"Masalah lingkungan telah menjadi salah satu perhatian masyarakat dunia saat ini. Penurunan kualitas, daya tampung, dan daya dukung lingkungan berangsur-angsur terjadi secara alamiah, namun disisi lain pencemaran dan perusakan lingkungan yang bersumber akibat kegiatan manusia. Salah satu aktivitas manusia yang berpotensi meningkatkan dampak lingkungan adalah produksi tahu. Tahu adalah makanan khas tradisional Indonesia yang berbahan baku kedelai dan dijadikan sebagai hidangan lauk pauk. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengkaji sustainabilitas industri tahu pada Usaha Kecil Menengah Tahu.
Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode Life Cycle Assessment dengan bantuan software Simapro 8.4 dengan unit fungsi 1 kg tahu dan dipadukan dengan metode Life Cycle Costing dan Social Life Cycle Assessment. Data yang dikumpulkan pada penelitian ini adalah data rata-rata produksi tahu selama 3 bulan, yaitu Bulan Januari - Bulan Maret 2018. Data penelitian ini meliputi proses budidaya kedelai, proses transportasi pengiriman kedelai, air, kayu bakar, dan penggunaan listrik. Batasan penelitian ini adalah dari cradle (budidaya kedelai) sampai gate (produk tahu).
Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa industri tahu pada aspek ekonomi disetiap 1 kg tahu memiliki keuntungan 403,37 rupiah, pada aspek sosial memiliki nilai 3 dengan indikator baik, dan dampak lingkungan kondisi sekarang tanpa adanya pengolahan limbah cair memiliki potensi dampak pemanasan global dengan nilai sebesar 3,84 kg CO2-ek. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini perlu adanya perbaikan, maka intervensi yang dapat dilakukan adalah mengoptimalkan proses produksi.

Environmental problems have become one of the concerns of the world community today. Decreasing quality, carrying capacity, and carrying capacity of the environment gradually occurs naturally, but on the other hand pollution and environmental damage resulting from human activities. One human activity that has the potential to increase environmental impact is tofu production. Tahu is a traditional Indonesian specialty made from soybeans and used as a side dish. The purpose of this study is to assess the sustainability of the tofu industry in Small and Medium Enterprises.
The method used in this study is the Life Cycle Assessment method with the help of Simapro 8.4 software with a function unit of 1 kg to know and combined with the Life Cycle Costing method and the Social Life Cycle Assessment. The data collected in this study is the average data of tofu production for 3 months, namely January - March 2018. The data of this study include the process of soybean cultivation, transportation processes for shipping soybeans, water, fuel wood, and electricity use. The limitations of this study are from cradle (soybean cultivation) to gate (tofu products).
The results showed that the industry knew on the economic aspect in every 1 kg of tofu had a profit of 403.37 rupiah, the social aspect had a value of 3 with a good indicator, and the environmental impact of the present condition without the treatment of wastewater had the potential impact of global warming with a value of 3, 84 kg CO2-eq. Based on the results of this study there needs to be improvement, then the intervention that can be done is to optimize the production process."

"Pandemi telah menyebabkan perubahan dalam pendidikan di mana berbagai kegiatan sekolah dan belajar sekarang dilakukan secara online dengan alat dan platform digital. Namun, perubahan ini ditemukan telah mempengaruhi minat dan frekuensi membaca siswa secara negatif. Aplikasi pembaca eBook oleh penerbit buku teks yang paling banyak digunakan, Erlangga, akan ditingkatkan untuk menyediakan platform bagi siswa untuk membantu studi online mereka. Aplikasi ini juga akan dioptimalkan sebagai branded app, sehingga memungkinkan Erlangga untuk memaksimalkan peluang ini dengan memanfaatkan apa yang dapat ditawarkan oleh branded app untuk membantu tujuan pemasaran dan pencitraan brand perusahaan. Studi ini mengikuti metodologi pemikiran desain dan menggunakan berbagai analisis statistik, termasuk rekayasa Kansei untuk pengumpulan dan pemrosesan data, analisis komponen prinsip sebagai alat pengurangan dimensi faktor dengan solusi varimax yang diputar, dan kuadrat terkecil parsial untuk menentukan elemen desain antarmuka pengguna. Hasil penelitian ini divisualisasikan dalam wireframe desain antarmuka pengguna menggunakan rapid prototyping dan dievaluasi menggunakan seperangkat ukuran penilaian pengujian kegunaan (usability). Selain itu, mock-up yang dapat diklik dibuat untuk mewakili desain pengalaman pengguna. Penelitian ini menghasilkan dua desain antarmuka pengguna akhir yang sesuai dengan target audiens, serta rekomendasi untuk desain pada peneletian lanjutan.

