"Skripsi ini membahas dukungan sosial orang tua dalam pendidikan anak usia dini dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Penelitian ini menjelaskan mengenai bentuk dukungan sosial orang tua dalam pendidikan anak usia dini di SBB-PAUD Bina Insan Mandiri. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan desain deskriptif. Di dalam penelitian ini dijelaskan bahwa bentuk dukungan sosial orang tua dalam pendidikan anak usia dini meliputi dukungan emosional, penghargaan, instrumental dan informatif. Dukungan sosial tersebut diberikan oleh ibu yang sering berinteraksi dengan anak di sekolah dan di rumah.

This study is qualitative research with descriptive design. This study is explained that the forms of social support of parents in early childhood education are emotional, appreciation, instrumental and informative. The social support is given by a mother who often makes interaction with her child at school and at home."

"Skripsi ini membahas tentang Analisis Faktor-Faktor yang Memengaruhi Implementasi Program Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD) oleh Pemerintah Kota Depok. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori George Edward III mengenai faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi implementasi kebijakan publik. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah implementasi program PAUD di Kota Depok telah cukup baik, meskipun terdapat hambatan-hambatan dalam pelaksanaannya. Hambatan-hambatan dalam pelaksanaan ditemukan pada faktor komunikasi dan sumber daya. Pemerintah Kota Depok harus dapat memberikan komunikasi dan penjelasan mengenai alasan mengapa Dinas Pendidikan Kota Depok belum melaksanakan sepenuhnya pembinaan PAUD formal dan nonformal satu atap kepada pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan PAUD di Kota Depok. Pemerintah Kota Depok juga harus memperhatikan sumber daya yang tersedia untuk pelaksanaan program PAUD secara kualitas dan kuantitas.

The focus of this paper is Analysis on factors influencing the government of Depok City early childhood education program implementation. The study based on George Edward III’s theory related to factors influencing public policy implementation. The result of this study indicates that the government’s programs are well implemented although there are some obstacles related in communication and resources in the process. The government of Depok City should explain why District Education Office not entirely conducting the formal and informal Early Childhood Education guidance for teachers and educators in Depok City under one roof. The government of Depok City should also consider the number and quality of human resources available needed to the program implementation. "

"Masa usia dini adalah periode awal yang mendasar dan penting dalam sepanjang pertumbuhan serta perkembangan kehidupan. Perumda Pasar Jaya melalui Bhakti Isrti Pegawai (BIP) mengimplementasikan program CSR PAUD Bina Tunas Jaya yang bertujuan untuk terwujudnya anak yang cerdas, sehat, jujur, bertanggung jawab, disiplin, adil, peduli, kreatif, dan mandiri khususnya anak anak yang berada di lingkungan Pasar Induk Kramat Jati. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini Bina Tunas Jaya sebagai program CSR Perumda Pasar Jaya dan faktor pendorong serta penghambatnya. Pendekatan penelitian bersifat kualitatif dengan jenis evaluasi formatif. hasil penelitian, memperlihatkan masih banyak hambatan-hambatan yang ditemukan karena adanya pandemi Covid-19. Penilaian keberhasilan program ini berdasarkan pada kerangka logis yang dibuat sebagai acuan implementasi program. Penelitian ini juga menunjukkan faktor-faktor pendukung dan penghambat pada proses berjalannya program. Faktor pendukung program, yaitu peran tenaga pendidik yang sangat loyal dalam menjalankan tugasnya serta kerja sama antara tenaga pendidik, orang tua murid, dan Perumda Pasar Jaya. Faktor penghambat program, yaitu proses administrasi yang belum efektif dan efisien, perekrutan tenaga pendidik ada yang melalui close recruitment, metode belajar dari rumah yang belum efektif, dan media promosi PAUD Bina Tunas Jaya yang tidak sepenuhnya sampai kepada anak pedagang Pasar Induk Kramat Jati.

