"Sistem informasi keperawatan adalah salah satu elemen penting dalam pelaksanaan asuhan keperawatan. Sistem informasi keperawatan di Indonesia saat ini masih belum optimal dan umumnya masih bersifat manual. Riset dimulai dengan mengidentifikasi dan dilanjutkan pengembangan model sistem informasi manajemen keperawatan oleh Roro ("SIMPRO") yang disesuaikan dengan kondisi rumah sakit. Model "SIMPRO" yang telah dicustomization diujicobakan di dua rumah sakit dengan karakteristik yang berbeda yaitu rumah sakit swasta dan rumah sakit pemerintah. Setelah implementasi, dilaksanakan evaluasi dengan desain pre- post test without control group. Jumlah sampel dokumentasi yang digunakan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja "SIMPRO" adalah 219 dokumentasi dari setiap kelompok rumah sakit. Hasil riset menyampaikan ada perbedaan kinerja sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan "SIMPRO" yang diidentifikasikan dari perbedaan kualitas, kelengkapan, kesinambungan, bukti aspek legal dan fungsi membantu membuat keputusan (p=0.001). Ada perbedaan efisiensi waktu: baik di Rumah Sakit Ibu dan Anak Bunda Jakarta dan RS. Fatmawati (p= 0.01). Setelah menggunakan "SIMPRO" waktu yang diperlukan untuk melaksanakan dokumentasi di RS Fatmawati adalah 40.29 menit atau 25.27% dari total waktu dalam satu shift, sedangkan di RS Ibu dan Anak Bunda Jakarta membutuhkan waktu 24.62 menit atau 9.60% dari total waktu dalam satu shift. "SIMPRO" juga mempengaruhi efisiensi biaya, dimana dengan "SIMPRO" dokumentasi tidak setiap waktu harus dicetak. "SIMPRO" menjamin continuity of care dari asuhan keperawatan, sebagai bukti aspek legal, membantu mengambil keputusan dan meningkatkan keselamatan pasien. "SIMPRO" mengefisiensikan waktu dokumentasi sehingga waktu perawatan langsung ke pasien lebih optimal. "SIMPRO" juga meningkatkan edukasi kesehatan kepada pasien dan keluarga."Pada riset ini "SIMPRO" juga dapat meningkatkan peran manajer keperawatan dalam melaksanakan fungsi manajemen terutama pada peran pemberiaan motivasi, pengarahan, evaluasi dan monitoring terhadap pelaksanaan asuhan keperawatan. Dukungan aspek perawat, aspek manajemen dan teknik dapat mengoptimalkan kinerja "SIMPRO" sehingga dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan keperawatan. Berdasarkan manfaat dari "SIMPRO", maka sistem ini dapat direkomendasikan untuk digunakan di setiap Rumah Sakit serta dapat mendukung peningkatan kualitas mutu pelayanan keperawatan dan kesehatan.

