diharapkan konsumen akan puas dan akan melakukan pembelian berulang terhadap layanan yang diberikan perusahaan. Loyalitas konsumen sangatlah penting, karena konsumen dapat dengan mudah beralih ke perusahaan lain. Konsumen akan melakukan evaluasi layanan sebelum mengambil keputusan untuk mengajukan kredit kembali di perusahaan yang sama

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh pada loyalitas konsumen di industri pembiayaan kendaraan bermotor roda empat
dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Faktor-faktor yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah service fairness, trust, consumer perceived value, perceived service quality, consumer satisfaction, consumer loyalty. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa faktor yang mempengaruhi consumer loyalty adalah consumer satisfaction dan untuk service fairness dan perceived service quality tidak mempengaruhi consumer loyalty. Faktor yang signifikan mempengaruhi consumer satisfaction adalah consumer perceived value. Service fairness mempengaruhi trust dan perceived service quality.

Services sector has an important role, companies cannot simply create services and hope for the best. Companies must try to improve the services they offer
to consumers to be competitive and profit targeted. In this way, consumers are expected to be satisfied and do repeat purchases the service of the company. Consumer loyalty is important, because consumers would switch to another company. Consumers will evaluate the service before make a decision to re-apply for credit in the same company.
The purpose of this study is to find out the factors that affect consumer loyalty in automobile financing industry using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Factors used in this study are service fairness, trust, consumer perceived value, perceived service quality, consumer satisfaction, consumer loyalty. As a result, consumer loyalty is influenced by consumer satisfaction, service fairness and perceived service
quality have no influence to consumer loyalty. For consumer perceived value influence consumer satisfaction. Service fairness influence trust and perceived service quality.

"Pengujian simulasi kendaraan di Laboratorium merupakan cara yang lebih aman, ekonomis dan dapat dipercepat, apabila dibandingkan dengan melakukan pengujian kendaraan sepanjang 30.000 km pada jalan dengan kondisi yang beragam. Untuk melakukan uji simulasi kendaraan bermotor diperlukan software yang dapat melakukan proses kontrol dan pengkuran, serta mengetahui presentase perbedaan antara sinyal perintah dan umpan balik. Untyk dapat memecahkan masalah tersebut, perlu dilakukan perancangan software agar dapat memenuhi kebutuhan terhadap uji simulasi kendaraan bermotor. Makalah ini mejelaskan perancangan sistem dan algoritma dari software yang mmemnuhi prosedur uji simulasi kendaraan bermotor."

"Laporan ini membahas proses pengendalian internal yang dilaksanakan oleh PT DEF terhadap aset tetap yang dimiliki dalam bentuk kendaraan bermotor oleh perusahaan. PT DEF adalah perusahaan yang memproduksi dan mendistribusikan minuman non-alkohol dalam kemasan. Pembahasan berfokus pada prosedur operasional standar atas kendaraan bermotor perusahaan. Berdasar pada kerangka kerja COSO - ERM, pengendalian internal yang dimiliki PT DEF atas kendaraan bermotor sudah cukup memadai untuk mengawasi dan mencegah timbulnya risiko terhadap akun kendaraan bermotor perusahaan.

This report covers the internal control process carried out by PT DEF on their fixed asset in the form of motor vehicle. PT DEF is a company that produces and distributes packaged non-alcoholic beverages. The focus of this internship report is on the company's motor vehicle's standards operational procedures. Based on COSO - ERM framework, author assessed that PT DEF internal control is adequate enough to monitor and prevent risks concerning motor vehicle account."

"[ABSTRAK
Persaingan bisnis antar industri dewasa ini sangatlah ketat, termasuk dalam
industri otomotif khususnya kendaraan bermotor roda empat. Oleh karena itu
perusahaan penyedia barang dan jasa berlomba untuk meraih simpati konsumen
dengan memberikan pelayanan yang dapat mempermudah konsumen dalam
mendapatkan keinginan dan kebutuhannya. Salah satu komunikasi pemasaran
yang digunakan perusahaan adalah personal selling, dimana kemampuan
komunikasi antar pribadi wiraniaga dengan konsumennya agar memiliki
kedekatan secara personal. Komunikasi antar pribadi akan terjalin secara efektif
apabila terdapat kualitas di dalamnya yang terdiri dari keterbukaan (openness),
empati (empathy), sikap mendukung (supportiveness), sikap positif (positiveness),
serta kesetaraan (equality).
Dengan pendekatan kualitatif, dan metode wawancara secara mendalam dengan
para narasumber, dimaksudkan agar dapat diketahui secara mendalam keterkaitan
antara lima kualitas pada efektivitas komunikasi antar pribadi antara wiraniaga
dengan konsumennya, pada tahapan keputusan pembelian kendaraan bermotor
roda empat.

distributors have provided their best effort to gain the sympathy of consumers by
providing services that can facilitate consumers’ needs. One of the marketing
communication strategies that has been used widely by the distributors is personal
selling approach, in which interpersonal communication skills have played an
important role in sales person-consumer relationship. Five general quality to
improve the effectiveness of communication which is the key factor for a proper
establishment in interpersonal communication includes: openness, empathy,
supportiveness, positiveness, as well as equality.
Based on a qualitative approach, and in-depth and one-on-one interviews with
both parties, this study is intended to have a clearer perspective on necessity of the
five general quality to the effectiveness of interpersonal communication between

"Two kinds of stresses in the gear teeth are root bending stress and tooth contact stress. These two stresses results in the failure of gear teeth. The root bending stress results in fatigue failure and contact stress results in pitting failure at the contact surface. The stress analysis used to minimize gear failure in the design of helical gear. It is also optimize the design of helical gear on the transmission system of the truck motor vehicle, where the power transmission is required at heavy loads with smoother and noiseless operation. In this paper bending stress and contact stress estimated using analytical method while modeling of gears used the numerical solution. Method of beam strength based on modified Lewis calculation used to predict the bending strength of helical gears. Contact stress was estimated using related method of AGMA contact stress. Stress modeling of helical gears is done by ANSYS 14.5, which is a finite element analysis package. The results are then compared with both AGMA and ANSYS procedures. The values of bending strength and contact stress determined using AGMA method found to be compatible with ANSYS simulation."