The pandemic has caused a change in education where various school and studying activities are now conducted online with digital tools and platforms. These changes was found to have affected the students’ reading interest and frequency negatively. An eBook reader app by the most used textbook publisher, Erlangga, will be improved, in order to provide students a platform to help with their online studies. The app will also be optimized as a branded app, enabling Erlangga to maximize this opportunity, utilizing what branded apps can offer to aid in the company’s marketing and branding objectives. This study followed the design thinking methodology and used a variety of statistical analyses, including Kansei engineering for data collection and processing, principle component analysis as a factor dimension reduction tool with rotated varimax solution, and partial least square for determining the user interface's design elements. The results of this study were visualized in user interface design wireframes using rapid prototyping and evaluated using a set of usability testing scoring measures. In addition, a clickable mock-up was created to represent the user experience design. This research yielded two final user interface designs that were appropriate for the target audience, as well as recommendations for future designs.

"Pengukuran tingkat kematangan implementasi scrum dunia pengembangan perangkat lunak memerlukan survei berbasis scrum maturity model. Namun demikian, terdapat keterbatasan waktu dalam membuat survei secara berulang di setiap awal bulan untuk mengevaluasi proses tersebut. Hambatan tersebut mendorong dibuatnya sebuah aplikasi bernama Scrum Maturity Tool (SMT) yang berbasis web untuk mengukur tingkat kematangan scrum. Aplikasi SMT dikembangkan menggunakan metode waterfall karena seluruh kebutuhan sistem sudah matang dari awal sehingga meminimalisir adanya perubahan kebutuhan pada aplikasi. Aplikasi yang dikembangkan akan memiliki manfaat untuk mempersingkat waktu anggota scrum dalam pembuatan, pengisian, dan pengolahan data survei pada setiap sprint retrospective. Pada evaluasi fungsionalitas aplikasi, semua skenario usability testing yang dilakukan oleh developer dan product manager perusahaan XYZ serta user acceptance testing berhasil dilalui dengan sukses. Nilai dari System Usability Scale (SUS) masuk dalam kategori good dengan skor B. Performa dari aplikasi SMT juga dapat dikatakan sangat baik dari segi response time dan aksesibilitas pengguna yang diukur menggunakan Locust untuk backend dan Google Lighthouse untuk frontend.

Measuring the maturity level of scrum implementation in the world of software development requires a survey based on the scrum maturity model. However, there is a time limit for conducting repeated surveys at the beginning of each month to evaluate the process. These obstacles prompted the creation of a web-based application called the Scrum Maturity Tool (SMT) to measure the level of scrum maturity. The SMT application was developed using the waterfall method because all system requirements have been prepared from the start so as to minimize any changes in application requirements. The developed application will have the benefit of shortening Scrum members' time in creating, filling in, and processing monitoring data at each sprint retrospective. In the evaluation of application functionality, all scenario usability tests conducted by XYZ company developers and product managers as well as user acceptance tests were passed successfully. The value of the System Usability Scale (SUS) is in a good category with a score of B. The performance of the SMT application can also be said to be very good in terms of response time and user accessibility as measured using Locust for the backend and Google Lighthouse for the front end."
