Tugas khusus tentang validasi metode analisis sediaan effervescent menggunakan Moisture Analyzer dan Karl Fischer. Tugas khusus ini bertujuan mempelajari tentang aplikasi validasi metode analisis terhadap produk effervescent. Validasi metode analisis sampel effervescent dengan alat Moisture Analyzer dan Karl Fischer dilakukan sesuai parameter validasi yaitu presisi dan linearitas. Pada dasarnya penerapan pengujian menggunakan alat Moisture Analyzer dan Karl Fischer sama, parameter linearitas perlu adanya pemaparan udara pada suhu ruang. Pada pengujian validasi metode analisis sampel effervescent menggunakan alat Moisture Analyzer lebih sederhana pengujiannya dibandingkan Karl Fischer yang perlu adanya preparasi sampel. Dari pengujian dapat disimpulkan, aplikasi validasi metode analisis analisis sampel effervescent untuk pengukuran kadar air, bahwa setiap parameter validasi metode analisis itu tidak dapat diterapkan pada setiap alat. Hal tersebut tergantung dari kesesuaian alat tersebut.

Tugas khusus ini bertujuan agar mahasiswa mengetahui fungsi prosedur pengolahan induk, sehingga mendapatkan informasi yang lengkap untuk merevisi dan meninjau kembali prosedur pengolahan induk sesuai dengan persyaratan Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik (CPOB). Metode yang digunakan adalah melalui penelusuran literatur (studi pustaka). Special assignment title which is given is difference regulation of comprehensive copy drugs registration document between Malaysia dan Indonesia country. This special assignment aimed revision and reconsideration of the parent-processing procedures. The specific task is intended that the student knows the function of stem processing procedures, thus gaining complete information for revising and reviewing processing procedures in accordance with the requirements of the parent drug Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP). The method used is through literature searches (literature). The results of this special task that PT Aventis Pharma to revise procedures to ensure the management of the parent drug that is made in accordance with predetermined specifications."

"ABSTRAKPraktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) telah dilakukan di Apotek Kimia Farma No. 78 selama 6 minggu. Tujuan PKPA ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan memahami peran serta fungsi apoteker dalam mengelola apotek secara profesional sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan dan kaidah-kaidah profesi yang berlaku. Selain itu juga bertujuan untuk melaksanakan dan memahami kegiatan di apotek baik secara teknis kefarmasian maupun non teknis kefarmasian.
