"Lembaga Ilmu Pengetahuan Indonesia setiap tahun selalu melakukan kegiatan penelitian.Di dalam rencana strategis LIPI disebutkan bahwa LIPI ingin mewujudkan tata kelola organisasi yang baik yang dapat diukur dengan terlaksananya perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan kegiatan yang berkualitas dan akuntabel. Saat ini, jalannya penelitian belum dapat dipantau secara rutin.Salah satu penyebabnya adalah proses tersebut masih manual dilakukan dengan menggunakan aplikasi spreadsheet. Selain itu masih banyak permasalahan di LIPI terkait kegiatan penelitian.
Penelitian ini berusaha merancang arsitektur sistem manajemen penelitian. Perancangan ini dilakukan berdasarkan kerangka kerja Zachman. Kerangka kerja Zachman membagi kebutuhan sistem dalam enam perspektif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem manajemen penelitian LIPI memilki lima proses utama. Sistem manajemen penelitian harus memilki fungsi untuk melacak kegiatan penelitian yang lampau, mengetahui serapan anggaran dalam periode tertentu dan informasi terkait aset tidak berwujud.

Indonesian Institute of Sciences (LIPI) conducts many research projects. In the strategic plan document, it is stated that LIPI wants to become good governance institution. It can be measured by improved planning, good implementation, and quality control activities. Nowadays, LIPI can not monitorsome research projects. Monitoring and evaluation activity is still carried out manually using a spreadsheet application. In addition there are many problems associated LIPI research activities.
This study attempted to design research management systems architecture using the zachman framework. The zachman framework divides the system needs in six perspectives. The result showed that the LIPI research management system has five main processes. Research management system has the functionality to keep track of past research activities, know the budget of research project and information related to intangible assets.

"Penelitian ini membahas tentang pengaruh dari implementasi Knowledge Management (KM) terhadap peneliti pada sebuah lembaga penelitian di Indonesia bernama LIPI. Untuk memastikan agar KM yang diimplementasikan pada organisasi memberikan manfaat yang diharapkan maka perlu dilakukan penilaian terhadap KM. Dengan mempertimbangkan sifat dari lembaga penelitian yang people-centric, maka implementasi KM pada lembaga penelitian dinilai melalui pengaruhnya terhadap penelitinya.
Implementasi KM tersebut diukur berdasarkan proses-prosesDiscovery, Capture, Sharing, dan Application. Sedangkan pengaruh terhadappeneliti diukur berdasarkan tingkat pembelajaran peneliti, kemampuanpenyesuaian diri peneliti, dan kepuasan peneliti dalam bekerja.
Berdasarkan pengukuran tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur seberapa besar pengaruh proses-proses KM, yaitu Discovery, Capture, Sharing, dan Application terhadap peneliti dari sisi pembelajaran, penyesuaian diri, dan kepuasan bekerja. Model penelitian yang digunakan didasarkan pada model pengaruh KM terhadap pegawai dari teori Becerra-Fernandez, Gonzalez, dan Sabherwal (2004). Metode Structural Equational Modelling (SEM) digunakan untuk menguji teori dan model dari data penelitian.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Capture, Sharing, dan Application berpengaruh positif terhadap pembelajaran peneliti dan pembelajaran peneliti juga berpengaruh positif terhadap penyesuaian diri dan kepuasan bekerja peneliti. Proses KM yang memiliki pengaruh paling signifikan terhadap peneliti adalah Application, dilanjutkan dengan Capture, dan kemudian Sharing.