Early childhood is a fundamental and important early period in the growth and development of life. Perumda Pasar Jaya through Bhakti Isrti Pegawai (BIP) implements the CSR program of PAUD Bina Tunas Jaya which aims to create smart, healthy, honest, responsible, disciplined, fair, caring, creative, and independent children, especially children who are in the Pasar Induk Kramat Jati. This research aims to evaluate the process of Bina Tunas Jaya Early Childhood Education program conducted by Perumda Pasar Jaya as a manifestation of Corporate Social Responsibility including the supporting and inhibiting factors. Thus research is qualitative with formative evaluation type. The results of the study show that there are still many obstacles that have been found due to the Covid-19 pandemic. This study also shows the supporting and inhibiting factors in the process of running the program. The supporting factors are the role of educators who are very loyal in carrying out their duties and cooperation between teachers, parents, and Perumda Pasar Jaya. The inhibiting factors are the administrative process that is not yet effective and efficient, recruitment process of educator through close recruitment, the ineffective learning method from home, and the promotional media for the Bina Tunas Jaya PAUD which does not fully reach the children of traders at the Pasar Induk Kramat Jati."

"Tingkat partisipasi anak prasekolah pada Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD) masih terbilang rendah, di mana lebih dari 70% anak Indonesia belum berpartisipasi. Padahal, perkembangan psikososial anak pada tahap prasekolah akan menjadi dasar kondisi psikososial seseorang ketika dewasa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara keikutsertaan anak dalam PAUD dengan perkembangan psikososial anak prasekolah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif korelatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kelurahan Jatirahayu, Bekasi dengan jumalh responden 130 orang anak prasekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 66,7% anak yang mengikuti PAUD memiliki perkembangan psikososial yang baik. Hasil uji Chi Square menyatakan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara keikutsertaan anak dalam PAUD dan perkembangan psikososial anak prasekolah (p= 0.014, α= 0.05).

Pre-school aged children participation in Early Childhood Education (ECE) is still relatively low in Indonesia, in which more than 70% of them have not yet participated. Whereas, psychosocial development during the preschool aged will be the foundation of their psychosocial condition in adulthood. The aim of this research is to discover the corelationship between the participation of preschool aged children in ECE and their psychosocial development.

The descriptivecorrelative method was used in this research, with the cross sectional approach. This research was conducted in Jatirahayu, Bekasi, with 130 preschool aged children respondents.

The result shows that 66.7% of them who participated in ECE have good psychosocial development. The result of Chi Square shows that there is a significant correlation between the participation of preschool aged children in ECE and their psychosocial development (p= 0.014, α= 0.05)."

"Kualitas pendidikan menjadi perhatian utama pemerintah Indonesia. Pendidikan anak usia dini yang berkualitas bagi seluruh masyarakat menjadi salah satu agenda pemerintah dalam upaya peningkatan kualitas pendidikan. Salah satu kebijakan pemerintah adalah penyaluran DAK Nonfisik BOP PAUD untuk mendukung peningkatan kualitas pendidikan anak usia dini. Indikator kualitas pendidikan anak usia dini dapat diketahui melalui proses akreditasi satuan pendidikan PAUD yang dilaksanakan oleh BAN PAUD dan PNF. Penelitian yang banyak dilakukan di negara lain adalah mengetahui faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap keluaran kualitas anak yang pernah mendapatkan pendidikan anak usia dini namun belum mempertimbangkan kualitas dari layanan pendidikan yang mereka akses. Dalam penelitian ini akan ditunjukkan pengaruh kebijakan DAK Non Fisik BOP PAUD terhadap akreditasi PAUD untuk mendekati variabel kualitas layanan pendidikan anak usia dini pada 481 kabupaten/kota selama tahun 2018-2019. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penyaluran DAK Nonfisik BOP PAUD memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dalam meningkatkan persentase PAUD terakreditasi terutama akreditasi A dan B, serta berpengaruh signifikan dalam menurunkan persentase PAUD yang Tidak Terakreditasi.

The quality of education is the main concern of the Indonesian government. Quality early childhood education for all communities is one of the government's agendas in an effort to improve the quality of education. One of the government policies is the distribution of Non-Physical DAK BOP PAUD to support the improvement of the quality of early childhood education. Early childhood education quality indicators can be identified through the accreditation process for PAUD implemented by BAN PAUD and PNF. Research that is mostly done in other countries is to find out the factors that influence the quality outcome of children who have received early childhood education but have not considered the quality of the education services they access. This research will show the influence of the BOP PAUD Non-Physical DAK policy on PAUD accreditation to approach the variabel quality of early childhood education services in 481 districts / cities during 2018-2019. The results showed that the distribution of Non-Physical DAK BOP PAUD had a significant effect in increasing the percentage of accredited PAUD, especially accredited A and B, and had a significant effect in reducing the percentage of PAUD that were not accredited."
