"Salah satu hal mendasar yang mempengaruhi kerasionalan penggunaan antibakteri adalah pengetahuan. Guru SMA sebagai masyarakat berpendidikan tinggi dan bertugas mencerdaskan generasi muda diharapkan dapat ikut berperan dalam penggunaan antibakteri yang tepat.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai faktorfaktor yang mempengaruhi pengetahuan dan pola penggunaan antibakteri oleh guru SMA Negeri di Kota Depok. Desain penelitian adalah potong lintang dan pengambilan data melalui kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan realibilitasnya. Kuesioner terdiri dari indikator untuk menilai pengetahuan, penggunaan dan data demografi pasien. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dari Maret-April 2013 secara consecutive sampling. Populasi adalah seluruh guru yang mengajar SMA Negeri di Kota Depok, sampel adalah guru yang menggunakan antibakteri dalam tiga bulan terakhir. Jumlah sampel adalah 106 orang.
Hasil analisis data memperlihatkan bahwa 42,45% guru memiliki pengetahuan yang cukup mengenai antibakteri. Selain itu diketahui sebanyak 60% guru memiliki pola penggunaan antibakteri yang sesuai. Hasil analisis memperlihatkan bahwa tempat mengajar (p=0,018), jenis kelamin (p=0,042) dan usia (p=0,049) memiliki hubungan bermakna dengan pengetahuan, tetapi tidak memiliki hubungan bermakna dengan pola penggunaan antibakteri oleh guru.

One of the fundamental things that affect the rational use of antibacterial is knowledge. Public high school teachers as a highly educated society and have duty to develop the young generation is expected to be able to play a role in the rational use of antibacterial.
The purposes of this research were to assess the factors that affect knowledge level and patterns of antibacterials use by public high school teachers in Depok City. The research design is cross sectional study and taking data by questionnaire which has been tested for validity and reliability. Questionnaire consists of indicators to assess knowledge, use and patient demographic data. Data collection was conducted on the samples from March- April 2013. Population is teachers who taught in public high school in Depok City, samples are teachers who use antibacterial in the last three months. The sampling technique used was consecutive sampling. The numbers of samples were 106 teachers.
The results showed that 42.45% of teachers had medium knowledge of antibacterial. On the other hand, 60% teachers had appropriate patterns of antibacterial use. The other results showed that places of teaching (p=0,018), gender (p=0,042) and age (p=0,049) had a significant relation with the knowledge level, but did not had a significant relation with the pattern of antibacterial use.

"Skripsi ini membahas faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi persepsi risiko keselamatan berkendara sepeda motor pada siswa kelas X (sepuluh) sekolah menengah atas (SMA) negeri di Kota Depok Tahun 2013. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan desain studi cross sectional. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diketahui bahwa variabel pengetahuan, pengaruh kondisi jalan, dan pengaruh teman, memiliki hubungan signifikan dengan pembentukan persepsi risiko keselamatan berkendara pada siswa, sedangkan jenis kelamin siswa tidak memiliki hubungan signifikan. Sementara itu, orang tua turut berperan penting dalam mempengaruhi persepsi risiko. Disarankan untuk semua pihak yaitu, siswa, orang tua, sekolah, teman, dan institusi terkait untuk menanamkan budaya selamat ketika berkendara.

The focus of this study is about factor of influence risk perception safety riding by motorcycle to the first class of students in senior high school at Depok City 2013. This research is descriptive quantitative using cross sectional study. Based on result, variable knowledge, the influence of road condition, and the influence of friends have significant of relation to construction risk perception of safety riding toward students, while variable of gender have not significant of relation. In the meantime, their parents have important role to construction risk perception of safety riding toward students. The researcher suggest to students, their parents, school, friends, and related institution to make culture of safety when ride the motorcycle."

"Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi Pelaksanaan Supervisi Akademik oleh Pengawas Sekolah di SMA Negeri Kota Bontang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif untuk menggali faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pelaksanaan supervisi akademik oleh pengawas sekolah di SMA Negeri Kota Bontang.Variabel terikat (dependen) adalah pelaksanaan supervisi akademik oleh pengawas sekolah . Jumlah populasi sebanyak 60 guru yang sudah pernah di supervisi oleh pengawas, sampel diambil dari seluruh populasi sehingga penelitian ini merupakan penelitian populasi. Analisis statistik yang digunakan adalah analisis faktor dan analisis regresi ganda dengan metode stepwise.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat satu faktor yang mempengaruhi pelaksanaan supervisi akademik oleh pengawas sekolah secara signifikan yaitu faktor kompetensi evaluasi pendidikan pengawas sekolah sebesar 0,210. Tiga faktor lain yang tidak berpengaruh yaitu: 1) kompetensi profesional guru disebabkan kurangnya pembinaan pengawas terhadap guru dalam menerapkan teori belajar, metode dan media pembelajaran pada saat pembelajaran, 2) kompetensi kepribadian pengawas sekolah disebabkan pengawas belum terprogram dalam melakukan kepengawasan hanya sebagai kewajiban dan kurang memotivasi guru 3) sarana prasarana disebabkan kurangnya perhatian dan pembinaan dari pengawas sekolah terhadap guru dalam pemanfaatan sarana.

