"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh dari implementasi ERP
terhadap sistem supply chain management perusahaan. Model penelitian yang
digunakan berdasarkan pada penelitian sebelumnya yang dilakukan oleh Shuai,
Su, & Yang (2007). Model penelitian tersebut menjelaskan hubungan antara ERP
benefit, kompetensi perusahaan, dan supply chain performance. Dalam model
penelitian tersebut menggambarkan bahwa ERP benefit merupakan variabel bebas
yang mempengaruhi kompetensi perusahaan, dan kompetensi perusahaan
merupakan variabel bebas yang akan mempengaruhi kinerja supply chain
management perusahaan. Penelitian ini melibatkan 50 responden yang berasal dari
berbagai perusahaan yang sudah menerapkan ERP dan SCM di perusahaan
mereka. Data yang digunakan didapatkan dari kuesioner yang dikirimkan kepada
responden. Penelitian ini meng-hipotesiskan bahwa lima ERP benefit akan
memberikan pengaruh positif pada sistem supply chain management perusahaan.
Lima ERP benefit tersebut terdiri dari operational, managerial, strategic, IT
infrastructure, dan organizational benefit. Sedangkan kompetensi perusahaan
terdiri dari operational process, planning and control process, dan behavioral
process. Analisa regresi linier berganda akan digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis
yang telah dibuat. Hasil dari penelitian ini memberikan bukti bahwa implementasi
ERP memberikan pengaruh yang positif terhadap performa supply chain
management perusahaan.

ABSTRACT
This research investigates the influence of ERP integration on firm competence in
Supply Chain Management system. A conceptual research model was proposed
based on previous research by Shuai, Su, & Yang (2007). The framework
explaining the relationship between ERP benefit, firm competence, and supply
chain performance. The framework describing an ERP benefits as an independent
variable that will impact the firm competency in supply chain, and firm
competency is an independent variable that will impact the firm supply chain
performance. This research involves 50 respondent from various firms which is
applying ERP and SCM to strengthen their business process. The data from firms
collected through questionnaire. This research also hypothesize five construct of
ERP benefit will positively impact the firm competencies in SCM. The influence of
ERP define by five ERP benefit consist of operational benefit, managerial benefit,
strategic benefit, IT infrastructure benefit, and organizational benefit. This
research will use multiple regression analysis to analyze the data and testing the
hypothesize. The result provide an evidence that ERP implementation has a
positively significant impact on firm supply chain performance."

"Skripsi ini membahas implementasi strategi yang dilakukan oleh Dinas Perindustrian, Perdagangan, dan Koperasi Kabupaten Sleman bagi UMKM kerajinan bambu untuk menghadapi kompetitor-kompetitor daerah produksi produk kerajinan bambu yang ada di Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara mendalam dan studi dokumen. Teori yang digunakan dalam analisis penelitian ini di antaranya teori pemerintah daerah, strategi, manajemen strategi, dan implementasi strategi.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi strategi yang dilakukan, yang tertuang dalam 7 program yang dibedakan menjadi strategi internal dan eksternal, 5 dari 7 program yaitu program pemberian pelatihan usaha dan produksi, penyediaan bahan baku, keikutsertaan pameran, pembangunan jaringan, dan kerjasama dengan Dinas Pariwisata dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Sleman dapat membantu UMKM kerajinan bambu Sleman untuk menghadapi kompetitornya. Sedangkan 2 program yaitu program penguatan modal dan pemberian bantuan alat kurang membantu UMKM kerajinan bambu Sleman untuk menghadapi kompetitornya.

This thesis discusses the implementation of the strategy by the Department of Industry, Trade and Cooperative Sleman District for SMEs bamboo crafts to face competitors of bamboo craft products in Indonesia. This research was conducted using qualitative approach with data collection techniques with in-depth interviews and document study. The theory used in this analysis is the local government theory, strategy, management strategy, and implementation strategies.
The results showed that the implementation of the strategy, contained in seven programs which can be divided into strategic internal and external, 5 of 7 program is a program providing business and production training, supply of raw materials, the participation of the exhibition, network development, and cooperation with the Department of Tourism and Culture of Sleman District can help SMEs bamboo crafts to face competitors. While the two programs, the capital strengthening program and giving less aid to help SMEs bamboo craft Sleman to face competitors.

