"Karakteristik udara pada suatu bangunan akan lebih mudah dianalisis apabila menggunakan metode Computational Fluid Dynamics. Dalam hal ini teranalisa dengan program EFD. Lab. Dari penelitian ini yang dimana rumah sebagai objek penelitiannya akan dianalisa karakteristik udara dan beban pendinginan pada tiap lantai rumah tersebut,dan akan terlihat berbagai faktor penentu dari bangunan rumah tersebut seperti letak ventilasi, kolam dan pendinginannya yang akan menciptakan kenyamanan termal dengan beban energy se-minimum mungkin agar tercapai Zero Energy Building. Dan perhitungan didapat hasil selisih beban pendinginan aktual dan idealnya sehingga hasil tersebut merupakan jumlah beban pendinginan yang perlu dilakukan pada rumah tersebut agar tercapai kenyamanan termal untuk para penghuni rumah.
The characteristics of the air of a building are easy to analyze using a method named Computational Fluid Dynamics. In this case, it will be analyzed using EFD program. In this research, where a house is being the object of the research, the writer analyzed the characteristics of the air and the cooling load in each floor of the house, and the determining factors of the house, such as where the ventilation, water, and cooler which will create the thermal comfort with minimal energy burden to make a Zero Energy Building are located will be notified. From the calculation, the writer got the total cooling load that has to be made for the house to achieve the thermal comfort for the member of the house."
