"Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker di Apotek Rini Jakarta bertujuan untuk memahami tugas dan fungsi apoteker di apotek dan memahami kegiatan di apotek, baik secara teknis kefarmasian maupun non teknis kefarmasian. Tugas khusus yang diberikan berjudul Kajian Peresepan Obat Rivaroxaban pada Bulan Maret 2014 di Apotek Rini Jakarta. Tujuan dari tugas khusus ini adalah untuk mengetahui jumlah resep yang mengandung rivaroxaban pada bulan Maret 2014 di Apotek Rini, mengetahui asal resep tersebut, memgetahui tepat guna peresepan rivaroxaban, mengetahui tipe penyakit pasien berdasarkan resep yang mengandung rivaroxaban, dan mengetahui perbandingan jumlah obat rivaroxaban dengan obat pengencer darah lainnya pada resep di bulan Maret 2014 di Apotek Rini Jakarta.

The aims of pharmacist internship in Apotek Rini Rawamangun were to understand about the role and function of pharmacist in pharmacies management both technical and non technical pharmaceutical activities, and to give a real representation about the problem of pharmaceutical practice. The internship was held in a month include a specific assignment about reviewing drug interactions on eperisone containing recipes during March 2017.The purpose of this specific assignment were to find out the total prescription and prescription percentage containing Eperisone at Rini Pharmacy during March 2017, to know the percentage of generic and branded drugs from eperisone against the total prescribed recipes, and to know the percentage formulated and not formulated eperisone."

"Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker di Apotek Rini bertujuan agar mahasiswa memahami fungsi dan peran Apoteker di Apotek, serta mempelajari kegiatankegiatan dalam pengelolaan Apotek. Tugas khusus yang diberikan berjudul "Kajian Peresepan N-Acetylcysteine pada Bulan Januari 2014 di Apotek Rini". Tujuan dari pembuatan tugas khusus tersebut untuk mengetahui jumlah total dan persentase resep yang mengandung N-Acetylcysteine pada bulan Januari 2014. Selain itu, untuk mengetahui perbandingan antara peresepan N-Acetylcysteine yang diresepkan oleh dokter spesialis obgyn dengan doker spesialis lainnya, serta untuk mengetahui kegunaan N-Acetylcysteine untuk ibu hamil.

"Apotek adalah tempat dilakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian dan penyaluran sediaan farmasi serta perbekalan kesehatan lainnya kepada masyarakat. Apotek menjadi salah satu sarana pelayanan kesehatan untuk mewujudkan tercapainya derajat kesehatan yang optimal bagi masyarakat. Saat ini, pelayanan kefarmasian yang dilakukan dalam Apotek telah mengalami pergeseran orientasi dari obat ke pasien yang mengacu kepada Pharmaceutical Care. Sebagai konsekuensi nya, Apoteker dituntut meningkatkan pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan perilaku agar dapat melaksanakan interaksi langsung baik kepada pasien maupun kepada tenaga kesehatan lain. Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) dilakukan pada 16 September - 25 Oktober 2013 di Apotek SamMarie Basra guna memberikan perbekalan bagi para calon Apoteker untuk menerapkan ilmu yang telah dipelajari selama masa kuliah secara praktis dan langsung kepada pasien di Apotek. Kegiatan PKPA tersebut memberikan pengetahuan langsung mengenai peran dan fungsi Apoteker dalam pelayanan kefarmasian dan pengelolaan Apotek.

Pharmacists Internship Program (PIP) conducted on September 16 to October 25, 2013 at the SamMarie Basra Pharmacy to provide supplies for prospective pharmacists to apply the knowledge they have learned during the course in a practical and direct to patients in pharmacies. The PIP activities provide direct knowledge of the role and functions of pharmacists in pharmaceutical care and pharmacy management."

"Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker dilaksanakan di PT. Fabindo Sejahtera Kampung Waru RT09/04 Desa Pasir Jaya, Kecamatan Cikupa, Tangerang Peride 1 April-Mei 2013. Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker di industri kosmetik bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan ketentuan CPKB di industri kosmetik, khususnya pada PT Fabindo Sejahtera, mengetahui tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker di industri kosmetik, selain itu menjadi program yang mampu memberikan bekal pengalaman kerja di bidang industri kosmetik bagi mahasiswa calon apoteker. Penulisan laporan dilakukan dengan metode observasi langsung dan studi literatur. Tugas khusus yang diberikan berjudul Pengaruh Penambahan Lanolin Anhidrat Dan C10-C30 Kolesterol/Lanosterol Ester Tehadap Kondisi Sweating Dan Karakteristik Aplikasi Lipstik di Bibir. Tugas khusus ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh penambahan Lanolin Anhidrat dan C10-C30 Kolesterol/Lanosterol Ester terhadap kondisi sweating dan karakteristik aplikasi lipstik di bibir. Lipstik diformulasi dan diproduksi pada skala laboratorim dan di uji kondisi sweatingnya dengan menggunakan metode Sweating Test dan di uji aplikasi nya di bibir dengan metode Panel Test. Didapat hasil formula dengan C10-C30 Kolesterol/Lanosterol Ester lebih sedikit mengalami sweating dibandingkan formula dengan Lanolin Anhdirat sebagai pencegah sweating. Dan formula yang menggunakan C10-C30 Kolesterol/Lanosterol Ester lebih disukai berdasarkan kenyamanan aplikasi dan penyebaran warna pada bibir.

Pharmacist Internship Program was implemented PT. Fabindo Sejahtera, Kampung Waru RT 09/04 Desa Pasir Jaya, Kecamatan Cikupa, Tangerang Period April 1st - May 14th 2013. It aims to know GMP compliance in cosmetic industry, especially in PT Fabindo Sejahtera and to understand the duties and function of pharmacist in cosmetic industry and to provide work experience in the field of cosmetic industry for prospective pharmacists. Report writing is done by direct observation and study of literature methods. Specific task titled the effect of Lanolin Anhydrous C10-C30 Cholesterol/Lanosterol Esters Addition in Sweating Condition And Characteristics of Lipstick on Lip Applications. This study aims to find out effect in sweating condition and characteristics of lipstick on lip applications with additon of Lanolin Anhydrous C10-C30 Cholesterol/ Lanosterol Esters. The lipstick to be tested was formulating and producing in laboratorium scale and then sweating in lipsticks tested by Sweating Test method and its application by Panel Test method. Results obtained with the formula C10-C30 cholesterol / lanosterol esters are less sweating than formula with Lanolin Anhdirat as a sweating deterrent. And formula using the C10-C30 cholesterol/lanosterol esters are preferred based on application and color dispersion on the lips."

Tugas khusus yang diberikan adalah mengenai penggunaan obat antasida Doen® di Apotek Atrika Periode Bulan Oktober 2012 – Maret 2013. Tujuan dari tugas ini adalah analisis peresepan antasida di Apotek Atrika periode bulan oktober 2012 sampai Maret 2013.

This internship aimed to learn the duties, role, and function of pharmacist in the pharmacy particularly in professional and managerial aspect and then provide an opportunity for intern to adapt directly on an actual pharmacy job in a pharmacy as well as understand the management and administration systems at the Apotek Atrika. The specific assignment was about The Use of Doen® Antacid in Apotek Atrika period October 2012 until March 2013. The objective of this assignment was analysis of antacid prescribing in Apotek Atrika period October 2012 until March 2013."
