"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat adanya hubungan antara keyakinan matematika dan penggunaan strategi metakognisi dalam penyelesaian soal cerita matematika pada siswa/i kelas 3 SD. Hal ini didasari teori bahwa kedua variabel tersebut memengaruhi dalam penyelesaian soal matematika. Penelitian ini melibatkan 96 siswa/i kelas 3 SD di daerah Depok, Jawa Barat. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Knowledge Measurement Assessment KMA untuk mengukur keyakinan matematika dan teknik think-aloud dengan protokol 2 soal cerita matematika untuk mengukur penggunaan strategi metakognisi. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu terdapat korelasi yang positif dan signifikan antara keyakinan matematika dan penggunaan strategi metakognisi pada penyelesaian soal cerita matematika r = 0,30, p < 0,01, 1-tailed . Hal itu membuktikan bahwa semakin besar keyakinan siswa/i akan kemampuan matematikanya, maka akan semakin baik penggunaan strategi metakognisinya.

ABSTRACT
This research is purposed to see the relationship between mathematics belief and metacognitive strategy use in completion of arithmetics word problem among 3rd elementary school students. It is based on theory that these two variables have impact to mathematics completion process. 96 3rd grade elementary school students in Depok, West Java participated in this study. Instruments used in this research are KMA to measure mathematics belief and think aloud technique with two arithmetic word problem rsquo s protocols to measure metacognitive strategy. The result show the existence of positive and significant relationship between mathematics belief and metacognition strategy r 0,30, p 0,01, one tailed . This result proves that students who have better belief in mathematics, will use their metacognition strategies better. "

"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat hubungan antara kecemasan matematika dan penggunaan strategi metakognisi pada penyelesaian soal cerita matematika pada siswa kelas 3 Sekolah Dasar di Depok, Jawa Barat. Hal ini didasarkan pada kondisi ketika individu mengalami kecemasan, maka ia akan mudah merasa tidak berdaya, sehingga menyebabkan tidak munculnya strategi metakognisi untuk menyelesaikan soal. Sebanyak 82 siswa kelas 3 Sekolah Dasar di Depok, Jawa Barat turut serta dalam penelitian ini. Kecemasan matematika diukur menggunakan adaptasi alat ukur Math Anxiety Questionnaire MAQ dan strategi metakognisi diukur dengan teknik think aloud menggunakan protokol dua soal cerita matematika. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat korelasi yang negatif dan signifikan antara kecemasan matematika dan penggunaan strategi metakognisi dalam penyelesaian soal cerita matematika pada siswa kelas 3 Sekolah Dasar.
ABSTRAK

This research has a purpose to see the relationship between Mathematic Anxiety and Metacognitive Strategy on Completion Mathematic rsquo s Word Problem among 3rd Elementary Student in Depok, West Java. This research based on condition when students have anxiety, they will feel helpless and this feeling makes their metacognition stretegies doesn rsquo t exist, so they can rsquo t complete their problems. 82 3rd elementary students in Depok, West Java participated in this study. Math anxiety was measured by adaptation of Math Anxiety Questionnaire MAQ and metacognion strategy was measured by think aloud technique with two mathematic rsquo s world problem rsquo s protocols. The result of this study show the existence of negative and significant correlation between Mathematic Anxiety and Metacognitive Strategy on Completion Mathematic rsquo s Word Problem among 3rd Elementary Student."

"Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan antara sikap terhadap matematika dan strategi metakognisi dalam penyelesaian soal cerita matematika pada siswa kelas 3 Sekolah Dasar SD. Pengukuran sikap terhadap matematika dilakukan menggunakan alat ukur Math and Me Survey M MS yang telah diadaptasi. Strategi metakognisi diukur menggunakan teknik think aloud menggunakan soal cerita matematika. Responden didapatkan dari dua Sekolah Dasar Depok berjumlah 89 responden dengan rentang usia 8 sampai 10 tahun yang berada pada tahap perkembangan operasi konkret. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif signifikan antara sikap terhadap matematika dan strategi metakognisi r=0,229.

This research was conducted to find out whether there is a correlation between attitudes toward mathematics and metacognitive strategies in completion mathematics word problems among grade 3rd students of elementary school SD . Measurement of attitudes toward mathematics by using adapted Mathematics and Me Survey M MS tools. Metacognitive strategies use the technique of think aloud using mathematics word problems. Respondents were obtained from two Depok Primary Schools with 89 respondents with an age range of 8 to 10 years who were at the stage of developmental concrete operations. The results showed a significant positive relationship between attitudes toward mathematics and metacognitive strategies r 0.229, p."