This study is aimed to know factors that affect the implementation of academic supervision by school supervisor at Public Senior High School of Bontang City. This study applied quantitative approach to know factors that affect the implementation of academic by school supervisor at Public Senior High School at Bontang City. Dependent variable is the implementation of academic supervision by school supervisor. The number of population is 60 teachers who have ever been supervised by school supervisor. Sample is taken from all the entire population so that this study is population study. Statistic analysis which is used is factor analysis and multiple regression analysis using stepwise method.
The result of the study shows that there's one factor which affects the implementation of academic supervision by school supervisor significantly namely factor of educational evaluation competence of school supervisor that is 0,210. Three factors which cannot affect namely: 1) teacher professional competence, which is because of the lack of supervision towards teachers in implementing the theory of learning, method and instructional media when teaching and learning process happened, 2) personal competence of school supervisor, that is because of the lack of program design in doing the supervision which is just as the obligation and the lack of teacher's motivation 3) school facilities, that is because of the lack of attention and supervision by school supervisor towards teachers in utilizing the facilities as well.

"Latar Belakang: Insidens postdural puncture headache menggunakan jarum spinal ukuran kecil belum pernah diteliti di RSUPNCM. Saat ini di tempat kami jarum spinal yang tersedia yaitu jarum spinal Quincke ukuran 25G, 26G, dan 27G.
Metode: Penelitian observasional ini dilakukan secara prospektif untuk mencari insidens postdural puncture headache sampai 72 jam pasca-anestesia spinal. Faktor-faktor risiko yang berhubungan dengan pasien dan prosedur dihubungkan dengan PDPH dan dilakukan analisis regresi linear terhadap faktor-faktor tersebut.
Hasil: Insidens postdural puncture headache pasca-anestesia spinal sebesar 6,6%. Kelompok usia <50 tahun memiliki kemungkinan 3 kali PDPH dibanding kelompok umur lebih tua. Jarum spinal 25G/26G Quincke memiliki kemungkinan 2 kali risiko MPDPH dibandingkan jarum 27G.
Kesimpulan: Insidens postdural puncture headache setelah anesthesia spinal di RSUPNCM tidak berbeda dengan hasil laporan di tempat lain.

Background : Incidence of postdural puncture headache using small spinal needles was not yet investigated in RSUPNCM. In our centre we use Quincke spinal needle sizes 25G, 26G, and 27G.
Methods : The incidence of postdural puncture headache was prospectively investigated until 72 hours after spinal anesthesia in 440 patients at RSUPNCM. Patient and procedure related factors were recorded and submitted to multiple logistic regression analysis to determine the relationship of these factors to postdural puncture headcahe.
Results: The incidence of postdural puncture headache after spinal anesthesia were 6,6%. The age <50 years old is identified increase three times for PDPH compare to older. Larger needles Quincke (25G/26G) is identified increase twice for PDPH compare to 27G.
Conclusion : The incidence of postdural puncture headache after spinal anesthesia at RSUPNCM is comparable to those reported elsewhere.

"[Kurikulum 2013 merupakan kurikulum baru yang ditetapkan pemerintah sebagai acuan dalam pendidikan. Terdapat faktor-faktor dalam penerapan Kurikulum tersebut yang mempengaruhi tingkat stres siswa yaitu beban pelajaran, diskusi, presentasi, teman sebaya, dan fasilitator. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan faktor-faktor dalam penerapan kurikulum 2013 dengan tingkat stres siswa. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini yaitu 109 orang. Desain penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian deskriptif korelatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Metode sampling yang digunakan yaitu simple random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dari lima variabel, empat diantaranya mempunyai hubungan dengan tingkat stres, yaitu beban pelajaran, diskusi, presentasi, dan teman sebaya. Namun pada fasilitator tidak ditemukan hubungan dengan tingkat stres (nilai p=0,225). Siswa lebih banyak mengalami tingkat stres sedang dalam penelitian ini. Strategi koping yang baik harus dimiliki setiap siswa agar dapat menangani stres dengan baik.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kecerdasan emosinal terhadap kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi, serta untuk mengetahui peran kepuasan kerja sebagai mediator hubungan antara kecerdasan emosional dan komitmen organisasi. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah guru SMA swasta di Kota Depok sebanyak 102 responden. Desain penelitian ini adalah penelitian konklusif, dengan penelitian deskriptif (single cross-sectional design). Data penelitian ini diolah dengan perangkat lunak Lisrel 8.51, menggunakan teknik Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kecerdasan emosional terbukti berpengaruh signifikan dan secara positif terhadap kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi, serta kepuasan kerja terbukti berperan sebagai mediator hubungan antara kecerdasan emosional dan komitmen organisasi pada guru SMA swasta di Kota Depok.

