"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh website customer orientation, website personality, website quality terhadap repurchase intention. Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa website customer orientation, website personality dan website quality memengaruhi secara signifikan terhadap repurchase intention. Penelitian ini mengambil objek penelitian yaitu para pengguna tokobagus.com yang pernah melakukan transaksi sekurang-kurangnya satu kali transaksi.

The objective of this study is to analyze effect of website customer orientation, website personality, website quality towards repurchase intention. This research shows that website customer orientation, website personality and website quality significantly affect towards repurchase intention. The object of this research is tokobagus.com users that have been transaction into this website at least once.

"Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh rendahnya penerapan keterbukaan informasi pada pemerintahan. Padahal Internet sebagai media yang mampu menyediakan fasilitas akses informasi telah mengubah arah dan pandangan pengguna dalam melakukan aktivitas mencari informasi. Pemerintah, dalam hal ini, Kementerian harus mampu menyediakan situs/website yang inovatif agar mampu menarik perhatian dan mampu mendorong pengguna melakukan interaksi virtual. Metodologi penelitian dengan paradigm positivistik melalui metode kuantitatif deskriptif.
Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa perangkat komunikasi website dilihat dari kualitas layanan, kualitas informasi, loyalitas pengguna website yang diterapkan Kementerian Perindustrian sudah baik dilihat dari indikator Kualitas Layanan dan Kualitas Informasi sehingga dapat meningkatkan Loyalitas terhadap penggunaan website.

This study was driven by the poor level of information disclosure of the government. Whereas the Internet as a medium that is capable of providing access to facilities and information is changing the way users view the activity seeking information. The government, in this case, the Ministry should be able to provide the site /innovative website to be able to attract attention and be able to encourage users to perform virtual interaction. The research used a positivistic paradigm through a quantitative descriptive method.
The results of using a communication tool a of a website visits based on quality of service, quality of information, user loyalty applied at the Ministry of Industry website has been able to meet the standard Quality of Service and Quality of Information, thereby increasing loyalty to the use of the website.

"Industri online retailing semakin berkembang pesat di Indonesia, dengan produk pakaian menjadi salah satu kategori produk yang paling sering dibeli secara online. Saat mengunjungi apparel website, konsumen terpapar desain website dan informasi produk. Warna merupakan salah satu elemen desain website. Sedangkan tampilan produk berperan sebagai informasi bagi konsumen karena konsumen tidak dapat melihat dan menyentuh pakaian secara langsung. Tampilan produk dan warna menjadi stimulus bagi konsumen. Karya akhir ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa apakah tampilan produk dan warna menghasilkan respon konsumen yang berbeda-beda setelah mengunjungi website, yang dapat dilihat melalui emosi, sikap konsumen terhadap website, dan niat pembelian melalui website. Dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan emosi dan sikap konsumen berdasarkan tampilan produk dan warna suatu website, yang akhirnya mempengaruhi niat beli konsumen.

Online retailing industry is growing rapidly in Indonesia, with clothing products become one of the most frequently purchased online. When visiting an apparel website, consumers exposed to website design and information regarding the product. Color is one of the elements of the website design. Whereas the product presentation serves as information for consumer because they can’t see and touch the clothes directly. Product presentation and color become a stimulus for consumers. This thesis aims to analyze whether the product presentation and colors generate different consumer response after visiting the website, which can be seen through the emotion, consumer attitude toward the website, and purchase intention through the website. From this study, it can be concluded that there is a difference of emotion and consumer attitude based on product presentation and color of an apparel website, which ultimately affects their purchase intention."

"Penggunaan website oleh pemerintah Indonesia sudah sangat berkembang pesat. Website dapat digunakan untuk menyediakan informasi tentang berbagai kegiatan pemerintah yang sedang atau telah dilakukan. Pemerintah Kota Depok merupakan salah satu bagian dari struktur pemerintahan daerah di Indonesia yang juga telah menggunakan website segabai teknologi informasi dalam penyelenggaraan pemerintahannya. Keberadaan website Pemerintah Kota Depok dimaksudkan agar dapat membantu masyarakat dalam memberikan pelayanan, menjadikan pelayanan lebih sederhana, dan transparan. Selain itu, diharapkan para anggota masyarakat dapat memberikan saran atau konsep untuk kemajuan Kota Depok. Dengan begitu, pengaruh dari website Kota Depok harus dievaluasi untuk menentukan apakah sudah cukup memuaskan pengguna dan mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan dalam keberadaannya. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan pengaruh kualitas kegunaan, kualitas informasi, kualitas interaksi layanan, dan kualitas visual website pemerintah kota depok terhadap kepuasan pengguna. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan pengumpulan data primer melalui kuesioner. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 385 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kualitas kegunaan, kualitas informasi, kualitas interaksi layanan dan kualitas visual mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pengguna website pemerintah kota depok.