This study discusses about the impact of Knowledge Management (KM) implementation to the researchers in a research institute in Indonesia, named LIPI. To ensure that the implementation of KM has delivered the expected benefit, it is necessary to do KM assessment. By considering the characteristic of a research institute which is people-centric, then the implementation of KM in the research institute is assessed based on its impact to the researchers.
The implementation of KM is measured by the processes of Discovery, Capture, Sharing, and Application. While the impact to researchers is measured by the learning extent of researchers, researchers adaptability, and researchers job satisfaction.
Based on the measurement, this study aims to assess the impact of KM processes such as Discovery, Capture, Sharing, and Application to researchers by their learning, adaptability, and job satisfaction. The research model is adapted from the theory model of Becerra-Fernandez, Gonzalez, dan Sabherwal (2004) about the impact of KM to people. Structural Equational Modelling (SEM) method is used to test the theory and the model based on the research data.
The result shown that the process of Capture, Sharing, and Application positively impact the learning of the researchers and the learning of researchers also positively impact the adaptability and job satisfaction of the researchers. The KM process with the most significant impact is Application, followed by Capture, and then Sharing.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat rancangan sistem manajemen pengetahuan yang digunakan untuk menangkap dan menyebarkan pengetahuan pada kegiatan penelitian di Universitas Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode business process re-engineering (BPR) untuk mendapatkan rancangan sistem perbaikan yang signifikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem pengelolaan pengetahuan meningkatkan penyebaran pengetahuan dan penangkapan pengetahuan di Universitas Indonesia. Proses perbaikan diuji dengan melakukan simulasi menggunakan Igrafx. Simulasi menunjukkan jumlah pengetahuan yang berhasil ditangkap dan disimpan sistem pengelolaan pengetahuan.

This study aims to design a knowledge management system to capture and distribute knowledge related to research activities in Universitas Indonesia. This study uses the businerss process reengineering (BPR) method to significantly improve the system design. The results show that the knowledge management system does increase the capture and distribution of knowledge in Universitas Indonesia. The improvement process was tested through simulations conducted in Igrafx. The simulations then show the amount of knowledge captured and retained in the knowledge management system.

"Sharing pengetahuan dapat memberikan manfaat untuk mencapai individu dan tujuan organisasi. Knowledge sharing diantara petugas pengelola BMN berperan penting dalam mewujudkan pengelolaan BMN yang tertib administrasi dan tertib pengelolaan. Namun, knowledge sharing pada komunitas pengelolaan BMN LIPI belum optimal, sehingga perlu diidentifikasi faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi petugas pengelola BMN LIPI untuk melakukan knowledge sharing.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi perilaku knowledge sharing pada komunitas pengelolaan BMN LIPI. Model penelitian ini dikembangkan berdasarkan Theory of Planned Behavior sebagai kerangka teoritis dan diadaptasi ke dalam konteks knowledge sharing serta dikombinasikan dengan konstruk-konstruk yang didapat dari penelitian terdahulu. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan data primer dari hasil penyebaran kuesioner kepada petugas pengelola BMN satker LIPI serta pembina pengelola BMN LIPI. Sampel survei terdiri dari 101 responden dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dan analisis jalur (Path Analysis) dengan menggunakan software AMOS (Analysis of Moment Structure).
Berdasarkan hasil analisis ditemukan bahwa attitude toward knowledge sharing dipengaruhi oleh expected reciprocal benefit, sedangkan perceived behavioral control dipengaruhi oleh resource availability dan technology. Attitude toward knowledge sharing dan perceived behavioral control berpengaruh positif terhadap intention to share yang pada akhirnya secara positif mempengaruhi knowledge sharing behavior. Perceived behavioral control juga terbukti dapat mempengaruhi perilaku knowledge sharing baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui niat (intention) untuk melakukan knowledge sharing. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat berguna untuk mengoptimalkan budaya knowledge sharing pada komunitas pengelolaan BMN di lingkungan LIPI.

Sharing knowledge can provide benefits to achieve individual and organization‟s goals. Sharing knowledge among state property management (SPM)‟s officer is very crucial in making a good state property management in administrative order. In fact, sharing knowledge in SPM‟s officer in LIPI is not optimum yet, so that it needs to be identified which factors that influence SPM‟s officer in LIPI to do so.
This study is aimed to identify the factors which influence the behavior of community of SPM‟s officer in LIPI to share knowledge. The model of this research is developed base on the Theory of Planned Behavior which is used as theoretical framework and adapted to the context of sharing knowledge as well as combined with the constructs from the previous study. The data that are used in this study are the primary data from the questionnaires which are spread to the officers and supervisors of SPM in LIPI. The survey‟s samples consist of 101 respondents and it uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and Path Analysis as technical data analysis by using Analysis of Moment Structure (AMOS) software.
The result of analysis found that the attitude toward sharing knowledge is influenced by the expected reciprocal benefit, while, perceived behavioral control is influenced by resource availability and technology. The attitude toward knowledge sharing and perceived behavioral control has a positive impact to the intention to share which eventual positively influence the knowledge sharing behavior. The perceived behavioral control is also proved to influence the behavior of both direct and indirect knowledge sharing (intention). The result of this study is considered to be useful in optimizing the culture of sharing knowledge among SPM‟s officer community in LIPI.

