ABSTRACT
Research of WHO on 2001 showed that depressive disorders become the fourth leading cause of disability or inability of a person to run the daily activities. The prediction on 2020, depressive disorders will become the second leading cause of disability after heart disease. This phenomenon occurs because of the inability of the individual to manage his mental state to reach the standard of serenity.
Islam offers a method to achieve this peace of mind with remembrance. Remembrance method has been developed by many community of congregations with physical and mental exploration, and be able to be an alternative for modern society to achieve peace of mind, as a form of harmony of life.
This research conducted in order to know about the peace of mind which felt by the doer after doing Sholawat wahidiyah dhikr, by using the qualitative approach as the pedestal of analysis. The data collected through the collection of documents, direct observation and in-depth interview towards the doers.
The result of the research shows that the changes which happened before and after doing the Sholawat Wahidiyah dhikr is really obvious. Mental disorders symptoms like bored, restless, and dissatisfied which are previously experienced will disappear when a man is able to accustom this sholawat wahidiyah and following the teachings brought by the Muallif. They can feel the sense of calm, tranquility and also devoted in doing the religion rituals when they fulfill the six aspects of peace of mind within sholawat wahidiyah, namely gratitude, sincerity, patience, blessing, love and good prejudice.;Research of WHO on 2001 showed that depressive disorders become the fourth leading cause of disability or inability of a person to run the daily activities.

Thinking of the future is the human’s basic cognitive ability and it’s really important. Mental Time Travel (MTT) is ability to recalling the past and predict the future. Besides thinking of the future, ability to predict others mental state (Theory of Mind) is also the basic competence which humans should have in order to make a plan, predict a future and anticipated problem which will be faced. The two competences are really basic and important for human. One of factor which are assumed giving the influence on MTT is Theory of Mind (ToM) acquisition. Therefore, it is needed to do the future research to see how the contribution of ToM acquisition on MTT. In order to see the contribution ToM acquisition to MTT, the researcher did MTT measurement by doing two eksperiment (verbal task and tool task) and ToM measurement develop by Wellman & Liu (2011) on the 3-5 year children. The result of the research are when MTT develops, the sequence of ToM acquisition and the contribution of ToM acquisition on MTT, which is the ToM acquisition has positive contribution 28% on Mental Time Travel.

Padahal perkembangan pemahaman theory of mind pada anak memiliki dua tahapan, yaitu first-order dan second-order theory of mind.

Mother's discipline strategies is one of crucial factors in children's theory of mind understanding. Nonetheless, there is still a limited number of studies covering mother's discipline strategies and theory of mind. In addition, previous studies only associate mother's discipline strategies with first order theory of mind, and no one has to associate with second order theory of mind simultaneously. Whereas, development of children's theory of mind understanding has two stage, first order and second order theory of mind. The current study investigated mother's discipline strategies, and investigated the contribution of eight mother's discipline strategies with children's first order and second order theory of mind among 5 6 years old children. 104 children and mothers are participated in this study. Children's first order and second order theory of mind understanding were measuring using 6 component of theory of mind with question and answer method, while mother's discipline strategies was measuring by questionnaire. It was revealed that discuss and boss mother's discipline strategies could predict children's first order and second order theory of mind understanding. On the other hand, let's child decide, how feel, silence, social norms, parent emotion and persuasive discipline strategies had no significant contribution to children's first order and second order theory of mind understanding.

"Mindfulness and one of the roads to it, meditation, have become increasingly popular as a way to promote health and well-being. Research on their beneficial effects has boomed over the past decade. This volume is the first book-length review of this body of research: how the effects of mindfulness practice flow from brain to mind to life. It is aimed specifically at the nonspecialist reader who is looking for a scientific perspective on mindfulness practice. The book reviews how meditation calms the body and what its effects are on brain functioning-how it impacts control over attention, awareness of the body, and the experience of self-and how these in turn leave telltale lasting traces in brain structure. It investigates the resulting effects on mind and life, showing that mindfulness and meditation make people feel less stressed, boost immune function, make people less anxious and less depressed, dampen negative emotions, amplify positive emotions, help regulate emotions, make people less ruminative, take the edges off negative personality traits, strengthen self-concept, and make people more empathic and compassionate. It digs into the mechanisms behind those changes-the application of mindfulness during meditation gives birth to mindfulness in daily life, which becomes an ingrained habit, and this, in turn, enhances ones well-being. It also examines how mindfulness can be useful as a therapy, alleviating depression, anxiety, worry, and pain. A final chapter provides advice on how to meditate and practice mindfulness in a scientifically sound way.