Usage website by the Indonesian government has developed very rapidly.Website can be used to provide information about various government activities that are being or have been carried out. The Depok City Government is one part of the regional government structure in Indonesia that has also used website as information technology in the administration of government. The existence of the Depok City Government website is intended to help the community in providing services, making services simpler and more transparent. Apart from that, it is hoped that community members can provide suggestions or concepts for the progress of Depok City. In this way, the influence of the Depok City website must be evaluated to determine whether it is sufficient to satisfy users and achieve the goals set for its existence. Therefore, this research aims to prove the influence of usability quality, information quality, service interaction quality, and visual quality of the Depok city government website on user satisfaction. The research was conducted using a quantitative approach and collecting primary data through questionnaires. The sample used was 385 respondents. The research results show that the variables usability quality, information quality, service interaction quality and visual quality have a positive influence on user satisfaction of the Depok city government website."

"Kinerja (performance) suatu situs web adalah pengalaman pengguna yang menarik untuk diteliti karena menjadi salah satu pengukuran penting dari perspektif pengguna. Berangkat dari hal tersebut, penelitian ini pun bertujuan untuk meneliti pengalaman pengguna situs web dari sisi analisis faktor dan pengaruh pengalaman pengguna mengakses situs web. Penelitian ini menguji empat skema, yaitu: (a) faktor-faktor bagian dari pengalaman pengguna situs web, (b) pengaruh pengalaman pengguna situs web terhadap kepercayaan kepada brand, (c) pengaruh pengalaman pengguna situs web terhadap kembali ke situs web, dan (d) pengaruh pengalaman pengguna situs web terhadap membagikan situs web ke pengguna lain. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Jenis penelitian ini ialah explanatory research. Kuesioner penelitian bertipe daring dengan skala Likert tujuh kategori respons. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 300 jurnalis dengan sampel penelitian adalah sensus. Pengolahan data penelitian memanfaatkan bantuan Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) versi 25.0. Uji hipotesis penelitian menggunakan confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) dan uji regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini, pertama adalah ada delapan faktor yang menjadi bagian signifikan dari pengalaman pengguna situs web, yaitu emosi pengguna, hedonis, desain, nilai pengguna, usability, kecepatan akses, nilai publik, dan budaya. Kedua, pengalaman pengguna situs web terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepercayaan kepada brand, kembali ke situs web, dan membagikan situs web ke pengguna lain. Ketiga, terbentuknya empat skema yang dapat menjadi cikal-bakal model pengalaman pengguna situs web.

The performance of a website is an interesting user experience to be investigated because it becomes one of the important measurements from the user's perspective. Based on this, this study aims to examine the user experience of the website in terms of factor analysis and the influence of user experience accessing the website. This study examines four schemes, namely: (a) the factors part of the website user experience, (b) the influence of the website user experience on brand trust, (c) the influence of the website user experience on returning to the website, and (d) the influence of the website user experience on sharing the website with other users. This research approach is quantitative with survey methods. This type of research is explanatory research. The research questionnaire is online type with a Likert scale of seven response categories. The population of this research is 300 journalists with the census sample as the research sample. The research data processing uses Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) version 25.0. The research hypotheses test use confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) and simple linear regression test. The results of this study, first, there are eight factors that are a significant part of the website user experience, namely user emotions, hedonic, design, user values, usability, speed of access, public values, and culture. Second, the website user experience has proven to have a significant effect on brand trust, returning to the website, and sharing the website with other users. Third, the formation of four schemes that can be the forerunner of the website user experience model. "

