"Laporan magang ini membahas mengenai penyusunan transfer pricing documentation PT KLM tahun 2009 yang bergerak di bidang distribusi. PT KLM diwajibkan untuk membuat transfer pricing documentaion dikarenakan transaksinya dengan perusahaan afiliasinya di luar negeri (transaksi afiliasi). Hal yang diuji adalah apakah transaksi afiliasi memiliki kesebandingan harga dengan transaksi independen. Metode yang digunakan dalam menguji kesebandingan harga transaksi afiliasi PT KLM adalah transactional net margin method (TNMM) dan menggunakan Berry ratio sebagai profit level indicator (PLI). Hasil perbandingan Berry ratio PT KLM dengan perusahaan pembanding menunjukkan bahwa transaksi afiliasi PT KLM sudah memenuhi prinsip kesebandingan harga.

The focus of this study is the establishment transfer pricing documentation of PT KLM for year 2009 that engaged in distributor business. PT KLM is required to provide transfer pricing documentation due to their transaction with the affiliated party (affiliated transaction). The test is whether the affiliated transaction has arm's length price with the independent transaction. The Method used in arms length test of PT KLM?s affiliated transaction is transactional net margin method (TNMM) and using Berry ratio as profit level indicator (PLI). The result of comparison Berry ratio of PT KLM with the compared company showed that affiliated transaction of PT KLM has appropriate with arm?s lenght principle."
