 2 year to the fore Java Bali system will lacking of supply energy. With calculation of estimate of burden (forecasting), hence peak burden in Java Bali system in the year 2004 will reach 15059 MW and in the year 2006, 16251 MW. Seen the condition of that, hence PT PLN (Persero) will be develop; build new generating have big capacities to by crash program, minimum a number of 3000 MW.
One of the crash programs is development of PLTGU Estuary Bargain to have capacities 600 planned MW finish in the year 2004. With entry of PLTGU Estuary Bargain, need in studying the generating stability and also channeling to Java Bali system.

"ABSTRAK
Penggunaan rangkaian elektronika daya berupa inverter dan switched mode power supplies (SMPS) yang memiliki frekuensi pensaklaran pada frekuensi tinggi memberikan dampak pada munculnya gangguan pada frekuensi tinggi. Berkembangnya teknologi rangkaian elektronika daya tersebut juga mulai banyak digunakan pada peralatan rumah tangga modern dan ramah lingkungan, serta mulai meningkatnya penelitian mengenai peralatan rumah tangga dan sistem PLTS yang menghasilkan gangguan atau disturbansi pada frekuensi tinggi yaitu pada rentang 9-150 kHz, merupakan dasar penulis melakukan penelitian mengenai analisis karakteristik disturbansi dan perilaku disturbansi yang dihasilkan oleh beberapa peralatan rumah tangga pada rentang frekuensi 9-150 kHz di sistem PLTS on-grid. Pengukuran dilakukan di ruangan EPES gedung MRPQ fakultas Teknik UI, dengan menggunakan solar inverter sunny boy yang termasuk jenis inverter pada sistem PLTS on-grid. Untuk mengkonfirmasi daya yang digunakan pada peralatan atau beban digunakan Power Quality Analyzer, dan untuk pengukuran disturbansi menggunakan picoscope, yang hasil pengukurannya diolah menjadi domain frekuensi untuk mempernudah Analisis. Hasil dari studi ini menunjukkan bahwa pada beban atau peralatan rumah tangga menghasilkan disturbansi yang cukup tinggi, serta variasi pada penggunaan daya dan kombinasi peralatan pada sistem yang sama juga mempengaruhi nilai dari disturabansi dan perubahan frekuensi pada disturbansi tersebut.

ABSTRACT
Power electronic circuits usage such as of inverters and switched-mode power supplies (SMPS), which have switching frequencies at high frequencies, have an impact on the appearance of disturbance at high frequencies. Development of power electronic circuit technology has also begun to be widely used in modern household appliances, as well as increasing research on household appliances and PV system that produce disturbances in range of 9-150 kHz, with this base, the author conducted research on the analysis of the characteristics of disturbances and behavior of the disturbances produced by household appliances in the frequency range of 9-150 kHz in on-grid PV system. Measurements were made in the EPES room of MRPQ building at Faculty of Engineering UI, using a sunny boy solar inverter which is an inverter type on the on-grid PV system. To confirm the power used in the equipment or load the Power Quality Analyzer is used, and for disturbances using a picoscope, measurement results are processed into a frequency domain to facilitate analysis. This study results indicate that household equipment generates disturbances, and variations in power usage and equipment combinations in the same system also affect the value of the disturbances and frequency changes in the disturbances."

"Skripsi ini dibuat untuk merancang demodulator QPSK untuk perangkat modem power line communication yang disusun dari rangkaian logika dengan menggunakan simulator Multisim 10. Rangkaian demodulator QPSK tersebut terdiri atas beberapa modul, seperti rangkaian sinusoidal to square wave, clock recovery, phase shifter, comparator, dan sampling. Keseluruhan modul rangkaian tersebut disimulasikan dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak Multisim 10. Proses pertama yang dilakukan di dalam rangkaian demodulator ialah mengubah modulated signal QPSK analog dari pre-amp receiver menjadi berbentuk pulsa (square wave). Proses berikutnya ialah mensinkronkan clock generator pada bagian demodulator dengan sinkronisasi clock yang dikirim oleh far end modulator dengan menggunakan rangkaian clock recovery. Rangkaian dasar QPSK adalah phase shifter, yang berfungsi untuk membangkitkan sinyal carrier dan menggeser fase sinyal sebesar 900. Modulated sinyal QPSK tersebut dibandingkan dengan sinyal carrier dengan rangkaian comparator. Proses terakhir ialah menggabungkan sinyal dari kanal I dan Q menjadi data serial, dengan menggunakan rangkaian sampling. Selanjutnya dilakukan analisis untuk menunjukkan cara kerja dari rangkaian demodulator QPSK ini, kestabilan rangkaian, hasil keluaran dari setiap proses rangkaian, dan hasil data QPSK yang dapat didemodulasikan menjadi data awal.

