"Program Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K-3) adalah suatu bentuk program yang telah dicanangkan oleh Pemerintah untuk melindungi tenaga-tenaga kerja dari kecelakaan ataupun gangguan keseha tan kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pelaksanaan program K3 pada sektor Jasa Konstruksi dewasa ini. Namun ruang lingkup penelitian hanya sebatas wilayah DKI Jakarta. Teori yang dipergunakan adalah teori-teori sosiologi organisasi, sehingga komponen-komponen yang ada di dalam organisasi dipergunakan sebagai alat ukur atau indikator, yaitu struktur, teknologi dan manajemen. Dimana struktur kemudian dilihat melalui kompleksitas dan formalisasinya, manajemen dilihat melalui proses pengambilan keputusannya, dan teknologi dilihat melalui tingkat pendidikan formal. Variabel-variabel tersebut di duga dapat mempengaruhi pelaksanaan K3 di dalam suatu organisasi. Temuan pertama penelitian ini adalah gambaran umum tentang pelaksanaan K3 yang cenderung tinggi. Dikatakan 'tinggi' karena sebesar 51% telah melaksanakannya dengan baik (tinggi), sedangkan sisanya masih tergolong rendah (49%). Kemudian temuan kedua yang didapat dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa sikap mereka terhadap K3 cenderung positif (51%) meskipun yang bersikap negatif juga hampir berimbang (49%). Selanjutnya penelitian ini juga menghasilkan suatu informasi tentang rata-rata tingkat pendidikan yang dimiliki oleh perusahaanperusahaan tersebut yaitu 51% memiliki pendidikan yang tinggi, dan 49% memiliki pendidikan yang rendah. Tingkat kompleksitas di dalam perusahaan-perusahaan tersebut cenderung tinggi (63%), begitu juga tingkat formalisasinya (66%). Atau dengan kata lain hampir setengahnya (49%) memiliki struktur yang berbentuk kompleks, atau lebih khusus lagi berbentuk divisional birokrasi. Dengan demikian pengambilan keputusannya pun cenderung menyebar (57%). Penelitian ini juga menghasiIkan temuan-temuan berupa hubungan-hubungan antar variabel. Informasi yang pertama adalah tentang hubungan antara variabel independen dengan dependen; yang di dalamnya memperlihatkan adanya hubungan antara teknologi, struktur dan manajemen dengan pelaksanaan K3, meskipun hubungan-hubungan tersebut cenderung lemah. Kemudian informasi kedua yang berhasil di dapat, dan ini merupakan informasi yang penting, adalah bahwa ternyata tidak terdapat hubungan antara sikap (sebagai variabel antara) dengan pelaksanaan K3 (sebagai variabel dependen). Struktur yang kompleks, teknologi yang non-rutin, dan ma najemen yang demokratis, adalah ciri-ciri yang dimiliki oleh organisasi yang ber-size besar. Dan ternyata size memiliki hubungan yang sedikit kuat dengan pelaksanaan K3. Dengan size yang besar, maka proyek-proyek yang dikerjakan juga lebih besar, lebih mudah terlihat secara fisik karena bentuknya dan lokasi pembangunan. Dengan demikian maka lebih mudah bagi pemerintah untuk mengawasi perusahaan-perusahaan ber-size besar tersebut apakah sudah melaksanaan program K3 atau belum."

"Construction work is a work that has a potential of a bigger working accident to take place. Construction sector job is an activity involving workers, tools and materials in large number, either alone or together so can become a source of accident to happen An injured worker will of course physically and financially suffer. Contractor who ignores health and job safety will also suffer in direct cost, which at the end will influence his business existence.
Accident involving human and equipment will far result a loss in time and cost. Success in construction project implementation is mainly influenced by the productivity and quality of human resources who work for construction project. The construction workers from manager to labors are assets that should be protected in order to be able to work well and productive so that the job safety and health program implementation in the construction activity site is badly needed. An effective job safety and health program is a result of a plan, coordination and commitment of all employees of a company from the lowest level of workers to the top leader.
The research is aimed to analyze of the job safety and health program implementation to workers productivity workmanship in planning and implementation stage of building construction. How big the job safely and health program variables implementation is to the workers productivity workmanship in building construction implementation stage can be seen from double regression point the regression model resulted.
The result of this research shows that there are some variables of job safety and health program which influence a lot to the workers productivity workmanship. Three decisive variables are obtained for relationship model between job safety and health program implementation to workers productivity workmanship in building construction implementation stage. Decisive variables are to choose the system and equipment which are going to be used, checking the work place, tools and Occupational Health and Safety equiptment routinely before starting a job and carrying out improvement actions to prevent accident.
The results of this research are obtained from 21 samples that fulfill the conditions for statistic analyze. Those samples are obtained from 34 questonners which are filled by the respondents from the contractor's Health and Job safety Manager in building construction project in Jabotabek. The analysis done in this research is uses correlation analysis, factor analysis, decisive variables analysis and double regression analysis. All of those statistic analysis are processed using the help of Statistical Program for Science Release versi 10.00 for Windows software program."