Nursing Information System is an important element in nursing process. Current nursing system in Indonesia is still manual and less optimal. However, manual system has weaknesses, such as data slip or even lost, which may potentially lead a nurse in the legal risk. This research was an operational research. It was started by problem identification in order to identify needs for development of nursing information system. The second stage was Sistem Informasi Manajemen Keperawatan oleh Roro ("SIMPRO"), in other words, Development of Nursing Management Information System by Roro. "SIMPRO" has been adjusted and customized with the conditions of the hospitals. Coordination of management, human resources, and infrastructure as well as trainings and assistance were conducted prior to trial of "SIMPRO". Then, trial of "SIMPRO" was conducted at two hospitals, which represent the characteristics of both public and private hospitals. Pretest and posttest without control were done after the implementation. Numbers of nursing documentation as samples were 219 documentations from each hospital group. It was used to evaluate the effectiveness of system performance before and after the implementation of "SIMPRO". Result of the research was difference of performance before and after the implementation of "SIMPRO", which was identified by differences on quality, completeness, continuity, aspect legal function and decision support system (p=0.001). Hospital with good management and infrastructure supports demonstrated higher level of effectiveness than another one. There was difference on time effectiveness before and after the implementation of "SIMPRO", both at Bunda Hospital (p=0.010) and Fatmawati General Hospital (p=0.010). Duration of documentation at Fatmawati General Hospital was 40.29 minutes or about 25.27 percent of total duration in one shift. Meanwhile, duration of documentation at Bunda Hospital was 24.62 minutes or about 9.60 percent of total duration in one shift. "SIMPRO" affected cost effectiveness since no printed documentation produced. In addition, "SIMPRO" guaranteed the continuity of nursing process. Thus, it guaranteed legal aspect and enhanced patient safety as well. "Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) Keperawatan adalah komponen penting dalam pengelolaan kesehatan karena sumber daya manusia yang mengelola sumber daya kesehatan lainnya dan memberikan pelayanan kesehatan kepada masyarakat. Informasi SDM keperawatan yang cepat, tepat, lengkap dan terbaharui tentang jumlah, jenis dan distribusi SDM keperawatan di suatu wilayah atau fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan penting dimiliki untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan manajemen SDM keperawatan terkait perencanaan, penempatan dan pengembangan SDM keperawatan. Pada saat ini informasi SDM keperawatan berbeda-beda sesuai dengan lembaga yang merilisnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi model sistem informasi manajemen sumber daya manusia keperawatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan operational research yang terdiri dari tiga tahap, yaitu: tahap pertama studi eksploratif dengan disain kualitatif, tahap kedua pengembangan model, dan tahap ketiga implementasi dan evaluasi model dengan desain pra-eksperimen one group posttest only design. Implementasi model dievaluasi menggunakan framework kesesuaian faktor manusia organisasi dan teknologi (HOT-Fit-factors). Besar sampel sebanyak 123 responden. Intervensi berupa pelatihan, pendampingan dan penerapan SI-NURSE. Hasil penelitian ada hubungan yang signifikan antara variabel masa kerja, kemampuan adaptasi, aspek dukungan manajemen, aspek tehnik dan kualitas informasi dengan kepuasan pengguna. Kualitas informasi dan kemampuan teknologi informasi secara bursama-sama berperan dalam menentukan kepuasan pengguna sistem informasi sumber daya manusia keperawatan SI-NURSE.

Human Resources (HR) Nursing is an important component in health management because human resources manage other health resources and provide health services to the community. Fast, precise, complete and updated nursing HR information about the number, type and distribution of nursing human resources in an area or health care facility is important to have to support nursing HR management decision making related to planning, placing and developing nursing human resources. At this time, nursing HR information varies according to the institution that released it. This study aims to determine the implementation of the nursing human resource management information system model. This research uses an operational research approach consisting of three stages, namely: the first stage of exploratory study with qualitative design, the second stage of model development, and the third stage of model implementation and evaluation with a pre-experimental design of one group posttest only design. The implementation of the model was evaluated using the framework of the suitability of the human factor of the organization and technology (HOT-Fit-factors). The sample was 123 respondents. Interventions in the form of training, mentoring and application of SI-NURSE. The results of the study there is a significant relationship between the variables of service life, adaptability, aspects of management support, technical aspects and quality of information with user satisfaction. The quality of information and the ability of information technology equally play a role in determining the satisfaction of users of the SI-NURSE nursing human resources information system."

"Incomplete and late medical record is a constraint in producing good and valuable information, in which in patient medical record is data resource to produce information about in patient. Medical information is inseparable from hospital information system, which is usefull for decision making and hospital planning as a whole. The objectives of this research is to obtain the picture of recording and colecting data process of medical data and how optimal is its use. The research is carried out by using case study method with the problem solving approach.
From the result of this research, the researchers find out that recording is the first priority that should be developed among the five medical record procedures of inpatient medical record. Recording process involves people who are responsible for medical record, improving process to do this, fist of all, the quality of human resource as the agent of the recording process should be improved. Good and accurate recording is a very important aspect in creating good management of inpatient medical record in Rumah Sakit Mata Cicendo Bandung. Training is one alternative to improve the quality of human resource towards the changing attitude and improving knowledge and skill. Long term planning in filling staff formation in the medical record section and nursing administration by medical record dipl. or health information is the answer to produce medical information needed.

