"This study is about the analysis of thermodynamic system of a refrigeration system with two condensers coupled in series to the electric air heater system. The condenser produces waste heat reaches 90oC and the heat is accumulated into a space heater up to 140oC. That means: the heater works only up to 50oC, so the temperature of the air is high and dry, but has a very low RCES (Ratio of Specific Energy Consumption) in dew point 20oC, which is indicate that the system is very significant."

Ditemukan bahwa terms of trade, aktiva luar negeri bersih, tingkat bunga riil internasional serta keterbukaan perdagangan merupakan determinan signifikan terhadap nilai tukar ekuilibrium jangka menengah-panjang. ABSTRACT

This study uses the behavioural (BEER) framework to estimate the quarterly equilibrium exchange rate of the rupiah over the 2000-2014 period. Terms of trade, net foreign assets, the real international interest rate and trade openness are found to be significant determinants of the medium-long run equilibrium exchange rate. Based on the estimated currency misalignment, the rupiah is found to be broadly in equilibrium across most of the period, with notable exceptions in 2000 (moderate overvaluation), 2001 (moderate undervaluation) and in the wake of the 2008 global financial crisis (significant undervaluation). Results imply that the rupiah remains vulnerable to undervaluation shocks. The study concludes with a brief discussion of policy implications."

"Tanah longsor translasi dianggap lebih jarang terjadi daripada tanah longsor rotasi. Akibatnya, tidak banyak publikasi tentang masalah ini. Menurut penelitian sebelumnya, salah satu program perangkat lunak yang digunakan selama penelitian mengalami masalah. Translational landslides are thought to be more uncommon than rotational landslides. As a result, there are not many publications on the subject. According to previous studies, one of the software programs employed throughout the study encountered an issue. This research examined the compatibility of two software programs using two distinct ways to calculate the safety factor value. Such as for the Finite Element Method, MIDAS GTS NX, and for the Limit Equilibrium Method, GeoSlope. Focus solely on the geometrical aspects of the landslide, such as the slope angle, water elevation, and the ratio of soil thickness to slope height. Furthermore, the research distinguishes between two types of soil. The study's primary finding shows that the main issue was not with the software's input. Instead, both programs were not developed to calculate the safety factor of a translational slide. It shows that the result of the safety factor is close to the manual calculation when the illustration of the critical failure plane shows a rotational slide. The recommendation from this study in determining the factor of safety of a translational landslide is by Limit Equilibrium Method using the GeoSlope software since the result from GeoSlope is more accurate than from MIDAS GTS NX. "

"To achieve this goal, the present text concentrates mainly on equilibrium thermodynamics, first, the fundamental ideas of strong interaction thermodynamics are introduced and then the main concepts and methods used in the study of the physics of complex systems are summarized. Subsequently, simplified phenomenological pictures, leading to critical behavior in hadronic matter and to hadron-quark phase transitions are introduced, followed by elements of finite-temperature lattice QCD leading to the important results obtained in computer simulation studies of the lattice approach. Next, the relation of the resulting critical behavior to symmetry breaking/restoration in QCD is clarified before the text turns to the study of the QCD phase diagram. The presentation of bulk equilibrium thermodynamics is completed by studying the properties of the quark-gluon plasma as new state of strongly interacting matter. The final chapters of the book are devoted to more specific topics which arise when nuclear collisions are considered as a tool for the experimental study of QCD thermodynamics."
