"Tesis ini terfokus pada usaha untuk mencegah penurunan perceived organizational support dan kepuasan kerja melalui program Information Sharing di PT. X. Peneliti pun melakukan wawancara kepada karyawan PT. X, dimana karyawan mengeluhkan kurangnya meratanya pemberian kegiatan pengembangan khususnya pelatihan, dimana hal tersebut dapat dipersepsikan sebagai ketidakadilan organisasi dalam melakukan pemerataan kegiatan pengembangan. Adanya persepsi ketidakadilan perlu diminimalisir, salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan dengan melakukan program information sharing.
Peneliti melihat hubungan antara perceived organizational support dengan kepuasan kerja. Dari hasil analisis terhadap 37 karyawan di PT. X, ditemukan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara perceived organizational support dengan kepuasan kerja. Ditemukan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,662 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 (p<0,001). Dari hasil penelitian juga ditemukan terdapat 8 karyawan yang memiliki perceived organizational support yang rendah dan 14 karyawan yang merasakan ketidakpuasan terhadap organisasi. Oleh karena itu, peneliti memutuskan untuk melakukan upaya pencegahan dengan merancang program intervensi information sharing. Program information sharing dilakukan oleh atasan kepada bawahan.
Sosialisasi program dilakukan kepada pihak HRD, pihak HR pun memberikan tanggapan atas program yang peneliti ajukan. Pada dasarnya pihak HR PT. X mendukung adanya program tersebut, dimana dengan adanya program tersebut maka terdapat wadah penyampaian informasi kepada karyawan di organisasi.

This thesis focuses on efforts to prevent the degradation of perceived organizational support and job satisfaction through information sharing program in company X. Researcher conducted interviews to Company X employees, where employees complain on the disparity of development program especially training, which can be perceived as organization unfairness. Thus, injustice perceptions from employees need to minimalize through information sharing program.
Researcher observes the correlation between perceived organizational support and job satisfaction. Analysis from 37 employees in company X has resulted that there is a significant relationship between perceived organizational support and job satisfaction with the coefficient of correlation is 0.662 and the score of signification 0.000 (p<0,01). The research also found that there are 8 workers that have low perceived organizational support and 14 workers that dissatisfied with their company. Therefore, researcher decided to design an information sharing intervention program. Information sharing program will be conducted from superior to subordinate.
Human resource in company X gave a feedback after the researcher carried out a socialization on information sharing program. They basically support the program, since the existence of the program provides a forum to deliver information to employees within the organization."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh perceived organizational support terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. X. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah perceived organizational support yang diukur menggunakan Survey Perceived Organizational Support sedangkan variabel dependen dari penelitian ini ialah kepuasan kerja yang diukur menggunakan Michigan Organizational Assessment Questionnaire Subscale. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan kuesioner sebagai instrumen penelitian. Responden yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 74 karyawan tetap PT. X yang telah bekerja minimal satu tahun. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perceived organizational support memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. X.

This research examines the analysis influences of perceived organizational support on job satisfaction among employees in PT. X. The independent variable is perceived organizational support which is scaled with Survey Perceived Organizational Support and the dependent variable is job satisfaction which is scaled with Michigan Organizational Assessment Questionnaire Subscale. This research is a quantitative research with the questionnaire as a research instrument. Respondent of the research was 74 permanent employees in PT. X who had working period for more than a year. The result of this research showed that perceived organizational support has positive influences on job satisfaction among employees in PT. X."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan antara persepsi keadilan organisasi terhadap in-role dan extra-role behavior di PT X, serta menentukan intervensi yang tepat sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan in-role dan extra-role behavior melalui peningkatan persepsi keadilan organisasi. Persepsi keadilan organisasi diukur dengan menggunakan alat ukur persepsi keadilan organisasi yang diadaptasi dari alat ukur organizational justice scale yang dikembangkan oleh Colquitt 2001. Alat ukur persepsi keadilan organisasi terdiri dari 20 item ?=0,92. Sedangkan in-role behavior IRB dan extra role behavior/ organizational citizenship behavior OCB diukur dengan alat ukur yang dikembangkan oleh William dan Anderson 1997. Alat ukur IRB terdiri dari 6 item ?=0,85 , OCB-O terdiri dari 7 item ? =0,75 , dan OCB-I terdiri dari 7 item ?=0,92 . Hasil penelitian terhadap 92 responden menunjukkan hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara persepsi keadilan organisasi dengan IRB r=0,22, p.