Rekam medik yang tidak lengkap dan tidak tepat waktu, merupakan kendala dalam menghasilkan informasi yang bermutu, di mana rekam medik rawat map merupakan sumber data untuk dapat menghasilkan informasi pasien rawat Inap. Informasi medik merupakan bagian tak terpisahkan dari Sistem Informasi Rumah sakit, yang berguna sebagai bahan dalam pengambilan keputusan serta dalam perencanaan rumah sakit secara menyeluruh. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh gambaran proses pencatatan serta proses pengumpulan data medik serta sejauh mana optimalisasi pemanfaatannya. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode telaah kasus dengan pendekatan pemecahan masalah.
Hasil penelitian adalah kelompok berpendapat bahwa, pencatatan merupakan prioritas yang perlu dikembangkan dari lima prosedur penyelenggaraan rekam medik rawat inap. Proses pencatatan melibatkan petugas terkait dengan perekaman medik, perbaikan terhadap proses dengan terlebih dahulu harus merubah kualitas sumber daya manusia sebagai pelaku dalam proses pencatatan. Pencatatan yang baik dan benar merupakan aspek penting dalam menciptakan tertib tata-laksana perekaman medik pasien rawat inap di Rumah Sakit Mata Cicendo Bandung. Pelatihan merupakan salah satu alternatif dalam memberdayakan sumber daya manusia ke arah perubahan sikap dan pengembangan pengetahuan serta keterampilan kerja. Perencanaan jangka panjang dalam pengisian formasi pegawai pada bagian rekam medik dan tata-usaha perawatan oleh ahli madya perekam medik dan atau informasi kesehatan merupakan jawaban untuk dapat menghasilkan informasi medik yang sesuai kebutuhan."

"Tesis ini membahas implementasi integrasi kerangka kerja keamanan informasi NIST Versi 1.1 dengan Tata Kelola I&T berbasis Cobit 2019, adapun pengukuran kinerja manajemen menggunakan metode Cobit Performance Management (CPM) model. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus, digabungkan dengan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Mengintegrasikan standar kerangka kerja keamanan informasi NIST Versi 1.1 dan tata kelola I&T Cobit 2019 dengan cara memetakan tahapan-tahapan pada cobit 2019 dan langkah-langkah pada NIST Vers 1.1. Tingkat kapabilitas untuk setiap Fungsi Kerangka Kerja Keamanan Informasi NIST Vers 1.1 di Direktorat ABC didominasi oleh level 2, namun terdapat fungsi yang masih berada di level 1 yaitu fungsi Deteksi [DE], yang artinya proses kurang lebih mencapai tujuannya melalui penerapan serangkaian kegiatan yang tidak lengkap yang dapat dikategorikan sebagai awal atau intuitif-tidak terlalu terorganisir. Hasil pengukuran diketahui bahwa terdapat 42 subkategori yang memiliki kesenjangan, 51 Subproses Cobit 2019 sebagai rekomendasi kepada pihak manajemen agar dapat terpenuhi dalam praktik operasional Direktorat ABC atau sebanyak 20 Governance & Management Objectives Cobit 2019 yang harus diperbaiki. Dengan menerapkan Kerangka Kerja Keamanan Informasi NIST Versi 1.1. yang diintegrasikan dengan Tata kelola Teknologi Informasi berbasis Cobit 2019 diharapkan dapat meningkatkan komunikasi tentang prioritas I&T, membantu memaksimalkan I&T untuk keunggulan kompetitif dan membawa transparansi ke definisi dan manajemen risiko I&T.