"Laporan magang ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi proses analisis lingkungan bisnis PT ABC yang dilakukan oleh PT Advisor sebagai konsultan dalam penyusunan Rencana Jangka Panjang Perusahaan PT ABC. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan membandingkan pelaksanaan proses analisis lingkungan bisnis, baik eksternal maupun internal, yang dilakukan oleh PT Advisor dengan teori dalam strategi manajemen oleh Whittington, Regner, Angwin, Johnson, dan Scholes (2020) serta analisis keuangan perusahaan yang disampaikan oleh David & David (2017) dan Palepu, Healy, dan Peek (2013). Lingkup yang dibahas pada analisis eksternal meliputi analisis makro global, analisis makro Indonesia, analisis industri, dan analisis kompetitor, sedangkan pada lingkup analisis internal meliputi analisis rasio, analisis arus kas, dan analisis tren. Berdasarkan evaluasi yang dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa sebagaian besar analisis lingkungan bisnis eksternal dan internal PT ABC yang dilakukan oleh PT Advisor telah sejalan dengan teori. Adapun beberapa indikator yang perlu ditambahkan oleh PT Advisor pada lingkup analisis makro Indonesia adalah mengenai analisis pengaruh organisasi masyarakat, analisis isu yang diangkat oleh organisasi masyarakat, analisis jumlah paten baru, analisis jumlah inovasi baru, analisis cost and benefit penerapan operasional berkelanjutan, dan analisis peraturan perpajakan dan pelaporan, serta pada lingkup analisis industri menggunakan kerangka analisis Porter’s Five Forces. Pada lingkup analisis kompetitor menambahkan analisis fokus target konsumen kompetitor, analisis preferensi konsumen yang belum terlayani, dan analisis hambatan untuk memanfaatkan peluang strategis. Pada lingkup analisis keuangan juga perlu menambahkan analisis EPS, PER, quick ratio, debt-to-asset ratio, long-term debt-to-equity ratio, time-interest-earned, fixed asset turnover, total asset turnover, accounts receivable turnover, inventory turnover, dan pertumbuhan laba bersih. Dengan penambahan analisis ini diharapkan dapat diperoleh data dan informasi yang lebih lengkap sehingga akan menghasilkan keputusan strategi manajemen yang lebih baik.

This internship report aims to evaluate the process of analyzing the business environment of PT ABC which was carried out by PT Advisor as a consultant in the preparation of the Company's Long Term Plan of PT ABC. The evaluation was carried out by comparing the implementation of the business environment analysis process, both external and internal, carried out by PT Advisor with the theory in strategic management by Whittington, Regner, Angwin, Johnson, and Scholes (2020) as well as the company's financial analysis by David & David (2017) and Palepu, Healy, and Peek (2013). The scope discussed in the external analysis includes global macro analysis, Indonesia macro analysis, industry analysis, and competitor analysis, while the internal analysis includes ratio analysis, cash flow analysis, and trend analysis. Based on the evaluation conducted, it can be concluded that most of PT ABC's external and internal business environment analysis conducted by PT Advisor is in line with the theory. There are several indicators that need to be added by PT Advisor to the scope of Indonesia's macro analysis, cosists of the analysis of the influence of community organizations, analysis of issues raised by community organizations, analysis of the number of new patents, analysis of the number of new innovations, cost and benefit analysis of implementing sustainable operations, and analysis on taxation and reporting regulation, as well as on the scope of industry analysis using Porter's Five Forces analysis framework. In the scope of competitor analysis, it needs to add analysis of the ompetitors' focus target consumers, analysis of consumer preferences that have not been served, and analysis of obstacles to take advantage of strategic opportunities. In the scope of financial analysis, it is also necessary to add EPS, PER, quick ratio analysis, debt-to-asset ratio, long-term debt-to-equity ratio, time-interest-earned, fixed asset turnover, total asset turnover, accounts receivable turnover, inventory turnover, and net profit growth. With the addition of this analysis, it is expected that PT Advisor can resulting more complete data and information to produce better strategic management decisions."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor risiko sampai dengan pemilihan strategi perlakuan risiko pada tahap implementasi sistem ERP di Perum BULOG. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan analisis sebab akibat menggunakan fishbone diagram serta pemeringkatan risiko menggunakan Analytic Hierarchy Process AHP. Penelitian ini berhasil mengidentifikasikan sembilan belas faktor risiko pada tahap implementasi sistem ERP di Perum BULOG. Berdasar hasil evaluasi risiko, diperoleh dua faktor risiko dengan peringkat dampak tinggi, lima belas faktor risiko dengan peringkat dampak sedang, dan dua faktor risiko dengan peringkat dampak rendah. Analisis sebab akibat menggunakan fishbone diagram berhasil menemukan lima akar masalah, yaitu perencanaan strategis yang tidak efektif, rekayasa ulang proses bisnis yang tidak memadai, keahlian dan pengetahuan yang terbatas, sistem yang kompleks, dan sosialisasi yang terbatas.