"Tujuan dari Millenium Developmet Goals 2015 untuk menekan angka kemiskinan diprediksi tidak akan berhasil dicapai pada tahun 2015 (Laporan Utusan Khusus Presidan untuk MDGs, 2011). Hal ini disebabkan oleh kegagalan mekanisme pasar, pendekatan policy dan inisiatif organisasi sipil (Murray, 2012). Konsep inovasi sosial adalah konsep pendekatan multi-stakeholder yang dapat menjadi alternatif untuk memecahkan permasalahan sosial dengan cara mengkolaborasikan sektor tripartit. Meskipun demikian, konsep inovasi sosial yang dijalankan dengan cross partnership membutuhkan sistem manajemen pengetahuan yang terintegrasi sehingga sumber daya inovasi sosial yang tersebar pada berbagai sektor dapat diakumulasikan dan diakses bersama. Melalui penelitian ini, peneliti merancang sistem manajemen inovasi sosial Indonesia yang akan menghimpun sumber daya inovasi sosial pada sektor tripartit dan memecahkan permasalahan-permasalahan sosial. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu SECI Model. Metode tersebut mencakup, pemetaan karakteristik pengetahuan dan analisis penciptaan dan transfer pengetahuan pengetahuan tacit-explicit. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa platform online open innovation/shared design thinking, platform online community of practice untuk inovasi sosial, platform open volunteerism, platform crowdfunding, dan platform Changemakers Hub yang menghubungkan sektor tripartit.

The goal of Millenium Developmet Goals 2015 to reduce the number of poverty rate is predicted will not be achieved by 2015. (Envoy of the President on MDGs, 2011). Market mechanism, government policy and civic organizations inisiatif failed to fill it (Murray, 2012). The concept of Social Innovation as a multi-stakeholder approach is an alternative approach to solve a social problem with collaboration of tripartite sectors. However, the concept of social innovation characterized by cross partnership requires an integrated knowledge management system in order that the social innovation resources can be accumulated. Researcher elicits social innovation knowledge management system that will collaborate tripartite sectors to accumulate social innovation resources and solve social problems. Methodology used in this research is SECI Model analysis. The methodology includes knowledge characteristic analysis and formulation for creating and transferring tacit-explicit. The research products are platform onlines for open innovation/shared design thinking, community of practice for social innovation, open volunteerism, crowdfunding, and changemakers hub for the tripartite sectors.

"PT XYZ adalah sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak dalam industri keamanan identitas. Penelitian ini mengangkat tema permasalahan pengelolaan pengetahuan yang kurang efektif di Unit Bisnis MO PT XYZ. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kebutuhan Knowledge Management System (KMS) di Unit Bisnis MO PT XYZ serta merancang sistemnya. Analisis kebutuhan knowledge management system menggunakan metodologi Becerra-Fernandez dan analisis Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument (OCAI). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode campuran (mixed method) dalam pengumpulan dan analisis data. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan meliputi wawancara, focus group discussion, dan survei kuesioner. Analisis OCAI pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa organisasi memiliki budaya pasar. Selain itu, analisis metodologi Becerra-Fernandez menghasilkan prioritas proses manajemen pengetahuan di organisasi penelitian, yaitu sosialisasi baik itu knowledge discovery maupun knowledge sharing, pertukaran, arahan, dan kombinasi. Fitur KMS yang dikembangkan pada penelitian ini adalah grup chat, manajemen dokumen, dan case-based reasoning. Perancangan KMS menggunakan metode prototyping, diagram UML, dan arsitektur sistem Tiwana. Diagram UML yang digunakan meliputi use case diagram, activity diagram, class diagram, sequence diagram, dan behavioral state machine diagram. Rancangan sistem menghasilkan 12 use-case dan 4 aktor. Arsitektur sistem yang dirancang meliputi interface layer, access and authentication layer, collobarative intellignce and filtering, application layer, transport layer, middleware and legacy integration layer, dan repository layer. Prototipe sistem divalidasi dengan menggunakan pendekatan user acceptance test.