This paper explains the design of QPSK demodulator which is proposed for communication via power line networks. As already known that communication via power-line network needs suitable modulation, since power-line networks are very noisy and originally were not designed for communication. The QPSK modulation technique had been chosen, since it is one of the effective modulation methods to be implemented in the high noisy communication channel such as power-line networks. QPSK modulation is a well-known modulation technique in telecommunication field. One makes design different from existing design is the use of the electronic discrete components. In this research, it is shown that QPSK demodulator can be built up from discrete digital TTL integrated circuits which are enormously available in the market. This QPSK demodulator was designed by using simulation software called Multisim 10 Simulator. The QPSK demodulator consists of several blocks functions, such as sinusoidal to square-wave converter, phase shifter, clock recovery, clock generator, comparator and sampling circuit. This QPSK demodulator is designed to work in 250 KHz carrier frequency and having speed of about 60 kbps. Analysis has been made based on how the circuit works and comparison to the existing standard. This designed QPSK demodulator is concluded to be able to work and support for PLC system and in the future can be improved to obtain a better PLC modem performance."

"Kepulauan Seribu dalam bentuk pulau membuat implementasi program pembangunan terhambat. Konsumsi listrik tergantung pada jumlah peralatan listrik yang dimiliki, ukuran tempat tinggal di samping peningkatan konsumsi listrik untuk sektor rumah tangga karena peningkatan populasi dan pendapatan per kapita. Konsep gaya hidup listrik rumah tangga terkait dengan aspek sosial dan perilaku konsumsi energi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbedaan konsumsi listrik berdasarkan pengguna listrik di Pulau Pramuka, Pulau Panggang dan Pulau Tidung dan menjelaskan bagaimana hubungan pendapatan, luas bangunan dan penggunaan peralatan elektronik dengan konsumsi listrik. Kuesioner digunakan untuk mendapatkan data tentang luas bangunan, pendapatan, dan penggunaan peralatan elektronik. Analisis spasial digunakan untuk melihat perbedaan konsumsi listrik spasial, analisis statistik digunakan untuk melihat hubungan antara luas bangunan, pendapatan dan penggunaan peralatan elektronik dengan konsumsi listrik. Hasilnya adalah sektor komersial terletak di sepanjang garis pantai, sektor rumah tangga menyebar di tengah, sedangkan sektor campuran terletak di tengah sektor rumah tangga. Ada hubungan antara pendapatan dan penggunaan peralatan elektronik dengan konsumsi listrik, sedangkan luas bangunan tidak memiliki hubungan dengan konsumsi listrik. Tetapi variabel ini tidak berlaku untuk sektor komersial, karena memiliki perilaku penggunaan listrik yang berbeda dari sektor lainnya.

The Thousand Islands in the form of islands has hampered the implementation of development programs. Electricity consumption depends on the number of electrical equipment owned, the size of the residence in addition to the increase in electricity consumption for the household sector due to increased population and per capita income. The concept of a household electrical lifestyle is related to social aspects and energy consumption behavior. The purpose of this study is to determine the differences in electricity consumption based on electricity users in Pramuka Island, Panggang Island and Tidung Island and explain how the income, building area and use of electronic equipment relate to electricity consumption. The questionnaire was used to obtain data on building area, income, and use of electronic equipment. Spatial analysis is used to see differences in spatial electricity consumption, statistical analysis is used to see the relationship between building area, income and use of electronic equipment with electricity consumption. The result is that the commercial sector is located along the coastline, the household sector is spread in the middle, while the mixed sector is located in the middle of the household sector. There is a relationship between income and use of electronic equipment with electricity consumption, while building area has no relationship with electricity consumption. But this variable does not apply to the commercial sector, because it has a behavior of electricity usage that is different from other sectors."