The objective of this research is identify risk factors to selection of appropriate risk treatment strategies in the ERP system implementation in Perum BULOG. This research uses a qualitative approach with causal analysis using fishbone diagram and risk rating using the Analytic Hierarchy Process AHP . This research has identified nineteen risk factors of the ERP system implementation in Perum BULOG. Based on a risk assessment, there are two risk factors with high impact rating, fifteen risk factors with moderate impact rating, and two risk factors with low impact rating. Causal analysis using the fishbone diagram success to find five root of the problems, namely an ineffective strategic planning, inadequate business process reengineering, limited skills and knowledge, complexity of the system, and limited socialization."

"Laporan magang ini berisi pembahasan mengenai evaluasi terhadap penerapan manajemen proyek terintegrasi pada proyek implementasi sistem Enterprise Resource Planning di PT HOPE, sebuah perusahaan penyedia jasa keuangan berbasis teknologi digital di Indonesia. Proyek ini melibatkan PT INFO sebagai konsultan teknologi dan pengembang sistem ERP PT HOPE. Tujuan proyek adalah mengintegrasikan sistem informasi akuntansi PT HOPE dengan WISH Holdings Inc. sebagai entitas induk. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui penilaian terhadap kelengkapan komponen dan kesesuaian dengan tujuan setiap proses pada manajemen proyek terintegrasi. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa manajemen proyek terintegrasi telah diterapkan pada keseluruhan proyek. Namun, terdapat ketidaksesuaian pada proses pemantauan dan penutupan proyek yang berdampak pada kelancaran operasi sistem setelah Go-Live dilakukan, sehingga dirumuskan rekomendasi yang bisa diterapkan pada proyek-proyek lainnya. Bagian akhir laporan magang ini berisi refleksi diri berdasarkan pengalaman yang dijalani selama magang karya akhir serta rencana pengembangan diri usai laporan magang ditulis.

This internship report contains discussion over the evaluation of project integration management practice within the implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning system at PT HOPE, a digital technology-based financial services provider in Indonesia. This project involved PT INFO as the technology consultant and developer of the system for PT HOPE. The objective was to integrate accounting information system between PT HOPE and Wish Holdings Inc. as its holding entity. Evaluation is performed through an assessment over component completeness and conformity with the objective of each project integration management process. The result showed that project integration management had been practiced throughout the whole project. Though a number of discrepancies were identified in the monitoring and closing processes of the project that impacted system operation after Go-Live, thus recommendations were formulated to be applicable in other projects. The last part of the report contains self-reflection based on the experiences gained during the internship accompanied by a self-development plan to be carried out after this report is completed."