This thesis discusses the implementation of the integration of the NIST information security framework Version 1.1 with the I&T Governance based on Cobit 2019, as for the measurement of management performance using the Cobit Performance Management (CPM) model. This research is a qualitative research with case study method, combined with quantitative research with quantitative descriptive methods. Integrate the standard information security framework NIST Version 1.1 with the I&T Governance based on Cobit 2019 by mapping the stages in Cobit 2019 and the steps in NIST Vers 1.1. The capability level for each function of the NIST Information Security Framework Vers 1.1 at the Directorate ABC is dominated by level 2, but there is a function that is still at level 1, the Detection function [DE], which means the process is more or less achieving its objectives through the implementation of a series of incomplete activities which can be categorized as initial or intuitive-not very organized. The measurement results are known that there are 42 subcategories that have gaps, 51 Subprocesses Cobit 2019 as a recommendation to management so that they can be fulfilled in operational practices Directorate ABC or as many as 20 Governance & Management Objectives 2019 Cobit that must be corrected. "Prototipe sistem informasi manajemen pemeliharan peralatan medis berbasis web adalah sebuah aplikasi sistem informasi yang dapat digunakan sebagai sarana untuk membantu teknisi elektromedis dalam melakukan kegiatan pemeliharaan dan kalibrasi peralatan medis. Riset ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan sebuah prototipe sistem informasi berbasis Computerized Maintenance Management Systems CMMS yang dapat diimplementasikan pada unit/instalasi pemeliharan sarana dan prasana rumah sakit IPSRS . Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode kuasi eksperimental posttest only. Analisis pengembangan dan perancangan sistem yang didasarkan pada siklus hidup pengembangan sistem Systems Development Life Cycle model waterfall. Pengembangan sistem menggunakan PHP sebagai bahasa pemrograman dan MySQL sebagai database dan web server apache, sedangkan untuk design nya menggunakan HTML 5, CSS, JavaScipt dan Framework CSS Bootstrap.
Hasil pengujian yang dilakukan oleh tiga programer dan sepuluh pengguna menunjukkan bahwa aspek usabilitas sistem yang dihitung berdasarkan kategori skala Likert diperoleh persentase masing-masing sebesar 88 dan 83,6 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa usabilitas prototipe sistem informasi manajemen pemeliharaan peralatan medis berbasi web sangat mudah dipergunakan dan dapat digunakan untuk memenuhi dokumen penilaian akreditasi maupuen re-akreditasi rumah sakit berdasarkan MFK.8. dan MFK. 8.1. Untuk pengembangan lebih lanjut, sistem informasi manajemen pemeliharaan peralatan medis berbasis web ini diharapkan dapat diintegrasikan dengan sistem informasi manajemen aset dan sistem informasi manajemen rumah sakit dengan menambah beberapa modul lainnya seperti modul data spare-part, capaian kinerja teknisi, library dan lain lain.

The web based prototype of medical equipment maintenance management information system is an information system application used as a means to assist electromedical technicians in performing maintenance activities and calibration of medical equipment. This research aims to produce a prototype of information system based on computerized maintenance management systems CMMS that can be applied to the hospital facility maintenance units IPSRS . The research employed the posttest only quasi experimental method. The analysis of the systems planning and development was based on systems development life cycle waterfall model . The prototype used PHP programming language for its system development, MySQL for its Database and Apache Web Server, and HTML 5, CSS, JavaScipt and Bootstrap CSS Framework for its design.
The results of the test administered to three programmers and ten users indicate that the usability of the application based on the Likert scale is at 88 and 83.6 respectively. Thus, it can be concluded that the usability of the web based prototype of medical equipment maintenance management information system is easy to use and applicable to meet the accreditation and re accreditation assessment documents of hospitals based on MFK.8. and MFK. 8.1. For further development, it is suggested that the web based medical equipment maintenance management information system integrate with asset management and hospital management information system by adding some other modules such as data modules of spare part, technician performance, library and others.

"Penelitian Sistem Informasi Manajemen Klinik Gumayun di Kabupaten Tegal dengan Berbasis Web, dilatarbelakangi adanya ketidaksesuaian laporan kegiatan serta laporan keuangan di Klinik Gumayun. Tujuan penelitian adalah sistem informasi manajemen untuk pelayanan kesehatan di klinik Gumayun. Variabel penelitian ini adalah pada aspek ketersediaan data dan informasi, relevansi data dan informasi, kecepatan laporan dan akurasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi di klinik Gumayun sebelum pengembangan sistem belum dapat menghasilkan informasi secara mudah, tepat waktu, akurat dan relevan. Dengan demikian diharapkan pengembangan sistem informasi manajemen dapat meningkatkan kualitas data dan informasi di Klinik Gumayun. Kesimpulanya adalah sistem informasi yang terkomputerisasi dapat memudahkan pencatatan dan pelaporan distribusi obat, laporan kunjungan pasien dan juga laporan keuangan serta dapat memberikan informasi kepada masyarakat. Saran yang dapat diberikan adalah perlu adanya petugas yang bertanggung jawab untuk memelihara dan mengembangkan sistem, petugas klinik yang ada dapat dimanfaatkan pada masing - masing ruang pelayanan sesuai dengan tugas dan fungsinya,.Selain itu, sistem informasi manajemen ini dalam implementasi kedepan, masih dapat dikembangkan sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan diharapkan dapat diintegrasikan terhadap pelaporan dari klinik swasta ke instansi pemerintah seperti Puskesmas dan Dinas Kesehatan.

