"Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kepada kelompok perempuan Warga Negara Indonesia (WNI) yang kawin dengan laki-laki Warga negara Asing (WNA) dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa perempuan WNI yang mengawini laki-laki WNA dalam prakteknya mengalami banyak hambatan dalam mengakses haknya sebagai warga negara, seperti hak sipil, hak politik, hak ekonomi, dan hak sosial. Pembatasan tersebut berpangkal dari pembedaan kedudukan perempuan WNI yang didefinisikan dalam UU Kewarganegaraan yang mengikuti status hukum suarninya yang berwarga negara asing. UU Kewarganegaraan yang disusun dengan semangat nasionalisme sempit dan menyangsikan loyalitas perempuan sebagai warga negara telah berdampak kepada peraturan lain, seperti keimigrasian, kebijakan agraria, serta peraturan lain yang bersifat strategis. Peraturan-peraturan tersebut saat ini sudah tidak relevan lagi karena masalah kewarganegaraan tidak lagi sebatas masalah nasionalisme, akan tetapi merupakan perlindungan terhadap setiap warga. yang dijamin dalam banyak peraturan, termasuk diantaranya dalam CEDAW.

This research is focusing on a group of Indonesian women who arc married to foreign men. The Qualitative approach is used in this research. The research found that Indonesian women married to foreign husbands have limited access to their rights as citizens simply due to marrying foreign husbands. The existing citizenship laws state that one family is to adopt one nationality which is the husbands nationality. The implication for these women is limited access to resources such as property, certain types of work, and limited access to political involvement since the women's legal status is identified with the foreign national husband. Therefore, she is considered part foreigner instead of Indonesian. The citizenship laws were made just after Indonesia declared freedom from western colonization which caused the concept of citizenship to be based on "narrow-minded" nationalism. This is no longer relevant since citizenship now is guaranteed by many laws and international conventions such as CEDAW which consider citizenship a right that protects every person."

"Pada dewasa ini kapal mempunyai peranan penting dalam perindustrian perkapalan. Perekonomian di dunia menggunakan transportasi kapal sebagai keberlangsungan ekonomi. Kapal multihull mempunyai keunggulan saat kecepatan tinggi. Multihull terdapat 4 major konfigurasi diantaranya Catamaran, Trimaran, quadramaran, dan Pentamaran. Penelitian dari Hambatan Pentamaran sudah diuji dalam eksperimen ini. Dalam kasus ini kapal Pentamaran mepunyai konfigurasi yang bisa mendukung semakin optimalnya nilai hambatan, stabilitas kapal, luasan dek kapal, dan kekuatan konstruksi. Hambatan merupakan simbol dari efisiensi kapal itu sendiri. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mendapatkan konfigurasi pentamaran dengan nilai hambatan terendah pada kecepatan tinggi dengan rentang Fr 0.39-0.6. Eksperimen dilakukan pada kolam uji dengan permukaan air tenang.

On this ship has an important role in the shipping industry. Economy in the world using the transport ship as the sustainability of the economy. Multihull ships have advantages when at high speed. In this case Pentamaran have a configuration that can support optimalization in drag reduction, stability, ship deck area, the power construction. The obstacle is the symbol of the efficienct of the ship itself. The purpose of the research is to get the configuration of the lowest resistance value at high speeds with range Fr 0.39 0.6. The research has done on water tank with waterl level calm."

Pengembangan dan penelitian kapal di dunia umumnya bertujuan untuk menghasilkan kapal dengan payload yang besar dan biaya operasi yang minim. Hal ini dapat terwujud dengan dek yang luas dan hambatan kapal yang rendah, inilah yang menjadi keunggulan kapal multihull. Maka dari itu skripsi ini menganalisis eksperimental karakteristik hambatan model kapal pentamaran dengan variasi hull separation dengan rentang froude Number 0.39-0.6 untuk mencari konfigurasi dengan hambatan yang paling menguntungkan. Penelitian ini akan memperlihatkan grafik nilai koefisien hambatan total dan faktor interferensi terhadap Froude Number.

The research of ships in the world generally aims to produce ships with large payload and minimal operating costs. It can be realized with a large deck and low ship resistance, this is the advantage of multihull ships. Therefore, this thesis analyzes the experimental characteristics of the resistance of pentamaran model with the variation of hull separation with Froude Number range 0.39 0.6 to find the most advantageous configuration. This study will show the graph of total resistance coefficient and interference faktor due to Froude Number."
