"At the same time he emphasized the 'appalling neglect' of the study of creativity by psychologists. Examining the index of the Psychological Abstracts since its origin, he found that of the approximately 121.000 titles listed in 23 years, only 186 were indexed as definitely bearing on the subject of creativity. The major interest in the creativity disposition and the recognition of its importance for knowledge came from the fields outside of psychology. Large industries recognized the enormous value of new ideas. Various branches of the government are asking for individuals who have inventive potentialities. These needs have found psychology ill prepared. One of the major conceptual blocks for the study of creativity has been the conception of creativity as an inherited property of the genius (Razik 1967): 'Assumebly ... creativity is where one finds it, and little can be done through education to affect it' (p. 301). Another conceptual block for the 'creativity movement' centered in the measurement instruments commonly used in the schools: the traditional intelligence tests to assess the capacity of students for learning and the achievement tests to judge the progress students make on their way through the school program. Both intelligence and achievement tests were mostly limited to tasks for which there were single, predetermined 'right' answers (convergent thinking). "

"Menurut teori perkembangan, mahasiswa umumnya termasuk dalam rentang usia dewasa muda, dimana individu dihadapkan pada berbagai masalah, baik pada kehidupan di dalam maupun di luar kampus. Salah satu aset penting yang perlu dimiliki mahasiswa untuk menghadapi masalah-masalah serta memenuhi tugas perkembangannya adalah psychological well-being (PWB). Menurut literatur, studi mengenai PWB pada mahasiswa masih tergolong sedikit. Kreativitas merupakan elemen esensial pada kehidupan mahasiswa. Terdapat jenis kreativitas lain yang masih sedikit mendapat perhatian, yang disebut sebagai everyday creativity (EC). Kreativitas ini ditemukan berhubungan dengan psychological well-being, namun bagaimana kreativitas tersebut berperan dalam kehidupan mahasiswa masih belum banyak diketahui. Penelitian dilakukan pada sampel 120 mahasiswa Universitas Indonesia, menggunakan alat ukur Ryff’s Scales of Psychological Well-Being yang dikembangkan oleh Ryff (1989) dan Everyday Creativity Questionnaire yang dikembangkan Ivcevic & Mayer (2009). Hasil penelitian membuktikan terdapat hubungan signifikan antara everyday creativity dan psychological well-being.

According to a developmental theory, senior college students in general are in the stage of young adulthood, where they encounter various kinds of challenges, both in and outside the campus. One of the most important resources that help college students cope with these challenges and accomplish the development tasks required in this stage is psychological well-being (PWB). According to the literature, there are not many studies on the psychological well-being of college students. Creativity is an essential element in the university life. A form of creativity, called everyday creativity, is reported to be rather neglected in the research on creativity. Everyday creativity is reportedly related to psychological well-being, but not much is known about the role it plays in the everyday life of college students. A study is conducted to a sample of 120 college students of Universitas Indonesia, using Ryff’s Scales of Psychological Well-being and the Everyday Creativity Questionnaire. Results show there is a significant correlation between everyday creativity and psychological well-being."

"Berdasarkan penelitian sebelumnya telah ditemukan bahwa kepribadian proaktif dan atribusi berkorelasi dengan efikasi diri dalam pengambilan keputusan karier (CDSE). Kepribadian proaktif dan atribusi merupakan dua variabel yang dapat membantu individu mengatasi hambatan-hambatan eksternal yang dihadapi dalam mengambil keputusan kariernya. Namun demikian belum ada penelitian yang mencoba membandingkan keduanya dan menelitinya pada siswa SMK kelas 12. Siswa SMK memiliki karakteristik yang berbeda dengan siswa SMA dan mahasiswa yang menjadi partisipan pada penelitian-penelitian sebelumnya. Untuk itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperluas penelitian sebelumnya dengan melihat bagaimana pengaruh kepribadian proaktif dan atribusi terhadap CDSE siswa SMK kelas 12 kemudian membandingkan di antara keduanya, variabel mana yang memiliki pengaruh yang lebih besar terhadap CDSE. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian pada 858 siswa SMK kelas 12 diketahui bahwa kepribadian proaktif dan atribusi memengaruhi CDSE siswa SMK kelas 12 di mana kepribadian proaktif memiliki pengaruh yang lebih besar dibandingkan atribusi. Hasil penelitian nantinya dapat dijadikan sebagai landasan dalam menyusun program intervensi.

Proactive personality and attribution, based on previous research that has been found, are correlated with career decision self-efficacy (CDSE). Proactive personality and attribution are two variables that can help individuals overcome external barriers needed in making career decisions. However there are no studies comparing the variables and examining them in senior year vocational high school students.

Vocational high school students have different characteristics compared to high school and college students who are involved in previous studies. Therefore this study aims to gain new findings besides the result from the previous research by looking at how the effect of proactive personality and attribution on senior year vocational high school students CDSE then determining which variables have greater effect on CDSE.

Based on the results of the study on 858 senior year vocational high school students it is known that proactive personality and attribution affect senior year vocational high school studentsCDSE in which proactive personality have greater effect than attribution. The results of the study may later be used as a foundation in developing an intervention program."

"Skripsi ini membahas sistem manajemen yang saat ini berjalan untuk pengembangan industri kreatif di Indonesia dalam sub sektor kuliner. Penelitian ini disusun dengan desain studi kasus dengan mengadaptasi model Lazuardi & Triady (2015). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan pandangan yang berbeda dalam mengembangkan industri kreatif melalui pendekatan sistem dinamis. Industri kuliner sendiri adalah industri yang sangat menjanjikan di Indonesia dan telah menjadi penyumbang nomor satu dalam banyak aspek untuk Industri Kreatif. Hasil analisis ini adalah pemerintah harus menerapkan kebijakan Pengembangan Pendidikan dibandingkan dengan kebijakan Pendanaan Langsung untuk UMKM dalam industri kuliner.

This research discusses the existing management system for the development of creative industries in Indonesia in the culinary subsector. This study was compiled by case study design by adapting the Lazuardi & Triady model (2015). The purpose of this study is to provide different views in developing the creative industry through the system dynamics approach. The culinary industry itself is a really promising industry in Indonesia and have become the number one contributor in many aspects for Creative Industry. The results of the analysis is government should implement Education Development policy instead of Direct Funding policy for MSMEs in culinary industry."
