" Adolescents ranging in age from 10 to I9 years constitute alarge population group in the world. They number over one billion and thenumber is increasing. Since the International Conference on Populationand Development (ICPD) in Cairo 1994 a radical development has markedthe field of adolescents' reproductive health. Today population studies arecentred more on an individual's rights, needs. and ambitions than ondemographic targets. The present paper is an attempt to study the socio-cultural and gender aspects of adolescents' reproductive health inBangladesh from a process-context approach. This means that theadolescents reproductive health behavior is seen as the outcome of process involving a series of individual decisions and actions occurringwithin social, economic, ecological. cultural and political contexts.Therefore, the needs and aspirations of adolescents are not only determinedby biological and behavioral factors, but through socio-cultural andgender attitudes. Culture specific researches, policies, and programs canhelp adolescents to meet their fresh demands, flourish their innovativeideas, thoughts and equip then: with the kind of education, shifts, andoutlook they need in a changing environment."

"Metafora memainkan peran sentral dalam kehidupan manusia, meningkatkan pemahaman, komunikasi, dan persepsi kita tentang dunia. Metafora berfungsi sebagai alat yang ampuh untuk menyederhanakan ide yang kompleks, membangkitkan emosi, dan membentuk pandangan dunia kita. Salah satu contohnya adalah penggunaan metafora dalam lirik lagu. Unit analisis yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah lagu berjudul "Marutsuke" yang dinyanyikan oleh karakter utama dalam anime berjudul "Given", Satou Mafuyu. Metafora yang terdapat dalam lirik lagu tersebut akan dianalisis dan dieksplorasi lebih lanjut dalam kaitannya dengan karakter Satou Mafuyu. Teori yang digunakan adalah Teori Metafora Konseptual oleh Lakoff dan Johnson, di mana terdapat tiga jenis metafora, yaitu metafora struktural, metafora orientasional, dan metafora ontologis. Analisis dilakukan dengan menentukan tiga elemen dalam teori tersebut, yaitu topic, vehicle, dan ground. Topik adalah objek yang dideskripsikan, dibicarakan, disimbolkan, dan dibandingkan. Vehicle adalah kata yang digunakan untuk membandingkan topik. Ground sendiri adalah hubungan atau kesamaan antara topic dan vehicle. Dalam lirik lagu tersebut ditemukan beberapa contoh metafora struktural dan ontologis, hasil analisis dari metafora yang ditemukan juga terbukti menceritakan kisah Satou Mafuyu dalam menghadapi konflik dalam kesehariannya.

Metaphors play a central role in human life, enhancing our understanding, communication, and perception of the world. They serve as powerful tools to simplify complex ideas, evoke emotions, and shape our worldview. One example is the use of metaphors in song lyrics. The unit of analysis taken in this research is a song titled "Marutsuke" sung by the main character in the anime titled "Given", Satou Mafuyu. Metaphors contained in the song lyrics will be analyzed and further explored in relation to the character Satou Mafuyu. The theory used is the Conceptual Metaphor Theory by Lakoff and Johnson, in which there are three types of metaphors, namely structural metaphors, orientational metaphors, and ontological metaphors. The analysis is done by determining three elements in the theory, namely topic, vehicle, and ground. Topic is the object that is described, talked about, symbolized, and compared. Vehicle is the word used to compare the topic. Ground itself is the relation or similarity between topic and vehicle. In the song lyrics found several examples of structural and ontological metaphors, the results of the analysis of the metaphors found also proved to tell the story of Satou Mafuyu in dealing with conflicts in his daily life."
