"Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker di Apotek Atrika bertujuan untuk memahami tugas dan fungsi apoteker pengelola apotek (APA) di apotek dan memahami kegiatan di apotek baik secara teknis kefarmasian maupun non teknis kefarmasian. Tugas khusus yang diberikan berjudul Penggunaan Inhaler Dosis Terukur di Apotek Atrika Periode Januari 2012 - Juli 2013. Tujuan dari tugas khusus ini adalah memperoleh gambaran penggunaan inhaler dosis terukur yang diresepkan di Apotek Atrika dan melakukan analisa resep inhaler dosis terukur yang terdapat di Apotek Atrika selama periode Januari 2012 - Juli 2013.

"Apotek merupakan sarana pelayanan kefarmasian tempat dilakukan praktek kefarmasian oleh apoteker. Tenaga kefarmasian mempunyai peranan penting karena terkait langsung dengan pemberian pelayanan, khususnya pelayanan kefarmasian yang meliputi pelayanan resep, promosi dan edukasi, serta pelayanan residensial (home care). Pelayanan kefarmasian saat ini telah bergeser orientasinya dari obat ke pasien yang mengacu kepada Pharmaceutical Care. Sebagai konsekuensi perubahan orientasi tersebut, apoteker dituntut untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan, keterampilan dan perilaku agar dapat melaksanakan interaksi langsung dengan pasien maupun tenaga kesehatan lain. Kegiatan PKPA dilaksanakan pada tanggal 19 Juni – 16 Agustus 2013 di Apotek Atrika dengan tujuan untuk memahami tugas pokok, fungsi, dan peran apoteker serta melaksanakan kegiatan baik secara teknis kefarmasian maupun non teknis kefarmasian di apotek. Sedangkan tujuan dari tugas khusus adalah menganalisis kesesuaian pola peresepan antituberkulosis yang terdapat di Apotek Atrika dengan Pedoman Nasional Pengendalian Tuberkulosis Kementerian Kesehatan RI tahun 2011 melalui skrining resep serta memahami peran aktif apoteker dalam pelayanan obat antituberkulosis di apotek.

Pharmacy (dispensary) is a pharmacy service facilities which carry out the pharmacy practice by a pharmacist. Pharmacy’s personnel have important role directly related to the delivery of services, particularly services included pharmacy prescription services, promotion and education, and residential services (home care). These days, pharmaceutical services had shifted its orientation from the drug oriented to patients oriented refer to Pharmaceutical Care. As a consequence, pharmacists are required to improve the knowledge, skills and behaviors in order to carry out a direct interaction with patients and other health professionals. Pharmacists Internship Program (PIP) activities held on June 19th to August 16th, 2013 in the Atrika Pharmacy to understand the basic tasks, functions, and role of the pharmacist as well as conducting both technical and non-technical pharmacy’s practical. The purpose of the specific task was to analyze the suitability of antituberculosis prescribing patterns in Atrika Pharmacy based on National Guidelines for Tuberculosis Control Ministry of Health 2011 through screening of prescriptions and understanding pharmacist’s role in the service of antituberculosis drugs in pharmacy."

"Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker di Apotek Atrika Jalan Kartini Raya No. 34 Jakarta Pusat bertujuan untuk memahami tugas pokok dan tanggung jawab Apoteker Pengelola Apotek di sebuah Apotek dan memahami pengelolaan apotek yang mencakup kegiatan teknis dan non teknis di bidang kefarmasian. Penulisan laporan dilakukan dengan metode observasi langsung dan studi literatur. Tugas khusus yang diberikan berjudul Rekapitulasi Dan Analisis Resep Antidiabetik Oral Golongan Sulfonilurea Dalam Terapi Diabetes Melitus di Apotek Atrika Periode Juli-Desember 2012.Tujuan dari tugas khusus ini adalah untuk mengetahui jenis obat antidiabetik oral golongan sulfonilurea yang tersedia di Apotek Atrika dan yang paling banyak diresepkan oleh dokter kepada pasien berdasarkan resep yang diterima selama periode Juli hingga Desember 2012 di Apotek Atrika serta melakukan analisis resep yang mengandung obat antidiabetik oral golongan sulfonilurea yang terdapat di Apotek Atrika mengenai kesesuaian obat dan terapi yang diberikan. Obat yang paling banyak diresepkan oleh dokter adalahAmaryl® yaitu sebanyak dua resep.

Specific task titled Recapitulation and Analysis Prescription of sulfonylureas oral antidiabetic drug in the therapy of Diabetes Mellitus in Apotek Atrika period July to December 2012.

