"ABSTRAKKebijakan perencanaan produksi merupakan kegiatan yang berperan penting dalam keberlangsungan suatu perusahaan. Penelitian ini membahas mengenai implementasi metode goal proramming dalam rangka menentukan rencana produksi pada UMKM Abon Ikan Patin Ibu Ratu. Pada metode goal programming, model matematika dibuat berdasarkan data potensi permintaan dan harga pokok produksi. Potensi permintaan tersebut didapatkan dari hasil kuisioner tentang pola konsumsi masyarakat Kota Depok terhadap produk olahan ikan. Hasil kuisioner menunjukkan bahwa terdapat potensi permintaan produk abon ikan patin untuk ukuran kemasan 50 gram sebanyak 20 pack dan kemasan 100 gram sebanyak 31 pack. Metode perhitungan harga pokok produksi pada penelitian ini adalah metode activity-based costing. Perhitungan harga pokok produksi produk abon ikan patin ukuran kemasan 100 gram adalah Rp 27.991 dan Rp 14.624 untuk ukuran kemasan 50 gram. Dari hasil perhitungan metode goal programming menggunakan software LINGO, diperoleh rencana produksi yang disarankan kepada UMKM adalah memproduksi lima kilogram abon ikan patin dengan variasi jumlah produk pada masing-masing ukuran kemasan sebesar 20 pack untuk ukuran 50 gram dan 40 pack untuk ukuran 100 gram.

ABSTRACTThe policy of production planning is an activity that plays an important role in the sustainability of a company. This study discusses about the implementation of goal programming method in order to determine the production plan at UMKM Abon Ikan Patin Ibu Ratu. In goal programming method, a mathematical model was developed by using data of potential demand and cost of production. The potential demand is obtained from questionnaire about the consumption patterns of people in Depok to processed fish products. The results from questionnaire shows that the potential demand for shredded catfish products with the packing size 50 grams is 20 packs and 100 grams packing size is 31 packs. In this reaearch, activity based costing method is used to calculating the cost of production. The cost of shredded catfish production from packing size 100 grams is Rp 27.991 and Rp 14.624 for the 50 gram packing size . From the result of calculation goal programming method by using LINGO software, the production plan which recommended for UMKM Ibu Ratu is produce five kilogram shredded catfish product with the amount of each variation pack size is 20 pack for 50 gram and 40 pack for 100 gram."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penggunaan informasi Laporan Keuangan dalam pengambilan keputusan yang berhubungan dengan perencanaan dan penganggaran belanja modal dan belanja pemeliharaan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beberapa informasi dalam Laporan Keuangan telah digunakan dalam pengambilan keputusan sesuai dengan peraturan perundangan. Akan tetapi, penggunaan informasi tersebut belum optimal karena informasi Laporan Keuangan belum sepenuhnya dapat memenuhi kebutuhan manajerial. Agar laporan keuangan dapat berperan dalam proses pengambilan keputusan, maka perlu penyusunan analisis atas Laporan Keuangan, pengintegrasian sistem informasi, koordinasi antar bagian yang lebih intensif dan pelatihan sumber daya manusia.

This research aims to analyze the using of financial statements on capital and asset maintenance expenditures decision making in the Ministry of Finance MoF of Republic Indonesia. This study uses qualitative case study method. The result of this study shows some of the financial statements information has been used in decision making process. Even so, the use of the information in decision making process was not optimal since the information provided could not meet the manager rsquo s needs completely. To optimize the use of financial statement in the decision making, MoF should prepare financial statements analysis, integrate information system, coordinate every divisions more intensively, and develop its human resources."

Hal ini yang kemudian menjadi salah satu tantangan bagi pelaku bisnis di sektor otomotif. Pemenuhan terhadap permintaan konsumen salah satu hal terpenting untuk memenangkan pasar otomotif ini. Penelitian ini mempelajari praktek dari perencanaan agregat pada perusahaan sparepart otomotif. Dengan penggunaan level strategy, case strategy dan hybrid strategy pada perencanaan agregat, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh biaya terkecil pada tahap produksi yang mampu membantu perusahaan untuk menentukan rencana produksi tiap periode.

Good production planning can help determine a policy that can optimize profits for a company. The ability to control factors that affect the cost is the key to the sustainability of production process and company itself. This is one of the challenges for businesses in the automotive sector. The ability to fulfill customer demands is an important thing in order to win this automotive market. This paper studies the practice of aggregate planning implementation in automotive spare parts company. By using level strategy, case strategy and hybrid strategy this study has chance to reach the minimum cost of production that helps the company to plan production quantity each period."

"Monetary crisis blowing Indonesia in the middle of July 1997 has brought significant impact especially to business sector. The economic crisis for PT. Inti Teknodrilindo constituted a serious threat instead of positive impact. Therefore, the management conducted various strategies in order to survive by means of internal improvement and efficiency strategies. It allowed the company to keep exist until today. The author was encouraged to study about company strategies.This study was conducted in descriptive manner, the author presented empirical data relating to strategies applied by PT. Inti Teknodrilindo; how to analyze company strategies (uncertainty) to enable the company escape from the crisis. In order to analyze strategies of PT. Inti Teknodrilindo, the author collected primary or secondary data. The primary data includes result of detailed interview with PT. Inti Teknodrilindo top management as well as board of directors and managers in analyzing the primary and secondary data, the author adopted macro analysis from Pearce and Robinson, five forces from Porter, namely five farces That influence industrial competitiveness. In order to ensure factual activities conducted by PT. Inti Teknodrilindo, the author also adopted value chain from Michael Porter, which analyzes a set of activities in detailed as well as company's activities to discover the most significant factor for strategies applied by the company. Strategy generic from Pearce and Robinson and Laurence R. Jauch. Turnaround strategy is a theory the author applied to come into conclusion that the strategy used by PT. Inti Teknodrilindo was an turnaround strategy by retrenchment strategy being indicated by cost and asset reduction through employee rationalization, fix asset sales and changing composition of the shareholders. Meanwhile, turnaround strategy was followed by concentric diversification strategy, namely to diversify service coverage in oil & gas exploration and exploitation project by means of establishing subsidiaries, cooperation with other parties in joining various oil & gas drilling tenders, acquisition of the company which is having line business with PT. Inti Teknodrilindo, to find focusing on service or product."
