"This article is shaped on the empirical facts of domestic violences phenomenon and many local peoples who have not be acquainted with the conceptions of domestic violences_ The author is launching suggestion to doing socialitation through Law No. 23 year 2004, regarding Elimination through Domestic Violence in integrally and institutionally methods. By the socialization then will be reconstructed the new order of social norms which can be convicted that the domestic violences is not in spousal only but has become public spheres. Also that domestic violences is as mis-conduct that needs to be criminalized. In the author thoughts it has broken rules of human rights that has been promulgated in amended UUD l 945, Law No.7 year 1984 on the Ratification Convention On The Elimination Of All Forms Of Discrimination Against Women and Law No. 23 year 2004 it self."
