penelitian terdahulu terkait peran etika bisnis dalam tata kelola perusahaan. Etika bisnis
merupakan salah satu etika terapan, etika bisnis adalah aplikasi dari pemahaman tentang
apa yang baik dan benar untuk berbagai institusi, teknologi, transaksi, aktivitas, dan usaha yang biasa kita sebut ‘bisnis’. Etika bisnis mengatur tentang batasan-batasan
perusahaan dalam mencapai tujuan untuk mencari keuntungan. Etika bisnis memiliki hubungan yang sangat penting dalam tercapainya tata kelola perusahaan yang baik. Etika bisnis membentuk landasan bagi tata kelola perusahaan, memastikan keberlanjutan kegiatan usaha, dan menjaga reputasi atas penerapan tata kelola perusahaan yang baik. Etika bisnis memiliki dampak positif dan berpengaruh signifikan pada penerapan tata kelola perusahaan yang baik. Dari beberapa penelitian terdahulu, tampak bahwa etika bisnis merupakan faktor penting dalam mendorong penerapan tata kelola perusahaan yang baik.

Recently, there have been scandals related to fraud and violations of corporate governance. This gives the impression that violations of business ethics make corporate governance doesn’t run properly. The main objective of this study is to explore the application of business ethics and the role of business ethics in corporate governance. This study uses a literature review method, a study based on the results of previous studies related to the role of business ethics in corporate governance. Business ethics is one of the applied ethics, business ethics is the application of understanding what is good and right for various institutions, technologies, transactions, activities, and business which we usually call 'business'. Business ethics regulates the company's boundaries in achieving the goal of seeking profit. Business ethics has a very important relationship in achieving good corporate governance. Business ethics form the basis for corporate governance, ensure business activities, and maintain a reputation for implementing good corporate governance. Business ethics has a positive and significant impact on the implementation of good corporate governance. From several previous studies, it appears that business ethics is an important factor in encouraging the implementation of good corporate governance."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh job characteristics terhadap organizational citizenship behavior diukur menggunakan konsep multidimensi job characteristics yaitu variety task identity task significant autonomy dan feedback Hackman Oldham 1976 organizational citizenship behavior OCB diukur dengan konsep multidimensi yaitu altruism conscientiousness sportsmanship civic virtue dan courtesy Organ 1988. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui survei dengan sampel sebanyak 38 orang karyawan level staff SBU Power Support Transportation PT Imeco Inter Sarana yang diambil menggunakan teknik total sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana untuk menguji pengaruh di antara variabel variabel. Hasil analisis regresi sederhana mengindikasikan bahwa job characteristics berpengaruh terhadap organizational citizenship behavior.

This study aims to examine the effect of job characteristics on organizational citizenship behavior Multidimensional job characteristics namely variety task identity task significant autonomy and feedback Hackman Oldham 1976 and multidimensional organizational citizenship namely altruism conscientiousness sportsmanship civic virtue and courtesy to measure job characteristics and organizational citizenship behavior. This research used quantitative approach Data was collected through survey which conducted on 38 staff level employees working at SBU Power Support Transportation PT Imeco Inter Sarana by total sampling method. Simple regression analysis was used to measure relationship between variables. The result of simple regression analysis shows that job characteristics affects organizational citizenship behavior.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara tata kelola perusahaan dan komitmen etika bisnis terhadap penilaian perusahaan. Penelitian menghasilkan kesimpulan bahwa perusahaan dengan tata kelola perusahaan yang baik memiliki biaya modal ekuitas yang lebih rendah. Sejalan dengan hasil tersebut, perusahaan dengan komitmen etika bisnis yang tinggi terbukti memiliki nilai biaya modal ekuitas yang lebih rendah.
Penelitian ini juga membuktikan bahwa pengaruh tata kelola perusahaan pada perusahaan dengan komitmen etika bisnis yang tinggi lebih lemah dibandingkan dengan perusahaan dengan komitmen etika bisnis yang rendah. Hal ini mengindikasikan hubungan antara tata kelola perusahaan dengan komitmen etika bisnis adalah bersifat subtitusi.
Pada akhirnya, penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa perusahaan dapat menurunkan biaya modal ekuitas dan meningkatkan nilai perusahaan dengan mengimplementasikan tata kelola perusahaan yang lebih komprehensif dan berkomitmen dalam melaksanakan etika bisnis yang baik.

The study intends to understand the influence of good corporate governance and business ethic commitment to corporate valuation. The study has shown that companies with good corporate governance had lower cost of equity capital compared to other companies with lower commitment on their corporate governance.
Followed with these results, companies with high business ethics commitments are proved to have lower cost of equity capital. Moreover, the weaker association of corporate governance founded in companies with high business ethics commitments. These result concluded that there is substitute relation between corporate governance and business ethics commitment.
Finally, this study shows that companies can lower the cost of equity capital and enhance shareholder value by implementing corporate governance more comprehensive and committed in implementing good business ethics."