The research aims to determine the relationship between perception of organizational justice to in role and extra role behavior at X company, and to decide appropriate intervention to increase in role and extra role behavior by enhancing perceived organizational justice. Perceived organizational justice is measured by using measurement instrument adapted from organizational justice scale developed by Colquitt 2001 . "Turnover Intention seringkali terjadi pada perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang outsourcing, seperti yang terjadi di PT X. Tingginya tingkat turnover karyawan di PT X, membuat perusahaan berusaha untuk terus mempertahankan performa perusahaan. Berdasarkan diagnosa awal, persepsi keadilan organisasi merupakan salah satu penyebab turnover intention pada karyawan di PT X. Untuk itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan persepsi keadilan organisasi pada karyawan di PT X. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah organizational justice scale dan turnover intention scale. Kedua alat ukur yang digunanakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan skala Likert 1 ndash; 6. Responden penelitian ini berjumlah 164 karyawan dari bagian others project di PT X. Hasil uji regresi menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari persepsi keadilan organisasi terhadap turnover intention r2=0,081, p.

Turnover Intention often occurs in companies engaged in outsourcing, as happened in PT X. "Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat peningkatan hubungan antara Persepsi Dukungan Organisasi dan Kepuasan Kerja pada karyawan level staf PT BBA di kantor pusat melalui pemberian serangkaian program coaching. Responden penelitian ini ialah 87 orang karyawan level staf. Alat ukur yang digunakan Survey of Perceived Organizational Support (SPOS) (Eisenberger dkk., 1986) dan alat ukur Job Satisfaction Survey (JSS) (Spector, 1985). Hasil uji korelasi Pearson terhadap 87 orang karyawan level staf PT BBA di kantor pusat menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara Persepsi Dukungan Organisasi dan Kepuasan Kerja (r = .829, dan p = .000 (p<.05). Peneliti memberikan intervensi berupa rangkaian program coaching untuk meningkatkan hubungan antara Persepsi Dukungan Organisasi dan Kepuasan Kerja. Presentasi kepada pihak manajemen perusahaan dilakukan sebagai penyesuaian terhadap sejumlah keterbatasan yang mengakibatkan tidak dapat dilaksanakannya rangkaian awal dari program coaching, berupa pelatihan yang telah direncanakan. Pihak manajemen memberikan respon positif terhadap rangkaian program coaching yang diajukan dan menganggap program layak untuk dijalankan di PT BBA. Dengan demikian, program coaching dianggap sesuai dan dapat meningkatkan hubungan antara Persepsi Dukungan Organisasi dan Kepuasan Kerja.

This research was designed to examine the improving of correlation between Perceived Organizational Support (POS) and Job Satisfaction at employee on staff level in head office of PT BBA by giving coaching program series. The participants for this research were 87 employees on staff level. This research use Survey of Perceived Organizational Support (SPOS) (Eisenberger et al., 1986) and Job Satisfaction Survey (JSS) (Spector, 1985). By using Pearson Correlation test, the result of this research showed that there was significant correlation between Perceived Organizational Support (POS) and Job Satisfaction (r = .829, and p = .000 (p<.05). In order to improve the correlation between Perceived Organizational Support (POS) and Job Satisfaction, coaching program series should had been given. Unfortunately, due to some difficulties which had found during research, this coaching program series cannot be done so that it was replaced by giving presentation to management. The presentation received positive response from management and perceived as worth program for the company. Therefore, coaching program series is suitable and can improve the correlation between Perceived Organizational Support (POS) and Job Satisfaction."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perceived organizational support terhadap komitmen untuk berubah pada karyawan di departemen editorial PT X. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner komitmen untuk berubah dengan α = 0,848 dan kuesioner perceived organizational support dengan α = 0,929. Hasil uji regresi terhadap 48 responden menunjukkan komitmen untuk berubah dapat dijelaskan oleh 16,4% varians perceived organizational support (F(1, 46) = 9,020; p = 0,004; p < 0,05). Peneliti memberikan intervensi coaching kepada tujuh pasang atasan-bawahan.
Berdasarkan uji beda diketahui bahwa terdapat perbedaan mean yang signifikan antara skor perceived organizational support sebelum dan sesudah intervensi (t = -5,461; p = 0,002; p < 0,05). Selain itu, juga terdapat perbedaan mean yang signifikan antara skor komitmen untuk berubah sebelum dan sesudah intervensi (t = -3,959; p = 0,007; p < 0,05). Oleh karena itu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa intervensi coaching yang diberikan efektif dalam meningkatkan perceived organizational support dan komitmen untuk berubah.