Clinical Research Management Information System Gumayun in Tegal district based on web highlighted with in order to avoiding the discrepancy of the activity reports and financial reports at that clinic. The purpose of this research is to develop a management information system for health care services in the clinic. The variables of this research based on the aspects of the availability of data and information, the relevance of data and information, the speed of report and also the accuracy of data. The results of this research showed that the information system at the Gumayun clinic before the development of the system has not been able to generate information in an easy, timely, accurate and relevance. Hopefully, by the development of the management information system will improve the quality of data and information at the Gumayun clinic from the element of convenience, timeliness, accuracy, and relevancy. The conclusion of this research is by using the computerized information system services that can establish it easier to recording and reporting of the drug distribution, reporting patiens and also on the report about financial results and information to many people. Advice that can be given is to deploy the system into the services at the clinic activities at the Gumayun clinic, and also it needs the health care personnel who can be responsible for maintaining and developing the system so that when the system is needed, the system can be used easily. The existing clinic personnel can be utilized on every services area based on the function. In addition, the management information system in the implementation of the future, they can be developed according to the needs and are expected to be integrated to the reporting of private clinics to health centers and government agencies such as the Department of Health.

"Dalam memberikan pelayanan kesehatan yang optimal, meningkatkan efisiensi, efektivitas, dan kinerja, RS UKRIDA melakukan implementasi Sistem Informasi Manajemen Rumah Sakit (SIMRS). Penerimaan atau penolakan sistem oleh pengguna adalah penentu keberhasilan atau kegagalan adopsi sistem. Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) merupakan salah satu metode untuk melakukan penilaian penerimaan teknologi yang paling banyak digunakan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah melakukan analisis penerimaan penggunaan SIMRS oleh karyawan RS UKRIDA dengan menggunakan TAM. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan studi cross sectional terhadap 104 karyawan RS UKRIDA. Analisis dilakukan dengan uji univariat dan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi kemudahan berpengaruh secara langsung dan signifikan terhadap persepsi manfaat. Persepsi kegunaan dan persepsi manfaat berpengaruh secara langsung dan signifikan terhadap sikap terhadap penggunaan. Sikap terhadap penggunaan berpengaruh secara langsung dan signifikan terhadap intensi/niat perilaku. Persepsi manfaat berpengaruh secara langsung namun tidak signifikan terhadap intensi/niat perilaku. Pada pengaruh tidak langsung, persepsi manfaat berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap intensi/niat perilaku melalui sikap penggunaan. Dan pengaruh tidak langsung persepsi kemudahan terhadap intensi/niat perilaku bernilai positif dan signifikan. Sikap terhadap penggunaan merupakan prediktor terpenting dari intensi/niat perilaku karyawan RS UKRIDA terhadap penggunaan SIMRS.

In providing optimal health services, increasing efficiency, effectiveness, and performance, UKRIDA Hospital implements the Hospital Management Information System (HMIS). User’s acceptance or rejection of the system is determinant of the success or failure of the system adoption. Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) is one of the most widely used methods for assessing technology acceptance. The purpose of this study is to analyze the acceptance of HMIS usage by UKRIDA Hospital employees using TAM. This research is a quantitative study with a cross sectional study approach to 104 employees of UKRIDA Hospital. The analysis is carried out by univariate test and path analysis. The results show that perceived ease of use has a direct and significant effect on perceived usefulness. Perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness have a direct and significant effect on attitude toward using. Attitude toward using has a direct and significant effect on behavioral intention to use. Perceived usefulness has a direct effect but not significant on behavioral intention to use. On the indirect effect, perceived usefulness has a positive and significant effect on behavior intention to use through attitude toward using. And the indirect effect of perceived ease of use on behavioral intention to use is positive and significant. Attitude toward using is the most important predictor of behavioral intention to use of UKRIDA Hospital employees toward the use of HMIS."

