"PT.KI merupakan penyedia jasa pelatihan yang sampai saat ini terus mengembangkan usahanya. Selama ini pelatihan diselenggarakan di tempat-tempat pertemua dan umumnya di hotel berbintang. Peserta pelatihan datang dan berbagai latar belakang, mulai dari pimpinan perusahaan sampai mahasiswa. Pelatihan ini sering disebut public training. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh PT.KI muncul saat PT.K1 mulai memperluas target pemasaran dengan menawarkan pelatihan di suatu instansi tertentu atau sexing juga disebut scbagai inhouse training. Hambatan tcrsebut, berdasarkan komentar calon klien disebabkankan karena PT.KI tidak menjalankan proses evaluasi.
Evaluasi pelatihan merupakan Salah Satu faktor penting dalam proses pelatihan. Proses pelatihan diawali dengan mengeiahui kebutuhan pelatihan, sikap dan motivasi peserta untuk mengikuti pelatihan kemudian mengembangkan linglcungan pelatihan yang mendukung proses transfer pembelajaran, dan yang terakhir adalah mengembangkan desain evaluasi pelatihan (Noe, 2008,h.6).
Pelatihan adalah suatu proses yang sistematis untuk melihat kesesuaian zmtara kriteria-kriteria hasil pelatihan dan rumusan tujuan pelatihan. Kesimpulan definisi tersebut berdasarkan tiga definisi yang dikemukakan olch Wigley (1988), Worthen (1997), dan Noe (2008). Noe (2008) mcndefiniskan evaluasi pclatihan sebagaj proses pengumpulan data-data yang dibutuhkan tcrkait hasil pelatihan untuk menentukan efektivitas pelatihan.
Berdasarkan definisi mengenai evaluasi pelatihan dapat dirumuskan tujuan pelaksanaan cvaluasi pelatihan. Evaluasi pelatihan digunakan untuk pengembangan suatu obyck, seperti modul pelatihan, kompetensi instruktur, atau sistem pelaksanaan pelatihan itu scndiri. Kirkpatrick (1998) menyebutkan bahwa tujuan pelatihan hams didasari pada 3 (Liga) aspek dari program polatihan, yaitu; hasil apa yang ingin dicapai dari pelaksanaan pclatihan; perilaku apa yang menjadi hasil dari pelatihan; dan pengetahuan, ketrampilan, dan sikap apa yang ingin dipelajari oleh peserta. Aspek-aspek tersebut hams sejalan dcngan tujuan organisasi agar pelatihan dapat memberikan kontribusi pada peningkatan daya saing organisasi.
Proses untuk menentukan evaluasi pelatihan yang sesuai untuk PT.KI perlu dikaji berdasarkan pcndekatan evaluasi yang digunakan. Dalam penulisan ini terdupat dua pendekatan yang sering dilakukan (Eseryel, 2002), yaitu pendekatan goal-based (fokus pada hasil pelatihan) dan system-based (fokus pada sistem pelaksanaan pelatihan). Model cmpat level evaluasi Kirkpatrick dan AHA evaluation model Nita Lcscher merupakan contoh dari evaluasi pendekatan goal-based, kemudian evaluasi CIPP (contexr-input-process-produc0 Stuiflebeam dan IPO Hnput-process-ou¢u0 merupakan contoh dari evaluasi pcndekatan system-based.
Proscs evaluasi pelatihan yang menjadi hasil akhir dad kajian ini adalah proses evaluasi dcngan pendekatan goal-based dan system-based. PT.KI sebaiknya melalcukan kedua cvaluasi tersebut. Karena masing-masing pendckatan penting untuk dilakukan, hasil dari evaluasi pendekatan goal-based adalah informasi tentang peningkatan pengetahuan pcscrta setelah mengikuti pelatihan, infomlasi ini sangat berguna bagi organisasi klien yang telah mcnginvestasikan dana dan waktu untuk pelatihan. Sedangkan pendekatan system-based bermanfaat untuk membelikan informasi untuk pengembangan program.