This research aimed to investigate the effect of perceived organizational support towards commitment to change on the editorial employees in PT X. This research used commitment to change scale with α = .848 and perceived organizational support scale with α = .929. The regression analysis on 48 respondents showed that commitment to change can be explained by perceived organizational support as much as 16.4% (F(1, 46) = 9.020; p = .004; p < .05). Researcher gave coaching intervention to seven-pair of leader-subordinate.
Results showed that there was a significant mean difference between perceived organizational support score before and after intervention was given (t = -5.461; p = .002; p < .05). Also there was a significant mean difference between commitment to change score before and after intervention was given (t = -3.959; p = .007; p < .05). Therefore, it?s concluded that coaching intervention was effective in increasing perceived organizational support and commitment to change.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perceived organizational support terhadap job satisfaction dan employee engagement. Perceived organizational support diukur menggunakan teori Eisenberger (2002) yang meliputi 3 (tiga) indikator berupa keadilan, dukungan atasan langsung, serta penghargaan dan kondisi kerja. Job satisfaction diukur menggunakan instrumen dari Michigan Organizational Assessment Questionnaire (MOAQ) (Cammann et al. dalam Nathan dan Gregory D., 2008). Sedangkan pengukuran employee engagement dalam penelitian ini menggunakan alat ukur UWES (Utrecht Work Engagement Scale) dengan 3 (tiga) indikator berupa vigor, dedication, dan absorption (Schaufeli, 2002). Penelitian kuantitatif ini memperoleh data melalui survei yang dilakukan kepada 88 orang responden, yang merupakan pegawai tetap Y University Group di PT Bank X (Persero) Tbk. dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Data tersebut kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis inferensial. Hasil yang diperoleh mengindikasikan bahwa perceived organizational support mempengaruhi job satisfaction dan employee engagement secara signifikan.

This research aims to examine the effect of perceived organizational support on job satisfaction and employee engagement. Theory of Eisenberger (2002) which includes 3 (three) indicators, such as fairness, support from the Manager, rewards and work condition were used in order to measure the perceived organizational support. "Penelitian ini melihat pengaruh trust in leaders dan perceived organizational support terhadap perilaku knowledge sharing. Hasil uji regresi berganda pada 92 karyawan terhadap variabel trust in leaders, perceived organizatonal support dan knowledge sharing menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan variabel trust in leaders dan perceived organizational support terhadap knowledge sharing (p<0,05). Peneliti merancang intervensi token reinforcement system untuk meningkatkan perceived organizational support pada dimensi perceived organizational rewards and job conditions yang dipersepsikan paling rendah oleh karyawan.
Hasil uji signifikansi perbedaan pre-test dan post-test menunjukkan intervensi signifikan meningkatkan dimensi Perceived organizational rewards and job conditions sehingga terdapat peningkatan pula pada knowledge sharing (t = -1,168, p<0,05). Dengan demikian, penting bagi perusahaan memberikan intervensi token reinforcement system agar karyawan menampilkan perilaku knowledge sharing yang diharapkan.

The study looked at the influence of trust in leaders and perceived organizational support toward knowledge sharing behaviors. Multiple regression test results on 92 employees against variable trust in leaders, perceived organizatonal support and knowledge sharing indicate a significant influence of variable trust in leaders and perceived organizational support toward knowledge sharing (p < 0.05). Researchers devise, token reinforcement system interventions to increase the perceived organizational support dimension of perceived organizational rewards and job conditions that are perceived by employees of the lowest.
Significance test of difference results pre test and post test showed that the given intervention could improve the dimension of perceived organizational rewards and job conditions so that there was improvement in knowledge sharing (t =-1,168, p < 0.05). Thus, it is important for the company providing the token reinforcement system intervention so that employees showing the expected knowledge sharing behaviors."

"Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat efektivitas pemberian program effective coaching pada atasan untuk meningkatkan perceived organizational support dan komitmen organisasi karyawan SBU H PT. X. Penelitian ini menggunakan tipe penelitian action research dengan jumlah partisipan penelitian sebanyak 12 orang karyawan SBU H PT.X. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Survey of Perceived Oganizational Support yang dikembangkan oleh Eisenberger (1986) yang berjumlah 36 item dan alat ukur Komitmen Organisasi yang dikembangkan oleh Meyer dan Allen (1997) yang berjumlah 36 item.
Peneliti menggunakan teknik korelasi Spearman Rho untuk mengetahui hubungan antara perceived organizational support dan komitmen organisasi dan uji Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test untuk melihat peningkatan skor kedua variabel tersebut setelah pemberian intervensi berupa program effective coaching.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara POS dan Komitmen Organisasi, dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0.880 dan signifikansi 0.000 (p<0.001). Selain itu juga terdapat peningkatan skor perceived organizational support setelah pemberian intervensi akan tetapi tidak terdapat peningkatan skor komitmen organisasi setelah pemberian intervensi.

This research was conducted to examine the effectiveness of Effective Coaching Program for Supervisor to enhance employee?s perceived organizational support and organizational commitment at SBU H PT. X. This research used action research studies with 12 participants who works in SBU H PT. X. Tools used in this research were Survey of Perceived Organizational Support by Eisenberger (1986) with 36 items, and Organizational Commitment Questionnaire that developed from Allen & Meyer (1997) with 36 items.
The Researcher using the Spearman Rho correlation technique to determine the relationship between perceived organizational support and organizational commitment and the Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test to see an increase in score of the two variables after the intervention of effective coaching program.
The results showed a significant relationship between POS and Organizational Commitment by all participants in this study with coefficient correlation of 0.880 and significance 0.000 (p <0.001). In addition, there is also an increase in perceived organizational support scores after the intervention but there is no increase in organizational commitment scores after the intervention.

"Penelitian ini untuk melihat hubungan antara dukungan organisasi, keadilan organisasi, dan kepuasan kerja. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 106 Customer Service Officer CSO Inbound Contact Center 678 Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis multiple regression regresi berganda pada kedua variabel peramal yaitu dukungan organisasi dan keadilan organisasi terhadap variabel hasil yaitu kepuasan kerja. Hasil dari penelitian ini memperlihatkan bahwa 63 kepuasan kerja dapat dijelaskan oleh dukungan organisasi dan keadilan organisasi. Kesimpulan yang dapat diambil dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa dukungan organisasi dan keadilan organisasi secara simultan memiliki hubungan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini maka untuk meningkatkan kepuasan kerja dari CSO Inbound Contact Center 678 Jakarta, perlu dilakukan intervensi terhadap dukungan organisasi dan keadilan organisasi. Rancangan intervensi untuk penelitian ini adalah program coaching efektif komunikasi interpersonal pada atasan. Coaching didefinisikan sebagai pembuka potensi seseorang untuk memaksimalkan kinerja mereka sendiri Whitmore, 2010 . Komunikasi interpersonal yang efektif dari atasan kepada bawahan, dianggap sebagai suatu bentuk kepedulian dan keadilan organisasi sehingga dapat meningkatkan persepsi dukungan organisasi serta keadilan organisasi dari CSO Inbound Contact Center 678 Jakarta.

This study aimed to investigate the relationship among organizational support, organizational justice, and job satisfaction. The sample of this study are 106 Customer Service Officer CSO of Inbound Contact Center 678 Jakarta, which are operators of Contact Center 678 Jakarta. This study used multiple regression analysis in both predictor variables that are organizational support and organizational justice to the result variable that is job satisfaction. The results showed that 63 job satisfaction can be explained by organizational support and organizational justice. The conclusion that can be drawn from this study is that organizational support and organizational justice simultaneously have relationship to job satisfaction. Based on the results of this study, to increase job satisfaction from CSO Inbound Contact Center 678 Jakarta, it is necessary to intervene organizational support and organizational justice. The intervention design for this study is an effective coaching program of interpersonal communication to supervisor, coaching defined as unlocking a person rsquo s potential to maximize his her own performance Whitmore, 2010 . Effective interpersonal communication from superior to subordinates, is regarded as a form of awareness and justice of the organization so as to improve the perception of organizational support and organizational justice from CSO Inbound Contact Center 678 Jakarta."
