However, to realize this aspiration a company must transform itself to become power house that contributes significantly to the economic growth and nation's prosperity. As a powerhouse in Indonesian cement industry, PT Semen Indonesia Tbk believes that to become a world-class engineering company it should be ready to compete in the regional and global markets. Therefore, building core competence as learning organizations and continuously renew its knowledge can be its source of sustainable competitive advantage. In addition, Center of Knowledge Management should also be established to support the development of these core competences. Then, followed by scenario planning development how this corporate center can adaptively develop these core competences along the way to the journey to the world class level. At the end, early warning signals should be anticipated by the center to effectively implement the developed scenarios."

"Pandemi Covid-19 yang telah berlangsung sejak tahun 2020 menjadi tantangan tersendiri bagi DKI Jakarta yang dipimpin oleh seorang Gubernur, Anies Baswedan. DKI Jakarta sebagai wilayah Ibu Kota dan pusat berbagai kegiatan membutuhkan kemampuan seorang pemimpin dalam menangani kondisi krisis. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, penelitian ini mengkaji mengenai tingkat aktualisasi crisis leadership pada Gubernur DKI Jakarta di masa pandemi Covid-19 dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data kuantitatif melalui survei, yang kemudian ditunjang dengan wawancara mendalam dan studi kepustakaan. Lebih lanjut, jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 25 orang yang diperoleh melalui kuesioner, baik daring maupun luring. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat aktualisasi crisis leadership pada Gubernur DKI Jakarta adalah tinggi. Hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan lima dimensi yang digunakan tergolong kedalam kategori tinggi sebagaimana mengacu pada Boin et al (2016) bahwa kelima dimensi tersebut meliputi sense making, decision making and coordination, meaning making, accounting, dan learning.

The Covid-19 pandemic that has been going on since 2020 is a challenge for DKI Jakarta led by a Governor, Anies Baswedan. DKI Jakarta as the capital city area and the center of various activities require the ability of a leader to handle crisis conditions. Based on this, this study examines the level of crisis leadership actualization of the Governor of DKI Jakarta during the Covid-19 pandemic by using quantitative data collection techniques through surveys, which are then supported by in-depth interviews and literature studies. Furthermore, the number of respondents in this study was 25 people who were obtained through questionnaires, both online and offline. The results of this study indicate that the level of crisis leadership actualization of the Governor of DKI Jakarta is high. This is proven by the five dimensions used is classified as high as referred to Boin et al (2016) that the five dimensions include sense making, decision making and coordination, meaning making, accounting, and learning."