.XYZ is a company engaged in the identity security industry. This study raises the theme of less effective knowledge management problems in MO Business Unit. This study aims to analyze the needs of Knowledge Management System (KMS) in MO Business Unit XYZ and design the system. The analysis of the knowledge management system used the Becerra-Fernandez methodology and analysis of the Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument (OCAI). This study used a mixed method in data collection and analysis. The data collection instruments used included interviews, focus group discussions, and questionnaire surveys. The OCAI analysis in this study shows that organizations have a market culture. In addition, the analysis of the Becerra-Fernandez methodology resulted in a priority of knowledge management processes in research organizations, namely socialization for both knowledge discovery and knowledge sharing, exchange, direction, and combination. The KMS features developed in this study are chat group, document management, and case-based reasoning. KMS design used prototyping methods, UML diagrams, and Tiwana system architecture. UML diagrams used include use case diagram, activity diagram, class diagram, sequence diagram, and behavioral state machine diagram. The system design produced 12 use cases and 4 actors. System architecture are designed include interface layer interface, access and authentication layer, collobarative intelligence and filtering, application layer, transport layer, middleware and legacy integration layer, and repository layer. The system prototype is validated using the user acceptance test approach."

"Knowledge merupakan aspek penting di dalam suatu perusahaan. Knowledge juga menjadi dasar yang dalam proses pengambilan keputusan, sehingga pengelolaan knowledge yang buruk dapat berdampak pada kinerja perusahaan. Divisi Information Technology (DIT) merupakan salah satu divisi di Telkom yang menyadari akan pentingnya pengelolaan knowledge. Saat ini pengelolaan knowledge di DIT belum dilakukan secara merata dan terstruktur. Hal tersebut berakibat pada banyaknya pengetahuan yang hilang, sulitnya mencari dan mengakuisisi pengetahuan, tidak ada repositori pengetahuan, dan proses pembelajaran terhambat. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, dilakukanlah penelitian ini dengan tujuan untuk merancang KMS yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan DIT Telkom. Penelitian ini menggunakan KMS design method dari Becerra Fernandez untuk mengidentifikasi KM solution. Kemudian untuk mendapatkan kebutuhan fungsional dan non-fungsional KMS, penulis melakukan wawancara dengan pihak terkait. Setelah requirement didapatkan, penulis merancang KMS dengan menggunakan teknik prototyping. Untuk analisis gamification, penulis menerapkan kaleidoskop gamification. Hasil rancangan KMS dievaluasi dengan menggunakan teknik PSSUQ. Penulis juga merancang arsitektur KMS dengan menerapkan seven-layer arsitektur KMS dari Tiwana. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diketahui bahwa proses KM yang dibutuhkan oleh DIT Telkom adalah socialization (for knowledge discovery), direction, routines, dan combination. Kemudian elemen gamification yang dibutuhkan adalah point, reward, dan leaderboard. Hasil evaluasi rancangan KMS menunjukkan nilai PSSUQ sebesar 2,783 yang berarti rancangan dapat diterima oleh pegawai DIT.

Knowledge is a fundamental component within a corporation. Insufficient management of knowledge can adversely affect firm performance as it serves as the foundation for the decision-making process. The Information Technology Division (DIT) is a division within Telkom that recognizes the significance of knowledge management. Presently, the implementation of knowledge management in DIT lacks uniformity and organization. Consequently, there is a significant loss of knowledge, challenges in locating and obtaining knowledge, absence of a knowledge repository, and hindered learning process. In order to address this issue, a study was carried out with the objective of developing a Knowledge Management System (KMS) that is tailored to the specific requirements of DIT Telkom. This study employs Becerra Fernandez's KMS design methodology to discern appropriate Knowledge Management (KM) solutions. To obtain the functional and non-functional requirements of KMS, the author conducted interviews with relevant stakeholders. Once the requirements were acquired, the author developed the KMS utilizing prototyping methodologies. The author utilized kaleidoscopic gamification for the purpose of analyzing gamification. The outcomes of the KMS design were assessed utilizing the PSSUQ methodology. The author implemented the KMS architecture by utilizing Tiwana's seven-layer KMS architecture. The research findings indicate that the KM processes required by DIT Telkom include socialization (for knowledge discovery), directions, procedures, and combination. The necessary gamification components are points, awards, and leaderboards. The evaluation findings of the KMS design indicate a PSSUQ value of 2.783, signifying that the design is acceptable to DIT personnel."