"It has been long understood that value creation by corporate strategists is determined by their ability to effectively deploy resources across multiple business units. Recently, scholarly attention has been dominated by studies of "synergy", or sharing resources across businesses. However, a second type of resource deployment, "resource redeployability" or "resource configuration", where resources are withdrawn from one business unit and reallocated to another may not only effect firm value creation, but also firm and industry evolution. This volume advances the resource deployment and synergy debate, and how they differentially affect value and firm decision-making. It clarifies the theoretical determinants and effects of each, revisiting prior work that investigates the benefits of synergy-based strategy, and assessing the benefits of an increased focus on redeployability. "Karya akhir ini dilakukan untuk memperoleh rancangan kebutuhan dari sistem informasi manajemen laboratorium di Badan Narkotika Nasional menggunakan metodologi rational unified process RUP . Rancangan kebutuhan yang sesuai kebutuhan, diharapkan dapat menghasilkan sistem informasi yang dapat mempercepat proses bisnis pelayanan pengujian laboratorium. Percepatan penyelesaian proses bisnis pelayanan pengujian laboratorium dapat membantu Balai Laboratorium Narkoba BNN dalam memberikan pelayanan yang sesuai dengan janji pelayanan.
Perancangan dilakukan dengan mengikuti workflow pada disiplin business modeling dan requirement pada metodologi RUP.
Hasil dari penelitian ini diperoleh pemodelan bisnis dan daftar kebutuhan, yang terdiri dari 3 business use case, 78 stakeholder request, 26 need, 33 feat, 38 SRS, 21 use cases, dan 17 supplementary spesification, yang akan diimplementasi pada sistem informasi manajemen laboratorium. Pada perancangan kebutuhan pada skala organisasi Balai Laboratorium Narkoba BNN dibutuhkan re-enginering/rekonfigurasi proses pada metodologi RUP agar lebih efisien.

This study was conducted to obtain the requirements design of the laboratory information management system at the National Narcotics Boards Republic of Indonesia using the methodology of rational unified process RUP . The design of appropriate requirements of the system is expected to generate information that can accelerate laboratory testing services business processes. Accelerate completion of laboratory testing service business processes can help Drugs Testing Laboratory in providing services in accordance with the promise of service.
The design is done by following a disciplined workflow in business modeling and requirements on RUP methodology.
The results of this study were obtained business modeling and list of needs, which consists of 3 business use cases, 78 stakeholder requests, 26 NEED, 33 FEAT, 38 SRS, 21 use cases, and 17 supplementary spesifications, which will be implemented in laboratory management information systems. In requirement designing in the organization 39 s on a scale of Drugs Testing Laboratory, National Narcotics Board Republic of Indonesia, needed re engineering reconfiguration processes on RUP methodology to be more efficient."

"Di era pembangunan saat ini, pelaksanaan proyek konstruksi dan infrastuktur sedang marak, yang menuntut perusahaan dalam industri untuk meningkatkan kinerjanya. Dalam upaya meningkatkan kinerja dan menciptakan efisiensi pada perusahaan di industri konstruksi dan infrastruktur khususnya BUMN, pemerintah Indonesia mengeluarkan kebijakan untuk dilakukannya implementasi Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). Tujuan dari Penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan evaluasi hasil implementasi Enterprise Resource Planning terhadap peningkatan kinerja proses bisnis pada salah satu BUMN konstruksi dan Infrastruktur. Analisis Peta Proses Bisnis sebelum dan setelah Implementasi ERP, dan Survey dilakukan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja dari proses bisnis pengelolaan biaya usaha di perusahaan hasil implementasi ERP. Kriteria Evaluasi dikembangkan berdasarkan empat dimensi kinerja proses bisnis yaitu waktu, biaya, kualitas dan fleksibilitas. Hasil analisis proses bisnis dan survei mengindikasikan bahwa implementasi ERP telah memberikan dampak positif terhadap kinerja proses bisnis, namun ditemukan adanya kelemahan yang dirasakan user dalam implementasinya. Melalui penelitian ini, peluang perbaikan teridentifikasi untuk membantu perusahaan membuat keputusan dalam mengimplementasikan ERP dengan lebih baik

In this development era, many construction & infrastructure projects are being held all over the world, that requires company in the industry to improve their performances. Furthermore, in an effort to increase performances and finally create efficiency, The Indonesian Government issues policy that directs the construction & infrastructure companies especially State-Owned Enterprise’s (SOE’s) to implement Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). The purpose of this research is to evaluate the results of ERP implementation towards the business process performances improvement in one of the constructions & infrastructure SOE which has a crucial role in the establishment of the Trans Sumatera Toll Road Megaproject in Indonesia. Analysis of business process before and after implementation is carried out as well as the survey to evaluate the performances of expenditure management business process in the company after the ERP implementation. The evaluation criteria are developed based on the four dimensions of Business Process Performance, which is time, cost, quality and flexibility. The results from the study indicate that ERP Implementation has given positive effect toward business process performance improvement, while there are still some weak points in the implementation. Due to this research, opportunities for improvement are identified to support company in making decision for better ERP implementation."
