"Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker di PBF PT. SamMarie Tramedifa bertujuan untuk mengamati kegiatan yang dilakukan di PBF PT. SamMarie Tramedifa dalam rangka meningkatkan pemahaman calon apoteker tentang peran dan fungsi PBF sebagai distributor obat. Selain itu, tujuan lainnya untuk memahami peran dan tanggung jawab apoteker di PBF. Tugas khusus yang diberikan bertujuan untuk melakukan kajian terhadap kajian pengelolaan distribusi psikotropika di PBF PT. SamMarie Tramedifa berdasarkan Cara Distribusi Obat yang Baik (CDOB).

Pharmacist internship program at Pharmaceutical Distributor PT. SamMarie Tramedifa intent on observing those activities they do. It has a purpose to give understanding internship program students about roles and functions of pharmaceutical distributor. The other purpose is getting knowledge and understanding the responsibilities of pharmacist at pharmaceutical distributor. Special tasks are given to analyze handling of distribution psychotropic at Pharmaceutical Distributor PT. SamMarie Tramedifa based on Good Distribution Practices (GDP)."

"Seorang apoteker memegang peranan penting di Pedagang Besar Farmasi (PBF). Apoteker harus memenuhi standar kompetensi sebagai persyaratan untuk memasuki dunia kerja dan menjalani praktik profesi. Standar kompetensi apoteker Indonesia terdiri dari sepuluh (10) standar kompetensi sebagai kemampuan yang diharapkan oleh apoteker saat lulus dan masuk ke tempat praktik kerja profesi. Sebagai bekal dan pengalaman calon apoteker untuk dapat memahami peran apoteker dan meningkatkan kompetensi, maka dilaksanakan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di PBF PT SamMarie Tramedifa periode bulan Februari tahun 2019. Selama PKPA diharapkan calon apoteker dapat memperluas wawasan , pemahaman,dan pengalaman untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di tempat praktik kerja profesi.

Indonesian pharmacist competency standards consist of ten (10) competency standards as abilities expected by pharmacists when graduating and entering professional work practices. As a preparation and experience of prospective pharmacists to be able to understand the role of pharmacists and improve competence, the Pharmacist Professional Work Practice is carried out at PBF PT SamMarie Tramedifa for the period February 2019. During PKPA it is expected that pharmacist candidates can broaden their horizons , understanding, and experience to do pharmaceutical work in professional workplaces "

Kegiatan PKPA ini bertujuan untuk memahami peran dan tugas apoteker penanggung jawab di PBF Tramedifa serta memahami penerapan aspek manajemen pengelolaan sediaan farmasi di PBF Tramedifa. Tugas khusus yang diberikan berjudul Kajian Penerapan Aspek CDOB Bab 7 – Bab 9 di PBF Tramedifa sebagai Persiapan Menuju Perolehan Sertifikasi CDOB. Tugas khusus ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji kesesuaian antara kegiatan yang terdapat di PBF Tramedifa dengan ketiga aspek pada Bab 7- Bab 9 dari Pedoman Teknis CDOB sebagai langkah persiapan untuk memperoleh sertifikat CDOB, ketiga aspek tersebut yaitu transportasi, fasilitas distribusi berdasar kontrakdan dokumentasi.

Pharmacists Professional Practice implemented in Tramedifa Pharmaceutical Distributor of East Jakarta aims to understand the role and duties of the pharmacist in charge of the PBF Tramedifa and understand the application of aspects management of pharmaceutical preparations in the PBF Tramedifa. Special task given the study of application of Aspect CDOB Chapter 7- Chapter 9 in PBF Tramedifa as Preparations Towards Obtaining Certification CDOB. While the purpose of the special task is to review the alignment of the activities of the PBF Tramedifa with these three aspects in Chapter 7 to Chapter 9 of the technical guidelines as a step to prepare for CDOB obtained a certificate of the third aspect CDOB is a transport, distribution facilities based contracts and documentation."

Pharmacists Professional Practice in PT Bintang Toedjoe where the location at Jalan Jenderal Ahmad Yani No 2 Pulomas Jakarta Timur. This activity is intended to make students can see directly the activity in the pharmaceutical industry. Beside that the student can get knowledge which is related in the pharmaceutical industry, especially in terms of the implementation of GMP. Moreover the student have a deep understanding of the role and duties of the pharmacist in the pharmaceutical industry. The Title of the special task is “Report Of Reduction Parameter In Raw Materials”. This Special task aims to knowing about procedure for raw material parameter reduction in PT. Bintang Toedjoe and find out how to make raw material reduction report in PT. Bintang Toedjoe."

"Pedagang Besar Farmasi (PBF) adalah perusahaan yang memiliki izin untuk melakukan kegiatan pengadaaan, penyimpanan, penyaluran obat dan/atau bahan obat dengan jumlah besar. Sebuah Pedagang Besar Farmasi hendaknya memiliki sumber pamasok obat yang jelas dan dapat tertelusuri. Pemasok dipilih berdasarkan beberapa persyaratan kualifikasi yang telah ditetapkan dalam pedoman Cara Distribusi Obat yang Baik (CDOB). Dokumen- dokumen yang membuktikan bahwa pemasok telah terkualifikasi disebut sebagai spesimen pemasok dan didokumentasikan secara fisik oleh PT SamMarie Tramedifa. Spesimen ini hendaknya diperiksa secara berkala untuk mengetahui apabila terdapat dokumen yang masa berlakunya akan segera berakhir. Dokumen yang masa berlakunya telah habis harus diperbarui oleh PBF yang bersangkutan dan PT SamMarie Tramedifa bertugas untuk mengingatkan PBF bersangkutan agar mengirimkan dokumen terbaru. Pencatatan dokumen yang dilakukan secara manual dan tanpa standarisasi menyebabkan adanya perbedaan kelengkapan dokumen antara setiap distributor. Selain itu, juga ditemukan beberapa dokumen yang telah melewati masa berlaku dan belum diperbarui. Berdasarkan temuan ini, penulis menyarankan dilakukannya dokumentasi spesimen pemasok obat secara elektronik di PT SamMarie Tramedifa. Dokumentasi secara elektronik ini dapat menghindari kerusakan, baik disengaja maupun tidak disengaja, mempermudah pemeriksaan tanggal habis masa berlaku suatu dokumen, serta sebagai standardisasi dokumen-dokumen yang perlu dikumpulkan.

Pharmaceutical wholesaler (PBF) is a company that has a license to carry out procurement, storage, distribution of drugs and/or drug ingredients in large quantities. A Pharmaceutical Wholesaler should have clear and traceable sources of drug suppliers. Suppliers are selected based on several qualification requirements set out in the Guidelines for Good Drug Distribution (CDOB). Documents that prove that the supplier has been qualified are referred to as supplier specimens and are physically documented by PT SamMarie Tramedifa. These specimens should be checked periodically to see if there are documents whose validity period is about to expire. Documents whose validity period has expired must be renewed by the PBF concerned and PT SamMarie Tramedifa is tasked with reminding the PBF concerned to send the latest documents. Document recording is done manually and without standardization, causing differences in the comprehensiveness of documents between each distributor. In addition, several documents that have passed their validity period and have not been updated were also found. Based on these findings, the authors suggest the electronic documentation of drug supplier specimens at PT SamMarie Tramedifa. This electronic documentation can avoid damage, whether intentional or unintentional, facilitate checking the expiration date of a document, as well as standardize the documents that need to be collected."