"LAMPTKes (Lembaga Akreditasi Mandiri Pendidikan Tinggi Kesehatan) didirikan dengan berlandaskan pada dasar hukum, sosiologis, filosofis, dan teknis. LAMPTKes merupakan organisasi yang akan melakukan penilaian akreditdasi pendidikan tinggi kesehatan di Indonesia. Proses akreditasi tidak terlepas dari peran berbagai pihak agar dapat menentukan kelayakan sebuah organisasi. Proses akreditasi akan menentukan kualitas dari pendidikan tinggi yang akan berpengaruh langsung pada kulitas keluarannya (sumber daya manusia berkualitas). Organisasi menangkap sebuah peluang dimana proses kerja akreditasi bisa sesuai dengan harapan dengan menggunakan sistem manajemen pengetahuan. Analisis dari penelitian ini menghasilkan kebutuhan proses manajemen pengetahuan pada LAMPTKes. Proses manajemen pengetahuan tersebut adalah exchange, combination, extenalization, internalization, dan socialization for knowledge sharing. Sistem manajemen pengetahuan yang dirancang untuk mendukung proses-proses tersebut adalah sistem yang mempunyai fungsi sebagai lesson learned system, document management, document collaboration, dan groupware untuk CoP (Community of Practice).

LAMPTKes (Lembaga Akreditasi Mandiri Perguruan Tinggi Kesehatan) was established based on a legal basis, sociological, philosophical, and technical. The accreditation process is inseparable from the role of various stakeholders in order to determine the feasibility of an organization. The accreditation process will determine the quality of higher education that will impact directly on the quality of their output (qualified human resources). Organizations capture an opportunity which the accreditation process can work in line with expectations by using a knowledge management system. The analysis of this research result is the need of knowledge management processes in LAMPTKes. The knowledge management process is exchange, combination, externalization, Internalization, and socialization for knowledge sharing. Knowledge management system designed to support these processes is a system which has a function as a lesson learned the system, document management, document collaboration and groupware for CoP ( Community of Practice ).

"Manajemen pengetahuan banyak digunakan di perusahaan karena memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap strategi inovasi dan efektifitas perusahaan. Institusi pendidikan yang merupakan bentuk dari knowledge business merupakan tempat yang tepat bagi perkembangan manajemen pengetahuan. Pendidikan tinggi vokasi yang lebih banyak melakukan praktek dan kerjasama industri dalam meningkatkan kompetensi siswanya memiliki sumber pengetahuan sebagai aset intangible institusi. Dari hasil penelitian sebelumnya, manajemen pengetahuan di pendidikan tinggi vokasi belum terstruktur. Penelitian ini fokus pada pengembangan model sistem manajemen pengetahuan di pendidikan tinggi vokasi. Model menunjukkan hubungan antara faktor lingkungan dan infrastruktur berpengaruh dalam sistem pembelajaran untuk membentuk aliran pengetahuan. Hasil assessment level dan bentuk aliran pengetahuan membentuk strategi manajemen pengetahuan guna merancang program manajemen pengetahuan yang tersusun dalam peta jalan manajemen pengetahuan institusi. Model diujicobakan di institusi Polman astra.

Knowledge management extensively applied in enterprise because it significantly effect on enterprise effectiviness and innovation strategy. Education institution as a knowledge business is a suitable form for a knowledge management development. Vocational education with practical approach methods and strong industrial relationship in order to improve their student skills, have plenty of knowledge sources to create knowledge as institutions intangible asset. From prior study, knowledge management system in vocational education is unstructurized. This study focused on knowledge management system model development in higher vocational education institution. The model shown that relation between organization environment and KM infrastructure effect on knowledge flow. KM assessment level and knowledge flow configurate KM strategy to establish KM roadmap. The model tested on Polman Astra institution."