"Penelitian ini menggunakan teori TAM untuk mengukur faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi mahasiswa menggunakan Situs Web Portal UPT Perpustakaan UI dan menjelaskan hubungan faktor yang mempengaruhi niat pengguna untuk mengakses portal
tersebut. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survei yang dilakukan terhadap Mahasiswa
UI jenjang D3 sampai dengan S2 yang mengakses Portal Situs Web Perpustakaan UI
dalam kurun waktu Desember 2019 hingga November 2020.
Dari hasil analisis, ditemukan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara persepsi
kemudahan penggunaan dan usefulness terhadap intensi penggunaan portal website
library UI. Variabel yang tergolong dalam perbedaan individu yang terdiri dari
penggunaan komputer, pengetahuan domain, dan ketertarikan untuk mempublikasi tidak
memiliki hubungan yang signifikan terhadap persepsi kemudahan penggunaan maupun
kegunaan sistem dari portal website library UI. Variabel yang tergolong dalam
karakteristik sistem, hanya bantuan perpustakaan yang tidak memiliki hubungan dengan
persepsi penggunaan penggunaan dan kegunaan. Variabel relevansi tidak memiliki
hubungan dengan kemudahan penggunaan. Sedangkan visibilitas dan aksesibilitas
memiliki hubungan yang signifikan pada variabel kemudahan penggunaan dan kegunaan.
Dalam penelitian faktor bantuan perpustakaan tidak memiliki pengaruh sehingga perlu
ditingkatkan adanya bantuan perpustakaan di Portal Situs Web UPT Perpustakaan UI
mengingat kondisi pandemi Covid-19 yang membuat layanan tatap muka ditutup dan
dimasukkan dalam layanan daring.

This study used the TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) theory to measure factors
influencing students in using Library UI Website Portal and to explain the relationship of
factors affecting the user's intention to access the portal. This research was a survey
research conducted on UI Diploma to master degree students who accessed the UI Library
Website Portal from December 2019 to November 2020. From the analysis, it was found
that there was a significant relationship between perceived ease of use and usefulness
towards the intention to use the UI library website portal. The variables belonging to
individual differences consisting of computer use, domain knowledge, and interest in
publishing did not have a significant relationship to the perceived ease of use and
usefulness of the UI library website portal. From variables belonging to the characteristics
of the system, only library assistance had no relationship with both perceived ease of use
and usefulness. Relevance variable had no relationship with ease of use. Meanwhile,
visibility and accessibility had a significant relationship on the perceived ease of use and
usefulness. In research, the factor of library assistance had no effect, so it is necessary to
increase the existence of library assistance on the Website Portal of the UPT Library of
Indonesia given the Covid-19 pandemic conditions which made face-to-face services can
not be done and almost everything use online services.

"Pesatnya kemajuan teknologi di Indonesia telah mengubah setiap aspek kehidupan masyarakat sehari-hari, termasuk transaksi komersial yang kini biasa dilakukan melalui platform digital. Perilaku konsumen telah berubah sebagai akibat dari e-Commerce, terutama di industri kecantikan. PT. XYZ memanfaatkan peluang ini hingga membesarkan merek lokal dan Internasional, serta meraih Penghargaan MURI sebagai Toko Online Indonesia pertama yang Mendapat Merek Internasional, namun masih memiliki kepuasan konsumen yang rendah dengan pengalaman penggunanya. Studi ini diarahkan oleh metodologi pemikiran desain, yang berfungsi sebagai kerangka kerja inti, serta pendekatan six thinking hats untuk pemecahan masalah dan studi pengumpulan dan pemrosesan data lainnya. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga menggunakan Usability Heuristics Principles and Visual Design Principles sebagain paduan utama dalam mengevaluasi UI/UX pada antarmuka website PT. XYZ. Penelitian ini menghasilkan prototipe antarmuka pengguna dengan ketelitian tinggi untuk Situs Web e-Commerce Kecantikan, yang divalidasi melalui pengujian kegunaan dan kuesioner PSSUQ.

The rapid advancement of technology in Indonesia has altered every aspect of people's everyday lives, including commercial transactions, which are now commonly undertaken via digital platforms. Consumer behaviour has changed as a result of e-Commerce, notably in the beauty industry. PT. XYZ seize this opportunity up to raising local brands and achieved MURI Awards as the first Indonesian Online Store to Get International Brand, but it still has low consumer satisfaction with its user experience that was confirmed through website performance and the distributed open questionnaire. This study follows the design thinking methodology, which served as the core framework, as well as the six hats thinking approach for issue solving and other data gathering and processing studies. Furthermore, it uses the Usability Heuristics Principles and Visual Design Principles as the main guidelines. Hence, the research resulted in a high-fidelity prototype of the user interface for a Beauty e-Commerce Website, which was validated through usability testing and the PSSUQ questionnaire."