"Human resources are the assets of organizations that play the most important role in accomplishing company?s goals. They have the risk of getting into an accident and health problems in their working environment. The level of risk for each person varies depending on their nature of job or their working locations. Aware this condition, PT. Lestari Busana A.M., a garment industries, has implemented safety and health program in the company. One excellent way to assess the accountability of the implementation is through perception survey.
This research focused study and analyzed perception of employees to execute of health and safety work program with supported by a number of indicator that is work-accident, work-safety, work-healthy, the last safety and health work program management. Safety and health work program is constitute to prevent the occur of work accident. There are two targets of this research, that is to know how the execution of safety and health work program in the company with knowing employees perception and to know the constraints from the execution of safety and health work program in the company.
This research use quantitative approach representing selection of variation from social phenomenon studied. There are three kind of detail examination are descriptive, cross-sectional study and pure research.
The variable of this research is univariate. The measuring instrument that is used in this research are questioner, observation and also interview in order to searching answer to raised research questions. Population in this research amount to 810 peoples with amount of sample 89 peoples who is taken with non-probability of stratified random sampling for the employees who has at least one year of employment only. Measurement of mount used in this research is ordinal measurement and use likert scale. The questioner which have been gathered, then made the tabulation of percentage to know dominant value each indicator (Quantitative) and also use central tendency technique.
Pursuant to research result, all respondent express to agree with the execution of safety and health work program. The constraints from the execution of safety and health work program can be handle cause there is cooperation between employer and employee although there are a few employees have neutral responses regarding the implementation. Good execution have been proven can be minimize amount of work accident in company. The company has to involve them in identifying the hazards of their job, so they will be more aware in implementing safety in their daily task.

"Skripsi ini membahas mengenai pelaksanaan program pelatihan K3 berdasarkan persepsi kepala Bagian di PT Waskita Karya (persero). Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa secara keseluruhan pelaksanaan pelatihan K3 di PT Waskita Karya dapat dikategorikan baik, namun masih terdapat beberapa kekurangan. Kekurangan tersebut berada pada beberapa dimensi, diantaranya pada dimensi cognitive outcomes dan affective outcomes. Dengan demikian, ada beberapa hal yang harus diperbaiki diantaranya meningkatkan program pelatihan terutama yang berkaitan dengan hal-hal teknis (fasilitas, metode, materi dan kompetensi instruktur), melaksanakan program pelatihan K3 secara berkelanjutan dan menindak lanjuti hasil evaluasi pelatihan yang telah dilakukan.

The focus of this research is to evaluating safety health training program based on lower management perception in PT Waskita Karya (persero). This is quantitative research with descriptive analized. This research finds that safety training programe in PT Waskita Karya (persero) have done and have a good categories. But there are some aspect that must be improved especially in cognitive outcomes dimension and affective outcomes dimension. Based on this research, PT Waskita Karya (persero) have to improved training material, training instructur, facilities and the training methode, make sustainable safety health training program and check evaluation training programe that have done."

"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh pelaksanaan program keselamatan
dan kesehatan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada BUT XYZ Penelitian ini
menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian eksplanatif. Penelitian
ini menggunakan teknik sampel Total Sampling kepada 87 karyawan BUT XYZ yang
menjadi responden penelitian. Variabel Pelaksanaan Program Keselamatan dan
Kesehatan kerja diukur dengan menggunakan dimensi Keselamatan Kerja dan
Kesehatan Kerja, sedangkan variabel Kinerja Karyawan diukur dengan menggunakan
tujuh dimensi menurut Ivancevich (2001) antara lain; Kualitas Kerja, Kuantitas Kerja,
Pengetahuan tentang Pekerjaan, Kualitas Personal, Kerjasama, Dapat Diandalkan dan
Inisiatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan program keselamatan
dan kesehatan kerja memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja
karyawan pada BUT XYZ

ABSTRACT
The aim of this study is to examine the effect of health and safety implementation
program on employee performance in BUT XYZ. This study used a qualitative
approach with explanative research. This study used total-sampling technique to 87
employee in BUT XYZ as a sample for this study. Variables of health and safety
implementation program measured by using safety dimension and work health
dimension, while the variable performance of employee is measured by seven
dimensions according to Ivancevich (2001) including the quality of work, the quantity
of work, job knowledge, the quality of personal, cooperation, reliable, and initiative.
The results of this study indicates that health and safety implementation program has a
positive and significant impact on the performance of employees in BUT XYZ."
