"Skripsi ini membahas tentang reaksi sosial non-formal masyarakat Pulau Pari terhadap kejahatan korporasi yang difasilitasi oleh negara state-facilitated corporate crime. State-facilitated corporate crime yang dibahas dalam penelitian ini yaitu adanya klaim atas kepemilikan Pulau Pari dan diterbitkannya sertifikat yang melegalkan status kepemilikan dan hak pengelolaan Pulau Pari oleh BPN secara bertahap sejak 2014 sampai 2017. Dalam menganalisis reaksi sosial non-formal masyarakat, studi reaksi ini menggunakan kerangka pikir dalam konteks advokasi advocating, mobilisasi mobilizing, dan pengorganisasian komunitas community organizing. Dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data primer wawancara dan observasi serta pengumpulan data sekunder, penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan gambaran yang komprehensif tentang kejahatan yang difasilitasi oleh negara dan bentuk-bentuk reaksi sosial non-formal yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat Pulau Pari. Studi ini memaparkan adanya tiga bentuk reaksi sosial masyarakat melalui advokasi baik advokasi sosial maupun advokasi politik melalui penerbitan petisi, collaborative networking yang dilakukan oleh organisasi non-profit dalam Koalisi Selamatkan Pulau Pari, aksi komunitas di sejumlah instansi pemerintah, dialog dengan para elit dan kampanye di media sosial. Berikutnya, reaksi sosial non-formal juga diwujudkan dalam memobilisasi sumber daya manusia, dana, hingga publikasi. Bagian ketiga dari analisis reaksi sosial non-formal masyarakat Pulau Pari membahas mengenai pengorganisasian komunitas. Dalam studi ini, Peneliti menyimpulkan jika pengorganisasian masyarakat yang diinisiasi oleh organisasi non profit masih dalam tahap awal pengorganisasian yakni identifikasi masalah dan meningkatkan kesadaran komunitas akan pentingnya melakukan reaksi sosial non-formal secara bersama-sama untuk mencapai tujuan bersama.

This thesis discusses the non formal social reaction of the community of Pari Island against state facilitated corporate crime. The state facilitated corporate crime which discussed in this research is the claim of ownership of Pari Island and the issuance of the certificate which legalize the ownership status and management rights of Pari Island by National Land Agency gradually from 2014 until 2017. In analyzing the study of the non formal social reaction, this case uses a frame of mind in the context of advocating, mobilizing, and community organizing. By using primary data collection techniques primary interviews and observations and secondary data collection, this research is expected to provide a comprehensive view of state facilitated corporate crime and forms of the non formal social reaction conducted by the community of Pari Island. This study describes three forms of the non formal social reaction of crime through advocating by means of social or political advocacy through the issuance of a petition, collaborative networking conducted by non profit organizations in Koalisi Selamatkan Pulau Pari Coalition to Save Pari Island, community actions to some government agencies, dialog with the elites and social media campaigns. Next, the non formal social reaction is also manifested in mobilizing human resources, funds, and publications. The third part of the analysis of the non formal social reaction of the community of Pari Island discussed above is community organizing. In this study, the researcher concluded that community organizing which initiated by non profit organizations is still in the early stages of community organizing that is problems identification and raising community awareness of the importance of undertaking non formal social reactions together to achieve common goals. "Pada tanggal 16 Agustus 2007 Presiden Soesilo Bambang Yudhoyono menandatangani RUU Perseroan Terbatas yang disetujui oleh DPR, dan akibatnya itu menjadi UU No. 4 A Tahun 2 007 tentang Perseroan Terbatas hukum mencabut UU No. maka ada 1 Tahun 1995. Undang-undang ini memiliki 14 bab dan 161 artikel, dan memperkenalkan ketentuan baru pada, antara lain, responsibilites sosial dan lingkungan perusahaan (Cser). para legislator memiliki khusus didedikasikan Bab V dan Pasal nya 74 untuk efek ini, Cser didefinisikan sebagai komitmen perusahaan untuk berpartisipasi dalam berkelanjutan pembangunan ekonomi tujuan meningkatkan kualitas hidup dan environtment benefical untuk Perusahaan itu sendiri, masyarakat sekitar, dan masyarakat pada umumnya. Artikel ini membahas Cser sebagaimana diatur dalam UU Sehubungan i¡t Logika perseroan terbatas. Ini analisis perlunya penetapan itu dalam hukum dalam kaitannya dengan tujuan dari perseroan terbatas perusahaan.

0n 16 August 2007 President Soesilo Bambang Yudhoyono signed the Bill of Limited Liability Company as approved by the Parliament, and consequently it become the Law No. 4 A of Year 2 007 regarding Limited Liability company The law revokes the then existing Law No. 1 of Year 1995. This Law has 14 chapters and 161 articles, and introduces new provision on, inter alia, corporate social and environmental responsibilites (CSER). The legislators have specifically dedicated Chapter V and its Article 74 to this effect, CSER is defined as commitment of the Company to participate in sustainable economic development the intention of increasing the living quality and benefical environtment for the Company itself, the surrounding communities, and public in general. This article discusses CSER as stipulated in the Law i¡t relation the Logic of a limited liability company. It analyzes the necessity of stipulating it in the law in relation to the objective of a limited liability company."