PT.KI is a provider of training to this day continues to expand. In practice, training is held in places and generally in hotel meeting room's. Trainees come ti'om different backgrounds, ranging from students to corporate leaders. This training is often referred to as public training. Problems faced by PT.K1 when PT.KI begin to expand the target market by offering training in a particular institution or often called as inhouse training. 'l`hese obstacles, based on the prospective client because PT.Kl do not running the evaluation process.
Evaluation of training is one of the important factors in the process of training. The process begins to know the training needs, attitudes and motivation for participants attending the training environment and develop training that supports the transfer of Ieaming, and the last is the design of evaluation of training (Noe, 2008, h.6).
Training is a systematic process to see the suitability of the criteria of training and training the purpose of formulation. Conclusion deiinition based on the three definitions presented by Wigley (1988), Worthen (1997), and Noe (2008). Noe (2008) define evaluation of training as the process of data-related data needed to detemiine the training effectiveness of training.
Based on the definition of the evaluation of training can be defined goal of the evaluation of training. Evaluation of training is used for the development of an object, such as training modules, instructor competency, training or implementation of the system itself. Kirkpatrick (1998) states that the purpose of training should be based on thrcc (3) aspects of the training progrrun, that is, what you want the results achieved from the implementation ofthe training; of what the results ofthe training and knowledge, skills, and attitudes that want to leant by the participants. These aspects should be in line with the purpose of the organization so that training can contribute to the increased competitiveness of the Organization.
Evaluation process to detemaine the appropriate training for PT.KI need to be based on the evaluation approach used. ln writing this there are two approaches that are often done (Eseryel, 2002), the goal-based approach (focus on the results of training) and system-based (focus on the implementation of the training system). Fourth level evaluation Kirkpatrik’s and evaluation AHA Nita Lescher is an example of evaluation of goal-based approach, and evaluation CIPP (context- input-process-product) and Stufflebeam IPO (input-process-output) is an example of evaluation system-based approach.
The process of evaluation of the training to be the end result of this study is the evaluation process with the goal-based approach and system-based. PT.KI should do a second evaluation. Because each approach, it is important to do, the results of the evaluation approach is goal-based information about the increase in knowledge after the training, this information is very usefiil to the client organization that has invested time and funds for training. While the system-based approach to provide useful information to develop program.

On this paper, the research is how perception of operational officer Customer Service Division about evaluation training of achievement motivation training at PT 'X' and what is the problems that PT 'X' faced of operational Officer Customer Service Division employees and company in evaluation of Achievement Motivation Training implementation?.
The kinds of this research is descriptive research with quantitative approaches. Data in this research gathered from field research method by distributing questionnaire to the respondent and interview. The samples of this research were 63 contract employees, taken from population using total sampling technique. The data of the univariate were collected using Likert scale which delivered frequency distribution. Company especially on Customer Service Division, employee that have been follow Achievement Motivation Training hope that this training can be implementing every day whether in the office or around the office, so far from the mistake that cause from the behavior that not follow the procedure.
For all perception of officer about Achievement Motivation Training that had been done by the company in PT.'X' in regional office Jabotabek & Jabar reach good result, according to reaction dimention, learning, and behavior by the officer which has follow the training feel satisfied and feel useful to the job, so the mistake that cause by working not detailed can be reduced."

"Performa atlet dapat dipengaruhi fasilitas olahraga, jarak, waktu tempuh, latar belakang pendapatan, kecemasan dan motivasi terhadap kinerja atlet. Masalah ditemukan bahwa atlet dibebankan target prestasi tetapi lingkungan saat ini belum diketahui apakah sudah memenuhi lingkungan latihan yang ideal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana variabel-variabel tersebut mempengaruhi kesesuaian lingkungan pelatihan untuk mempertahankan performa atlet. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variable yang berpengaruh signifikan pada performa adalah prasarana, jarak, waktu perjalanan, tingkat kecemasan, dan motivasi. Skor indeks menampilkan hasil positif dengan skor 72,9 yang menunjukkan lingkungan latihan di Jawa Barat yang cukup mendukung untuk performa berkelanjutan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah lingkungan latihan yang ideal harus memenuhi luas, jarak yang dekat, waktu tempuh yang cepat, serta lingkungan sosial yang dapat mengatasi kecemasan dan memotivasi atlet. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan untuk membuat tempat latihan bela diri ideal yang mendukung performa atlet berkelanjutan.

Athlete performance can be influenced by sports facilities, distance, travel time, income background, anxiety and motivation for athlete performance. The problem was found that athletes were charged with achievement targets but the current environment was not yet known whether it met the ideal training environment. This research aims to determine how these variables influence the suitability of the training environment to maintain athlete performance. The research results show that the variables that have a significant effect on performance are infrastructure, distance, travel time, anxiety level, and motivation. The index score shows positive results with a score of 72.9 which indicates the training environment in West Java is quite supportive for sustainable performance. The conclusion of this research is that the ideal training environment must be spacious, short distances, fast travel times, and a social environment that can overcome anxiety and motivate athletes. This research recommends creating an ideal martial arts training site that supports sustainable athlete performance."

