"Penyebaran hallyu (한류) melalui media webtoon atau webcomics merupakan metode baru yang dilakukan oleh Korea Selatan dalam menyebarkan kebudayaan, khususnya di bidang kuliner. Hal ini didukung dengan perkembangan teknologi dan juga meningkatnya pembaca manhwa (만화) atau komik buatan Korea Selatan melalui aplikasi Line Webtoon. Mukbang Life merupakan webtoon asal Korea Selatan yang sudah diterjemahkan ke dalam bahasa Indonesia. Mengangkat tema tentang kuliner Korea Selatan, Mukbang Life menjadi salah satu webtoon yang turut menyebarkan budaya kuliner Korea Selatan. Fokus permasalahan yang dibahas adalah peran webtoon berjudul Mukbang Life dalam membentuk persepsi pembacanya terhadap budaya kuliner Korea Selatan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui persepsi pembaca Mukbang Life terhadap penggambaran budaya kuliner yang ditampilkan dalam webtoon tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei deskriptif dalam menjawab pertanyaan penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan faktor tema dan teknis berperan dalam membangun persepsi pembaca webtoon Mukbang Life. Pembaca memersepsikan penggambaran kuliner Korea dalam Mukbang Life sebagai sumber informasi yang menambah pengetahuan terkait kuliner Korea. Dengan demikian, webtoon dinilai memiliki potensi sebagai media yang mengenalkan budaya kuliner Korea secara global.

The spread of Hallyu (한류) through webtoon or webcomics is a new method used by South Korea in spreading culture, especially in the culinary field. The use of this medium is supported by technological developments and the increasing number of readers of manhwa (만화) or comics made in South Korea through the Line Webtoon application. Mukbang Life is a webtoon from South Korea that has been translated into Indonesian. With the theme of South Korean cuisine, Mukbang Life is one of the webtoons that helps spread South Korean culinary culture. The problem focused on this study is the role of the webtoon Mukbang Life in shaping its readers' perception of South Korean culinary culture. This study aims to determine the perception of Mukbang Life readers on the depiction of culinary culture displayed in the webtoon. This study uses descriptive survey method to answer research questions. The results showed that the theme and technical factors played a role in building the perception of Mukbang Life webtoon readers. Readers perceive the depiction of Korean cuisine in Mukbang Life as a source of information that increases knowledge related to Korean cuisine. Thus, webtoon is considered to have potential as a medium that introduces Korean culinary culture globally."

"Angka menyusui di beberapa daerah di Indonesia masih dibawah dari angka cakupan ASI nasional, rendahnya angka cakupan ASI ini turut dipengaruhi pula oleh kondisi ibu pasca persalinan terutama pada ibu dengan seksio sesarea (SC). Ibu paska SC mengalami keterlambatan rangsangan terhadap hormone oksitosin karena lambat menyusui disebabkan rasa nyeri paska operasi. Hal lain yang memengaruhi menyusui adalah dukungan dari orang sekitar memiliki pengaruh yang sangat besar terhadap keberlangsungan pemberian ASI eksklusif. Kebiasaan serta anjuran dari orang terdekat serta kurangnya dukungan dari pasangan turut serta memengaruhi pemberian ASI eksklusif pada ibu postseksio sesarea. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi efektifitas model intervensi berbasis budaya (IBB) melalui pemberdayaan keluarga serta pengaruhnya terhadap persepsi kecukupan ASI serta berat badan bayi baru lahir ibu post SC. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain riset operasional melalui 3 (tiga) tahapan penelitian yaitu tahap I: Identifikasi masalah budaya dengan menggunakan metode riset campuran kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Tahap II merupakan tahap pengembangan model berdasarkan hasil tahap I, masukan pakar serta studi literatur. Tahap III merupakan tahap uji coba model serta 6 (enam) modul yang telah dihasilkan dari tahap II. Hasil penelitian tahap III terdapat perbedaan bermakna antara persepsi kecukupan ASI serta perubahan berat badan bayi baru lahir pada kelompok intervensi setelah diberikan IBB dibandingkan dengan kelompok kontrol. IBB juga terbukti mampu meningkatkan peluang sebanyak 2,53 kali terhadap persepsi ASI yang sangat cukup setelah dikontrol mitos dan dukungan keluarga. Model ini dapat direplikasikan pada tempat lain dengan menyesuaikan dengan kondisi budaya setempat dan dapat disebarluaskan kepada tenaga kesehatan lain serta peserta didik institusi Pendidikan perawatan.

The breastfeeding rate in several regions in Indonesia is still below the national breastfeeding coverage rate, the low rate of breastfeeding coverage is also influenced by the condition of the mother after childbirth, especially in mothers with cesarean section (SC). Post-SC mothers experience delays in stimulation of the hormone oxytocin because breastfeeding is slow due to postoperative pain. Another thing that affects breastfeeding is that the support from people around has a very big influence on the continuity of exclusive breastfeeding. Habits and recommendations from the closest people and the lack of support from partners also affect exclusive breastfeeding for post-cesarean mothers. The purpose of this study was to identify the effectiveness of the culture-based intervention model (IBB) through family empowerment and its effect on perceptions of breast milk adequacy and post-SC mother's newborn weight. This study uses an operational research design through 3 (three) stages of research, namely stage I: Identification of cultural problems by using mixed quantitative and qualitative research methods. Phase II is the model development phase based on the results of phase I, expert input and literature study. Phase III is the testing phase of the model and 6 (six) modules that have been produced from phase II. The results of the third stage of the study showed that there was a significant difference between the perception of breast milk adequacy and changes in the weight of newborns in the intervention group after being given IBB compared to the control group. IBB was also proven to be able to increase the odds by 2.53 times on the perception that breastfeeding was very sufficient after controlling for myths and family support. This model can be replicated in other places by adapting to local cultural conditions and can be disseminated to other health workers and students of nursing education institutions."