This task aims to find out kind of sulfonylureas oral antidiabetic drug which Apotek Atrika provides and and the most widely prescribed by doctors to patients by prescription received during the period July to December 2012 in Apotek Atrika and was analyzing prescription containing sulfonylureas oral antidiabetic drugs in Apotek Atrika regarding the suitability of a given medication and therapy. The most widely prescribed drugs by doctors is Amaryl® is as much as two prescription."

"Apotek termasuk dalam sarana kesehatan yang berperan dalam upaya-upaya kesehatan terutama dalam pendistribusian dan pemberian informasi obat kepada masyarakat. apotek merupakan salah satu sarana yang mendukung peningkatan derajat kesehatan yang optimal bagi masyarakat. Apotek mempunyai dua fungsi yaitu suatu bentuk unit pelayanan kesehatan (non profit oriented) dan sebagai institusi bisnis (profit oriented). Apotek berperan dalam pelayanan obat atas dasar resep dan pelayanan obat tanpa resep untuk masyarakat yang ingin melakukan pengobatan mandiri. Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) dilakukan pada 16 September – 25 Oktober 2013 di Apotik Atrika guna memberikan perbekalan bagi para calon Apoteker untuk menerapkan ilmu yang telah dipelajari selama masa kuliah secara praktis dan langsung kepada pasien di Apotek. Kegiatan PKPA tersebut memberikan pengetahuan langsung mengenai peran dan fungsi Apoteker dalam pelayanan kefarmasian dan pengelolaan Apotek.

The PKPA activities provide direct knowledge of the role and functions of pharmacists in pharmacy services and pharmacy management."

"Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) di Apotek Atrika berlangsung selama dua bulan. Pelaksanaan PKPA ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman kepada mahasiswa calon Apoteker mengenai peranan, kegiatan manajerial serta pelayanan kefarmasian di apotek dengan mengikuti kegiatan yang ada di apotek. Pharmacist Internship Program at Apotek Atrika was conducted for two months. Tugas khusus ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jumlah dan jenis obat tuberkulosis yang diresepkan oleh dokter kepada pasien berdasarkan resep yang diterima Apotek Atrika selama periode November 2011 hingga April 2012 serta mengkaji peresepan obat untuk terapi tuberkulosis yang diterima Apotek Atrika selama periode November 2011 hingga April 2012 dari sisi kerasionalan resep, interaksi obat, dan pemberian informasi. Data yang dikumpulkan diperoleh dari resep-resep yang diterima atau dilayani oleh Apotek Atrika selama bulan November 2011 hingga bulan April 2012, kemudian dilakukan pencatatan terhadap resep yang ditujukan untuk terapi tuberkulosis selama periode tersebut. Berdasarkan resep yang diterima Apotek Atrika selama periode November 2011 hingga April 2012, resep yang ditujukan untuk terapi tuberkulosis di Apotek Atrika sebanyak 2 lembar resep. Obat untuk terapi tuberkulosis yang paling banyak diresepkan oleh dokter adalah Isoniazid. Terdapat 2 resep yang terkait terapi obat tuberkulosis yang dilayani Apotek Atrika, resep pertama tidak rasional karena tidak memenuhi persyaratan administratif dan kesesuaian famasetis. Sedangkan resep yang kedua sudah dianggap rasional.

Special assignment title which is given is recapitulation of prescription, system, and counseling in therapy of tuberculosis at Atrika Apotek. This special assignment aimed to know the number and kind of tuberculosis drugs which prescription by a doctor to patient based on the prescription which is accepted Atrika Apotek during November 2011until April 2012 with observe prescription to tuberculosis therapy which is accepted Atrika Apotek during November 2011until April 2012 from prescription rationality, interaction of drug, and information present.

Data is collected from prescription which is served by Atrika Apotek during November 2011until April 2012, then is performed recording toward prescription which tended for tuberculosis therapy during the period. Based on the prescription which is accepted Atrika Apotek during November 2011until April 2012, prescription which is tended for tuberculosis therapy at Atrika Apotek as many two sheet of prescription. The most of tuberculosis drugs which is given by a doctor is Isoniazide. There are two prescription concerned with tuberculosis drug therapy which is served Atrika Apotek, The first prescription is not rational because it doesn’t comply administrative criteria and compatibility pharmacetics. Whereas the second prescription is complies."

Tugas khusus berjudul Survey Kepuasan Konsumen di Apotek Atrika yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kepentingan pelayanan menurut konsumen di apotek Atrika dan untuk mengidentifikasi variabel layanan yang perlu diprioritaskan untuk meningkatkan kepuasan konsumen.