Fokus pada tugas akhir ini adalah membuat desain evaluasi perilaku pelatihan Coaching dan Counselling untuk Penyelia di PT.ITP. Desain evaluasi perilaku yang dibuat terdiri dari tahapan pembuatan dan bentuk evaluasi perilaku yang dapat menjadi blue print untuk pelatihan soft skill lainnya di PT.ITP. Dalam mendesain evaluasi perilaku, penulis menentukan metode pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner, menurunkan indikator perilaku dengan menganalisa tujuan pelatihan dan isi materi pelatihan, meninjau studi pustaka yang berkaitan dengan Coaching dan Counselling, dan melakukan wawancara dengan pihak SDM, peserta pelatihan, atasan, bawahan, dan rekan kerja dari peserta pelatihan.
Penilaian mengenai perubahan perilaku peserta dilakukan dengan meminta penilai untuk memberikan penilaian seberapa sering peserta pelatihan menampilkan perilaku-perilaku Coaching dan Counselling di tempat kerja. Yang memberikan penilaian pada kusioner ini adalah peserta pelatihan, atusan, dan bawahan dari peserta pelatihan yang sering bekerja sama dan mengamati perilaku peserta pelatihan di tempat kerja. Untuk mendapatkan informasi mengenai ada atau tidaknya perubahan atau peningkatan perilaku peserta pelatihan di tempat kerja maka evaluasi perilaku dilakukan sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan.

ABSTRACT
The focus of this final assignment is making design of behavior evaluation of Coaching and Counselling Training For Supervisor at PT.ITP. The design of behavior evaluation consists of behavior evaluation form and design stages, which can be blue print for other soft skill trainings in PT. ITP. In order to design training behavior evaluation, writer determines questionnaire as data collecting method, generate behavior indicator by analyzing training objective and subject delivered during training conducted, review theories of reference about Coaching and Counselling, and interviewing HRD, trainee, trainee's supervisor, subordinate, and co-workers.
The feedback about trainee behavior changes conducted with asking rater to evaluate frequency of trainee's Coaching and Counselling behavior appearance at work place. The parties who deserve to give evaluation are trainee, trainee's supervisor and subordinate. In this case, trainee's co-workers rarely observe trainee's behavior in work place so that can't give objective evaluation. In order to gain information about trainee behavior changes or enhancement, the evaluation conducted before and after training is held."

"Skripsi ini membahas mengenai evaluasi dari training yang dilakukan dalam program kerjasama PT PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Pudat Pengatur Beban dengan sister company, California Independent System Operator (CAISO), untuk melihat dampak program kerjasama magang pegawai ini terhadap pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan sikap pegawai untuk menutup competency gap pegawai PT PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Pengatur Beban Jawa Bali demi mencapai tujuan strategis perusahaan menjadi World Class Power System Operator. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan post-positivisme dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu post-positivist menggunakan wawancara mendalam dan studi kepustakaan.
Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa terlepas dari adanya faktor keterbatasan jumlah alumni, pengadopsian teknik dan pengetahuan modern control system ini telah berhasil membantu PT PLN UIP2B JB untuk menutup competency gap pegawainya menjadi lebih cakap dalam mengoperasikan sistem tenaga listrik, perencanaan listrik, dan juga manajemen resiko untuk meminimalisir terjadinya blackout pemadaman. Tidak hanya pegawai, tetapi perusahaan PT PLN UIP2B Jawa Bali juga telah mengadopsi beberapa sistem dari CAISO. Sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa kerjasama magang pegawai antara PT PLN UIP2B Jawa Bali dengan CAISO ini menguntungkan dan dapat membantu PT PLN UIP2B Jawa-Bali untuk mencapai tujuan strategisnya sebagai World Class Power System Operator.

This thesis discusses the evaluation of training conducted in the collaborative program between PT PLN (Persero) Java-Bali Centre Unit System Operator with California Independent System Operator (CAISO), to develop employee competencies in order to close the competency gap of PT PLN (Persero) Java-Bali Centre Unit System Operator’s employees to achieve the company's strategic objectives to become a "World Class Power System Operator". This research uses a post-positivist approach with the type of descriptive research. The method used in this research is qualitative using in-depth interviews and literature study.
The results stated that despite the small number of alumni form this internship program, the adoption of modern engineering and knowledge modern control system has succeeded in assisting PT PLN UIP2B JB to close its competency gap of its employees to become more capable in operating power systems, electricity planning, and also risk management to minimize the occurrence of blackout. Not only employees, but PT PLN UIP2B Java-Bali, as a company, has also adopted some systems from CAISO. Thus can be said that the collaborative program between PT PLN UIP2B Java-Bali and CAISO is profitable and can help PT PLN UIP2B Jawa-Bali to achieve its strategic objectives as World Class Power System Operator.
