"Masa tua adalah masa ketika manusia memiliki kebutuhan khusus akibat penurunan fungsi tubuh, sehingga mempengaruhi cara ber-dwelling. Panti werdha memfasilitasi kebutuhan tersebut untuk memenuhi kebutuhan ber-dwelling lansia. Fasilitas yang memfasilitasi kegiatan ber-dwelling tidak lepas dari definisi home yang menjadi kebiasaan dan definisi home yang menjawab kebutuhan lansia. Hierarki home terdiri dari aspek-aspek yang memenuhi standar kebutuhan home pada umumnya dan pada lansia. Ketika hierarki home tersebut terpenuhi, tempat tinggal yang didefinisikan sebagai home dapat dirasakan sebagai perasaan homey. Skripsi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana X Senior Living memenuhi aspek-aspek home untuk memenuhi gagasan akan perasaan homey.

Being old is the period man has special needs because of the frailty of the body?s functions, affecting the way to dwell. Senior Living facilities provide these needs of dwelling for elderly. Dwelling activities on senior living facilities can not be separated from the definitions of home as its standard definition and becomes an everyday and home as the fulfillment for seniors. Hierarchies of home consists of aspects that meet the standard needs of the common and the elderly. When these hierarchies of home which required certain requirements are met, the house which defined as a home can the state of homey feeling. "ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh status bekerja ibu terhadap pengeluaran makanan jadi rumah tangga di Indonesia dengan menggunakan data Susenas Kor dan Modul 2016. Hasil regresi Tobit menunjukkan bahwa status bekerja ibu signifikan mempengaruhi pengeluaran makanan jadi, dimana rumah tangga dengan ibu yang bekerja penuh waktu mempunyai pengeluaran makanan jadi lebih tinggi daripada rumah tangga dengan ibu yang bekerja tidak penuh waktu dan tidak bekerja. Faktor lain yang juga berpengaruh terhadap pengeluaran makanan jadi adalah umur ibu, pendidikan ibu, pendapatan rumah tangga, jumlah anggota rumah tangga, wilayah tempat tinggal, keberadaan balita, dan keberadaan pembantu atau anggota rumah tangga lain yang mengurus rumah tangga.Kata Kunci: konsumsi, pengeluaran makanan jadi, ibu bekerja, regresi tobit.

ABSTRACTThis study aimed to to analyze the effect of working mother status on food away from home expenditure in Indonesia using Susenas data of Consumption and Expenditures Module 2016. The result of Tobit Regression shows that working mother has significant effect on food away from home expenditure, where the household with full time working mother have higher food away from home expenditure than those working partime or not working at all. "Home, bagi anak prasekolah, tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai sebuah naungan tempat tercukupinya kebutuhan primer anak, tapi juga suatu lingkungan tempat anak prasekolah ini dapat berkembang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan kemampuannya. Inilah yang harus dipenuhi oleh Taman Penitipan Anak (TPA). Penulisan skripsi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana fungsi home bagi anak prasekolah itu terpenuhi. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, perlu mengetahui apa sebenarnya home itu dan apa saja unsur pembentuknya; karakter anak prasekolah, yang meliputi perkembangan dan kebutuhan di periode tersebut; dan beberapa panduan desain tentang suatu lingkungan fisik anak, dalam hal ini day care center, yang baik. Berdasarkan analisis studi kasus yang telah dilakukan terhadap tiga TPA di lingkungan kantor melalui observasi dan wawancara, diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa tidak semua TPA yang menjadi objek studi kasus dapat memenuhi fungsi home sampai dengan hierarkinya yang tertinggi, yaitu sebagai pengaktualisasian diri, karena ada kalanya TPA-TPA tersebut hanya suatu home yang memenuhi kebutuhan mendasar saja. Pemenuhan kebutuhan akan home bagi anak prasekolah ini membutuhkan pengetahuan yang cukup dan menyeluruh dengan disertai definisi yang jelas mengenai peruntukan dan fungsinya, yang disertai dengan pengelolaan yang menunjang fungsi TPA sebagai home bagi anak prasekolah.

Home for preschool children is not only a shelter where their basic needs are fulfilled but also a place where their developmental needs can be met. Taman Penitipan Anak (TPA) - or day care center - should be able to function as a home for preschool children. The purpose of this writing is to examine to what extent the function of home for preschool children is fulfilled. It becomes necessary to know exactly the meaning of home and the elements that create a home; the charactercisics of preschool children, including the development and needs in that period; and some design guidelines for good physical environment, in this case, of day care center.

Based on the analysis of case study on three TPAs in offices through observation and personal interview methods, a conclusion is obtained that not all of the case study objects can fulfill the highest function of home, that is self- actualization; sometimes TPA only fulfills the basis needs of preschool children. The fulfillment of the functions of home for preschool children need a whole knowledge on the clear definition of TPA's purpose and function, and also the design and management of the physical elements that support the function of TPA as a home for preschool children."