This study aims to investigate the effect of emotional intelligence on job satisfaction and organizational commitment, and to investigate the role of job satisfaction as a mediator of relationship between emotional intelligence and organizational commitment. Respondents in this study are private senior high school teachers in Depok City with 102 respondents. Design of this research is conclusive research, with descriptive research (single cross-sectional design). Data was processed with Lisrel 8.51 software, using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) technique. The results showed that there is significant and positive effect of emotional intelligence on job satisfaction and organizational commitment, and job satisfaction proved to role as mediator of relationship between emotional intelligence and organizational commitment of private senior high school teachers in Depok City."

"Penelitian ini membahas faktor bahaya psikososial yang berhubungan dengan stres kerja pada guru SMA Negeri di Jakarta Barat. Faktor bahaya psikososial yang diteliti adalah beban kerja, konflik peran, ambiguitas peran, hubungan interpersonal, dan lingkungan fisik.
Jenis penelitian ini adalah semikuantitatif dengan desain studi cross-sectional yang bertujuan untuk meneliti faktor bahaya psikososial yang berhubungan dengan stres kerja pada guru SMA Negeri di Jakarta Barat. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu menggunakan kuesioner dan wawancara.
Hasil penelitian dari 97 responden guru SMAN didapatkan sebanyak 32% mengalami stres kerja ringan, 35% stres kerja sedang, dan 33% stres kerja berat. Bahaya psikososial yang memiliki hubungan bermakna dengan stres kerja adalah faktor hubungan interpersonal dan lingkungan fisik.

This research discussed psychosocial hazard factors that related to work stress among public high school teachers in West Jakarta. This research assessed psychosocial hazard factors that consists of workload, role conflict, role ambiguity, interpersonal relationship, and physical environment.
This is a semiquantitative research with cross-sectional study design which aimed to identify the psychosocial hazard factors that related to work stress level among public high school teachers di West Jakarta. Questionnaire and interview were used to collect data.
The result of 97 respondents from five public high school showed that 32% teachers experienced mild work stress, 35% teachers experienced moderate work stress while 33% teachers experienced severe work stress. Psychosocial hazard factors that having significant relationship to work stress are interpersonal relationship and physical environment.

"Asupan kalsium merupakan hal yang krusial pada remaja seiring terjadinya percepatan pertumbuhan dan pembetukkan tulang yang intensif. Namun asupan kalsium pada remaja masih kurang memenuhi kebutuhan yang dianjurkan. Padahal asupan kalsium yang tidak adekuat dapat berdampak pada peak bone mass yang tidak optimal sehingga dapat berakibat pada penurunan massa tulang (osteopenia) yang berujung pada osteoporosis maupun patah tulang di usia lanjut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran asupan kalsium pada remaja SMA Negeri Kota Depok tahun 2024 serta hubungannya dengan kebiasaan konsumsi susu, kebiasaan sarapan, kebiasaan konsumsi soft drink, aktivitas fisik, jenis kelamin, pengetahuan tentang kalsium, pendidikan ayah, pendidikan ibu, pendapatan orang tua. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross sectional dengan total sampel 209 remaja dan pengumpulan data dilakukan pada bulan Maret-Mei 2024. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui pengisian kuesioner dan asupan kalsium diukur melalui wawancara food recall 2x2 jam. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji chi-square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 72,2% remaja memiliki asupan kalsium yang kurang dari kebutuhan (<80% AKG) dengan rata-rata 654,1±354,4 mg. Hasil analisis bivariat menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kebiasaan konsumsi susu (p <0,001 OR 19,36), kebiasaan sarapan (p <0,001 OR 4,59), kebiasaan konsumsi soft drink (p = 0,023 OR 2,37), jenis kelamin (p = 0,040 OR 1,89), pengetahuan tentang kalsium (p = 0,003 OR 5,53), dan aktivitas fisik (p = 0,013 OR 2,27) dengan asupan kalsium. Remaja perlu meningkatkan konsumsi susu, membiasakan sarapan pagi, serta mengurangi konsumsi soft drink. Peningkatan aktivitas fisik diiringi dengan asupan kalsium yang adekuat sangat dibutuhkan untuk mencapai peak bone mass yang optimal.

