"Perawatan paliatif adalah pendekatan layanan kesehatan yang dapat meningkatkan kualitas hidup pasien dan keluarga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki hubungan antara pengetahuan perawat tentang perawatan paliatif dan sikap perawat terhadap pasien dengan penyakit terminal di Dr. RSUPN. Ciptomangunkusumo, Jakarta. Ini adalah penelitian survei deskriptif kuantitatif dengan desain Cross Sectional yang melibatkan semua perawat di bangsal penyakit terminal. Analisis menemukan bahwa ada 148 perawat dengan pengetahuan baik (91,9%) dan 87 perawat dengan sikap baik (54%). Juga, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada korelasi yang signifikan (nilai p = 0,070) antara tingkat pengetahuan perawat dan sikap mereka terhadap pasien dengan penyakit terminal.

Palliative care is a health care approach that can improve the quality of life of patients and families. This study aims to investigate the relationship between nurses knowledge about palliative care and nurses attitudes towards patients with terminal illnesses at Dr. RSUPN. Ciptomangunkusumo, Jakarta. This is a quantitative descriptive survey research with Cross Sectional design involving all nurses in terminal disease wards. The analysis found that there were 148 nurses with good knowledge (91.9%) and 87 nurses with good attitude (54%). Also, the results showed that there was no significant correlation (p value = 0.070) between the level of nurses' knowledge and their attitudes towards patients with terminal illness."

"Diabetes melitus merupakan kelainan metabolik yang kejadiannya terus meningkat sehingga menjadi salah satu ancaman serius bagi dunia kesehatan di Indonesia bahkan dunia. Penanganan diabetes melitus yang tidak tepat dapat menimbulkan komplikasi atau kerusakan pada organ lain. Sehingga diperlukan penanganan yang tepat dari berbagai pihak seperti tim medis dan juga dukungan dari orang sekitar seperti keluarga untuk mendorong dan mendukung keberhasilan dari program kesehatan yang dijalankan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan perilaku perawatan keluarga dengan status diabetes mellitus di Puskesmas Pancoran Mas Depok.
Penelitian ini menggunakan desain deskriptif korelatif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional yang dilakukan pada bulan Mei-Juni 2016 pada 97 klien diabetes melitus yang melakukan rawat jalan. Status diabetes melitus klien 84,5% dalam keadaan tidak terkontrol. Terdapat hubungan antara perilaku perawatan keluarga dan status diabetes melitus dengan p=0,013 (95% CI, OR=2,06). Selanjutnya, perlu dilakukan penelitian lebih lanjut mengenai hubungan pengetahuan, kepercayaan, tradisi, dan nilai keluarga dengan status diabetes melitus.

Diabetes mellitus is a metabolic disorder that the incidence continues to increase. It becomes one of the serious threat to Indonesian health status and even the world. Improper practice can cause complications or damage to other organs. Proper practiceis required by various parties such as the medical team and from relatives to encourage and support the success of health programs. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationships between family care behavior and diabetes mellitus status at Puskesmas Pancoran Mas, Depok.
This study used a correlative descriptive design with cross-sectional study conducted between May and June 2016, involving 97 diabetes mellitus clients that outpatient care. Diabetes mellitus status of the clients is 84.5% uncontrolled. The result shows that there is a relationship between family care behavior and diabetes mellitus status (95% CI, p=0.013, OR=2,06). It is necessary to conduct further research about the relationship between knowledge, trust, tradition, and the value of the family with diabetes mellitus status."

"Tingkat persepsi spiritualitas pada perawat berdampak pada tingkat kompetensi perawatan spiritual pada pasien. Kompetensi perawatan spiritual yang dimiliki oleh perawat sebagai acuan dalam memberikan asuhan keperawatan spirtual. Persepsi spiritualitas merupakan salah satu faktor yang mendorong perawat untuk meningkatkan kompetensi perawatan spiritual. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan antara persepsi spiritualiatas perawat dengan kompetensi perawatan spiritual terhadap pasien di RSKD. Penelitian cross=sectional ini melibatkan 84 perawat yang dipilih secara probablity sampling. Penelitian menggunakan kuesioner Spirituality and Spiritual Care Rating Scale (SSCRS-BI) dan kuesioner Spiritual Care Competence Scale (SCCS). Hasil didaptakna adanya hubungan dan pengaruh yang kuat antara persepsi spiritualitas perawat dan kompetensi perawatan spiritual pada pasien (p=0,0005; OR=12.333). Persspsi spiritualitas perawat yang tinggi meningkatan kompetensi perawatan spiritual. Rekomendasio bagi pihak rumah sakit untuk untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan dalam pemberian asuhan keperawatan spiritual pada pasien dengan mengadakan edukasi, pelatihan serta evaluasi terkait perawatan spiritual. Dengan pembekalan tersebut, diharapkan perawat dapat mengeksplorasi dan meningkatkan kompetensi keperawatan spiritual.

The level of perceived spirituality in nurses has an impact on the level of spiritual care competence in patients. The spiritual care competence possessed by nurses is a reference in providing spirtual nursing care. Perceived spirituality is one of the factors that encourage nurses to improve spiritual care competence. This study aimed to identify the relationship between nurses' perceptions of spirituality and spiritual care competence in patients at the RSKD. This cross-sectional study involved 84 nurses selected by probablity sampling. The study used the Spirituality and Spiritual Care Rating Scale (SSCRS-BI) questionnaire and the Spiritual Care Competence Scale (SCCS) questionnaire. The results showed a strong relationship and influence between nurses' perceived spirituality and spiritual care competence in patients (p=0.0005; OR=12.333). high perceived spirituality of nurses increases spiritual care competence. Recommendations for hospitals to improve the quality of service in providing spiritual nursing care to patients by providing education, training and evaluation related to spiritual care. With this provision, nurses are expected to explore and improve spiritual nursing competence."
