"Laporan magang ini berisi mengenai proses Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) pada Bank BRI Unit Semplak. Kredit Usaha Rakyat ini ditujukan kepada nasabah yang memiliki usaha yang feasible yaitu, tidak bertentangan dengan norma yang berlaku, dikelola dengan baik, menghasilkan keuntungan yang positif dan belum bankable atau tidak memiliki agunan yang cukup atau tidak mempunyai agunan sama sekali. Proses kredit dimulai dari mengajukan permohonan kredit oleh nasabah, pencatatan berkas oleh deskman, disposisi kredit, proses analisis dan survei yang dilakukan oleh Account Officer, pemutusan hasil dan pencairan kredit, selain itu dijelaskan penanganan yang dilakukan oleh pihak bank jika terjadi kredit macet untuk KUR.

This internship report contains the process People Business Credit (KUR) at Bank BRI Semplak. The KUR is intended to customer who have a feasible business such as, adherence to the general norm, well managed, generating positive profits and not yet bankable or doesn?t have sufficient collateral or have no collateral at all. The process starts from submit a credit application credit loan by the customer, recording files by deskman, credit disposition, analyctical and survey process conducted by the Accounts Officer, termination of results and credit disbursement, it also described the handling by the bank in the event of bad debts for KUR."

"Pekerja migran adalah salah satu pemberi pendapatan terbesar bagi Indonesia dari hasil remitansi, yang ketika mereka kembali membawa hasil remitansi yang perlu dimaksimalkan. Pekerja migran yang kembali ke Indonesia memiliki potensi besar untuk berkembang. Untuk memaksimalkannya, salah satunya adalah menjadi wirausaha. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan dalam melihat bagaimana aspek yang mempengaruhi atribut keputusan individu untuk berwirausaha pada purna PMI. Atribut tersebut adalah locus of control internal dan eksternal, entrepreneurial intention, dan individual entrepreneurial orientation. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah variabel locus of control internal, individual entrepreneurial orientation, dengan dimediasi oleh entrepreneurial intention mempengaruhi opportunity recognition, dan locus of control eksternal tidak mempengaruhi kemampuan opportunity recognition pada kewirausahaan PMI.

Migrant workers are one of Indonesia's biggest recipients of remittances, which recompiles them to produce remittances that need to be maximized. Migrant workers returning to Indonesia have great potential for development. To maximize it, one of them is to become an entrepreneur. This study aims to look at how the attributes of factors that influence the decision of individuals to become entrepreneurs at PMI. These attributes are internal and external locus of control, entrepreneurial intentions, and individual entrepreneurial orientation. The results of this study are internal locus of control variables, individual entrepreneurial orientation, mediated by entrepreneurial intentions affecting recognition of opportunities, and external locus of control does not affect the ability to recognize opportunities in PMI entrepreneurship."

"Elemen penting dalam kewirausahaan adalah kewaspadaan dalam melihat peluang yang belum dimanfaatkan. Dalam konteks perkembangan wirausaha, pengguna internet di Indonesia terus meningkat namun persentase pengguna e-commerce masih rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penggunaan internet terhadap pendapatan dan berfokus pada wirausaha pemuda di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Ordinary Least Square (OLS) dan Propensity Score Matching (PSM) menggunakan kernel matching dan radius-caliper matching dengan menggunakan data Survei Angkatan Kerja Nasional (Sakernas) Agustus 2022. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penggunaan internet secara signifikan meningkatkan pendapatan wirausaha pemuda. Apabila wirausaha intensif menggunakan seluruh jenis internet untuk kegiatan usahanya, pendapatan yang dihasilkan akan meningkat. Namun terdapat pengaruh yang bervariasi antara penggunaan tiap jenis internet terhadap pendapatan wirausaha pemuda di Indonesia. Penggunaan internet untuk komunikasi berkontribusi positif terhadap pendapatan wirausaha pemuda. Namun penggunaan internet untuk masing-masing jenis internet seperti internet untuk promosi, media sosial dan marketplace tidak berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan wirausaha pemuda. Internet memainkan peran penting dalam meningkatkan pendapatan wirausaha pemuda di Indonesia. Lebih lanjut, pengaruh penggunaan internet terasa lebih besar bagi wirausaha pemuda di pedesaan dan berusaha di sektor pertanian. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi empiris yang penting dan dapat menjadi dasar bagi pembuat kebijakan dalam mengembangkan strategi yang mendukung pengembangan wirausaha pemuda.

An important element in entrepreneurship is being alert to unexploited opportunities. In the context of entrepreneurial development, internet users in Indonesia continue to increase but the percentage of young people using the internet for business remains low. This study analyzes the effect of internet usage on income and focusing on youth entrepreneurs in Indonesia. This study uses the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) and Propensity Score Matching (PSM) methods, using kernel matching and radius caliper matching based on data from August 2022 National Labor Force Survey data. The results show that internet usage significantly increases the income of youth entrepreneurs. When entrepreneurs intensively use all types of internet in their business activities, their income increases. However, the effect varies among different types of internet usage. Internet usage for communication contributes positively to the income of young entrepreneurs. Conversely, internet usage for promotion, social media and marketplace does not affect their income. Furthermore, the effect of internet usage is greater on young entrepreneurs in rural areas compared to young entrepreneurs in urban areas and agricultural businesses. This study provides an important empirical contribution and can serve as a basis for policymakers in developing strategies to support the development of youth entrepreneurship."

"Penelitian ini membahas tentang kinerja bisnis pada Usaha Kecil Menengah UKM yang terhimpun dalam Badan Pengurus Daerah Himpunan Pengusaha Muda Indonesia Jaya BPD HIPMI Jaya . Kinerja bisnis UKM memiliki kontribusi besar terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Namun, jumlah pengusaha belum memenuhi jumlah minimal untuk kestabilan ekonomi sebuah Negara, terutama pada Provinsi DKI Jakarta sebagai miniatur Indonesia. Budaya berwirausaha orientasi bisnis dikalangan pemuda masih belum optimal sehingga enggan untuk mendirikan usaha baru. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan mix method, yakni menyebarkan kuesioner kepada pemilik, pendiri atau manajer UKM. Kemudian melakukan wawancara mendalam kepada narasumber. Penelitian ini berkesimpulan bahwa kepemimpinan bisnis berpengaruh positif terhadap budaya kewirausahaan, kepemimpinan bisnis tidak berpengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja bisnis dan budaya kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja bisnis.

This study discusses the business performance of Small and Medium Enterprises SMEs who gathered in the Regional Executive Board of the Indonesian Young Entrepreneurs Association BPD HIPMI Jaya . Business performance of SMEs has contributed greatly to the economic growth. However, the numbers of entrepreneurs do not meet the minimum number for a country 39 s economic stability, especially in Jakarta as Indonesia miniature. Entrepreneurship Culture business orientation among youth is still not optimal so reluctant to establish new businesses. This study uses a mixed method approach, namely distributing questionnaires to the owners, founders or managers of SMEs. Then, strengthened by indepth interview to the informants. This study concluded that business leadership has positive effect on entrepreneurship culture, business leadership has indirect effect on the business performance and entrepreneurial culture has positive effect on business performance."