"Dalam rangka meningkatkan kualitas matematika dasar pengajaran dan pembelajaran, berbagai upaya telah dilakukan oleh peneliti. Jika tidak, sulit untuk menerapkan hasil penelitian di sekolah pengaturan untuk meningkatkan hasil pengajaran. Penelitian ini mencoba untuk mengeksplorasi pelaksanaan lesson study dalam rangka meningkatkan kualitas pengajaran dan pembelajaran matematika di sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini dilakukan di beberapa SD di seluruh sekolah swasta dan negeri Bandung. Studi ini menemukan bahwa lesson study menjadi salah satu cara yang paling efektif untuk meningkatkan kualitas matematika dasar pengajaran dan pembelajaran melalui program pengembangan profesi guru."

"ABSTRACT
Salah satu ilmu pengetahuan yang mendasar untuk dipelajari ialah matematika. Di Indonesia, matematika dipelajari dari pendidikan prasekolah hingga pendidikan tinggi. Walau demikian, prestasi matematika siswa Indonesia belum membanggakan karena berdasarkan studi internasional PISA dan TIMSS pada tahun 2015, Indonesia masih berada di peringkat bawah. Prestasi matematika berkaitan erat dengan domain kognitif yang mana tidak hanya membutuhkan kognisi, tetapi juga melibatkan metakognisi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji lebih lanjut mengenai hubungan antara penggunaan strategi metakognisi dalam penyelesaian soal cerita matematika dan prestasi matematika pada siswa kelas 3 Sekolah Dasar SD . Partisipan pada penelitian ini berjumlah 94 orang yang berasal dari beberapa sekolah dasar. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan secara positif antara penggunaan strategi metakognisi dan prestasi matematika pada siswa kelas 3 SD r = 0,35, p < 0,01, 1-tailed . Hal tersebut membuktikkan bahwa siswa yang menggunakan strategi metakognisi dalam pembelajaran matematika menunjukkan prestasi matematika yang baik pula.

ABSTRACT
One of the fundamental science to be learned is mathematics. In Indonesia, mathematics is learned from preschool to higher education. Nevertheless, based on the international study, PISA and TIMSS in 2015, mathematics achievement of Indonesian students is still ranked at the bottom. Mathematics achievement is closely related to the cognitive domain which not only requires cognition, but also involves metacognition. This study aims to further examine about the relationship between the use of metacognitive strategy on completion mathematics word problem and mathematics achievement among 3rd elementary students. Participants in this study amounted to 94 people from several elementary schools. The results of this study indicate that there is a positively significant relationship between the use of metacognitive strategy and mathematics achievement among 3rd elementary students r 0,35, p 0,01, 1 tailed . It proves that students who use metacognition strategy in mathematics learning show good mathematics achievement as well. "

"This experimental study was conducted to investigate students' mathematical communication and problem solving abilities by using problem based learning (PBL). The subjects of this study were 67 student teachers from a State University in Bandung. Instruments of this study were a mathematical communication test and a mathematical problem solving test. The data were analyzed by using one and two path ANOVA, Mann Whitney test and chi square test. The study found that: (1) Students' mathematical communication and problem solving abilities in PBL were higher than those of students of conventional classroom; (2) The advantage of PBL were also supported by the findings that mathematical communication and problem solving abilities students with low initial ability were higher in PBL classroom compared to those of conventional classroom; (3) There was significant correlation between mathematical communication and problem solving abilities; (4) There were no interaction between teaching approaches and prior mathematics ability on student's mathematical communication and problem solving abilities. "

"Research in math education on mathematical creativity relies on the idea that creativity is potentially within all students and it can be fosfered by properly structured activities. The tasks most commonly used for its assessment are problem solving and problem posing. In our approach we use problem posing tasks to get insight into students' creativity. Based on a qualitative analysis of the participants' answers to the questionnaire that the followed the task, we define algorithmic, combined and innovative creativity as constructs that can be put in correspondence with the types and level og knowledge involved in the problem posing task. We propose criteria to identify these types of creativity and discuss aspects related to the quality of the resulting problems. A second set of criteria is defined in order to assess the novelty of the posed problems."