"Deviasi anggaran atau perbedaan dokumen pada perencanaan dengan dokumen penganggaran merupakan sebuah masalah dalam proses perencanaan dan penganggaran di Indonesia. Untuk mencegah terjadinya deviasi anggaran pemerintah mengeluarkan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 17 Tahun 2017 Tentang Sinkronisasi Proses Perencanaan dan Penganggaran Pembangunan Nasional yang mengakibatkan munculnya sebuah sistem informasi Kolaborasi Perencanaan dan Informasi Kinerja Anggaran (KRISNA). Kemunculan sebuah sistem baru tentu saja menimbulkan adanya suatu proses perubahan. Kondisi tersebut mendorong dilakukannya penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses manajemen perubahan sistem informasi KRISNA dengan pendekatan penelitian post-positivist dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif dan teknik pengumpulan data primer melalui wawancara mendalam dan data sekunder melalui survei pemanfaatan sistem informasi KRISNA yang dilakukan pengembang. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori manajemen perubahan efektif yang dikemukakan oleh Conger, Spreitzer, dan Lawler dalam Cummings & Worley (2009). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa manajemen perubahan sistem informasi KRISNA sudah berjalan dengan baik karena adanya motivasi untuk berubah dari para aktor yang terlibat, visi perubahan KRISNA sudah jelas, dukungan dari pengguna karena adanya penerimaan terhadap teknologi serta pengelolaan transisi yang sudah baik. Meskipun demikian perubahan pada sistem informasi KRISNA masih belum mencapai bagaimana mepertahankan momentum yang sudah dibangun karena kurangnya sumber daya manusia pada tim pengembang serta belum adanya agen perubahan, dan kegiatan pengembangan kompetensi dan keterampilan baru

Deviation of the budget or the difference between planning and budgeting documents is a problem in the planning and budgeting process in Indonesia. To prevent budget deviations, the government issued Government Regulation Number 17 of 2017 Concerning the Synchronization of the National Development Planning and Budgeting Process which resulted in the emergence of a Budget Collaborative Planning and Information Performance Information System (KRISNA). The emergence of a new system certainly causes a process of change. These conditions encourage the conduct of this research to find out how the KRISNA information system change management process with a post-positivist research approach with descriptive research types and primary data collection techniques through in-depth interviews and secondary data through surveys of the use of KRISNA information systems by developers. This study uses the theory of effective change management proposed by Conger, Spreitzer, and Lawler in Cummings & Worley (2009). The results showed that the management of KRISNA's information system changes was going well because of the motivation to change from the actors involved, the vision of KRISNA's change was clear, the support of the users due to the acceptance of technology and management of the transition was already good. However, changes to the KRISNA information system have not yet reached how to maintain the momentum that has been built due to the lack of human resources on the development team and the absence of change agents, and new competency and skills development activities"

"Dokumentasi keperawatan yang berkualitas harus faktual,akurat, lengkap, dan terorganisasi. Sistem pendokumentasian asuhan keperawatan di Indonesia pada umumnya masih manual dan jauh dari ideal, salah satunya yaitu kurang lengkapnya dokumentasi asuhan keperawatan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan SIMPRO terhadap kelengkapan dokumentasi keperawatan. Desain penelitian pre eksperiment dengan rancangan pre dan post test without control dengan sampel 43 dokumen dan 10 perawat.
Hasil penelitian dengan Wilcoxon test menunjukan adanya perbedaan yang bermakna antara kelengkapan dokumentasi sebelum dan sesudah penggunaan sistem informasi (p = 0,0001) dan dengan Korelasi Spearman menunjukkan ada hubungan persepsi perawat tentang komponen komputer (p = 0,005), kemudahan dan kemanfaatan dokumentasi berbasis komputer (p = 0,034) dengan kelengkapan dokumentasi setelah penerapan sistem informasi.
Perbedaan ini menunjukkan dokumentasi keperawatan berbasis sistem informasi berpengaruh terhadap kelengkapan dokumentasi keperawatan. Hasil penelitian dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu dasar untuk solusi masalah ketidaklengkapan dokumentasi keperawatan.

Quality of nursing documentation requires factual, accurate, complete,and organized. Generally, nursing documentation system in Indonesia is done manually and still far from ideal, one of them lack of completeness documentation. This study is aimed to identify the influence the SIMPRO to completeness nursing documentation. This is pre experiment study with pre and post-test without control where 43 documents and 10 nurses involved in the study.
Wilcoxon test were used to analyze the data, and the result shows that there is significant different in completeness nursing documentation before and after using information system (p = 0,0001) and the Spearman Correlation shows there were relationship nurse's perception of computer components (p = 0.005), the computer-based documentation (p = 0.034) to completeness nursing documentation after using information system.
Conclusion: the finding of this study showed that the use of information system gave influence to completeness nursing documentation. The results of the research could be used to base the development of hospital information management system at the discretion of the hospital.