Calcium is one of the most essential nutrient especially in adolescents due to growth spurt period and intensive bone development. However most adolescents fail to achieve the recommended calcium intake. Inadequate calcium intake can contribute to low peak bone mass and increasing the risk of osteopenia, which can lead to osteoporosis and fragility fracture later in life. This study aims to describe calcium intake among public high school adolescents in Depok City in 2024 and its relationship with milk consumption, breakfast habits, soft drink consumption, physical activity, gender, knowledge about calcium, father's education, mother's education, and parental income. Study design is cross-sectional with a total of 209 sample during March-May 2024. Data was collected through questionnaire and calcium intake was measured by 2x24-hour food recall. Data were analyzed by chi-square test. The results showed that 72.2% of adolescents had calcium intake less than their requirements (<80% RDA) with an average of 654.1±354.4 mg. Bivariate analysis results showed significant relationships between milk consumption (p <0.001, OR 19.36), breakfast habits (p <0.001, OR 4.59), soft drink consumption (p = 0.023, OR 2.37), gender (p = 0.040, OR 1.89), calcium knowledge (p = 0.003, OR 5.53), and physical activity (p = 0.013, OR 2.27) with calcium intake. Adolescents need to increase milk consumption, adopt breakfast habit, and reduce soft drink consumption. Physical activity and adequate calcium intake are important to reach the optimum peak bone mass (PBM)."

"Gizi kurang pada remaja putri dapat menyebabkan masalah yang kompleks berupa ancaman siklus masalah gizi, seperti memburuknya status kesehatan ibu,terjadinya anemia ibu hamil, BBLR, dan peningkatan AKI. Skripsi ini membahas faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan status gizi kurang pada siswi SMA usia 14 - 18 tahun. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui hubungan antara asupan energi dan zat gizi makro (protein, lemak, dan karbohidrat), faktor sosial ekonomi, kebiasaan sarapan, perilaku diet, riwayat penyakit, dan body image terhadap status gizi kurang pada siswi di 3 SMA Negeri di Kota Tegal tahun 2013. Penelitian ini menggunakan disain studi cross sectional, dengan total sampel sebanyak 204 siswi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak 6,4% siswi memiliki status gizi kurang.
Berdasarkan hasil uji statistik dengan menggunakan analisis chi square, diperoleh adanya hubungan yang bermakna antara asupan energi(OR=9,623, 95% CI 1,227 - 75,488), asupan protein (OR=4,268, 95% CI 1,360-13,397), asupan lemak (OR=5,619, 95% CI 1,535 - 20,565), dan perilaku diet dengan status gizi kurang. Sebagian besar pengetahuan gizi siswi terkait gizi kurang masih rendah, sehingga diperlukan adanya pemberian materi pada siswi,khususnya tentang penilaian status gizi dan pentingnya memiliki status gizi normal, pada pelajaran di sekolah atau pada kegiatan ekstrakurikuler. Selain itu, siswi dengan status gizi kurang disarankan untuk memperbanyak asupan makanan dan mengurangi jajanan berupa chiki atau kerupuk yang rendah akan energi dan zat gizi makro.

Undernutrition among adolescent girl contributes threat of malnutrition cycle, such as decreasing of maternal health status, maternal anaemia, low birth weight, and increasing of maternal death rate. This paper discusses about factors related to undernutrition among senior high schoolgirl aged 14 - 18 years. The aim of this study is to know the relationship between intake of food energy and macro nutrients (protein, fat, and carbohidrate), socioeconomic factors, breakfast habits, dietary behavior, disease history, and body image with undernutrition schoolgirl in 3 Public Senior High School in Tegal Central Java 2013. This research used cross sectional design study, with total sample 204 students. The result showed that 6,4% schoolgirl was undernutrition.
Based on chi square statistical test, there was significant relationship between intake of food energy (OR=9,623, 95% CI 1,227 - 75,488), protein (OR=4,268, 95% CI 1,360 - 13,397),fat (OR=5,619, 95% CI 1,535 - 20,565), and dietary behavior with undernutrition. Mostly, undernutrition knowledge among shcoolgirl is still low, so education about nutritional status assessment and importance of normal nutritional status was necessary given during lesson or extracurricular activity. Then, schoolgirl with undernutrition should increase food intake and decrease snack such as chips, which less of energy and macro nutrients.
