Sehingga kenaikan tarif listrik dipengaruhi oleh faktor tersebut diatas.Dalam makalah ini peninjauan teknis tentang penentuan tarif dengan metoda Long Run Marginal Cost (LMRC) merupakan suatu pendekatan lain dalam menentukan tarif rata-rata konsumen tegangan tinggi, tegangan menengah, serta tegangan rendah."

"PT. XYZ merupakan salah satu BUMN yang memiliki trend outstanding biaya listrik yang meningkat dari tahun ke tahun. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor – faktor penyebab outstanding transaksi pencatatan biaya listrik di PT XYZ, risiko yang timbul dan tindakan perbaikan yang harus dilakukan oleh Manajemen Perusahaan PT. XYZ. Penelitian dilakukan dengan melakukan pengumpulan data internal perusahaan dan wawancara semi-struktur kepada informan sebelum dan setelah perusahaan mengimplementasikan Shared Services. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus eksploratif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, terdapat tujuh risiko, yaitu understated expense, over budget, over payment, kerugian perusahaan, abnormal balance account payables (saldo debit), tidak tepatnya pencatatan, dan reputasi perusahaan menurun. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa risiko mengalami penurunan setelah dilakukan mitigasi risiko menggunakan model bisnis Shared Services dan teknologi Robotic Process Automation (RPA). Penulis menyarankan agar PT XYZ menerapkan roadmap Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) dalam proses bisnis, dan secara konsisten melakukan pengelolaan proses bisnis pencatatan biaya listrik sesuai dengan kebijakan dan prosedur yang telah ditetapkan.

PT. XYZ is one of the state-owned enterprises that has a trend of outstanding electricity costs that increase from year to year. This study aims to analyze the factors that cause outstanding transactions for recording electricity costs at PT XYZ, the risks that arise and corrective actions that must be taken by the company management of PT. XYZ. The research was conducted by collecting company internal data and semi-structured interviews with informants before and after the company implemented Shared Services. The research method uses qualitative methods with an exploratory case study approach. Based on the results of the study, there are seven risks, namely understated expense, over budget, over payment, company losses, abnormal balance of account payables (debit balance), inaccurate recording, and declining company reputation. The results showed that the risk decreased after risk mitigation was carried out using the Shared Services business model and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technology. The author suggests that PT XYZ implement a roadmap in business processes, and consistently manage the business process of recording electricity costs in accordance with established policies and procedures."

"ABSTRAKBiaya bahan bakar adalah komponen terbesar dalam biaya penyediaan tenaga listrik, oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan optimasi penggunaan bahan bakar sehingga biaya penyediaan tenaga listrik dapat ditekan se minimal mungkin. Pada sistem tenaga listrik yang besar seperti sistem 500 KV Jawa-Bali terdapat beberapa jenis pembangkit dengan beberapa jenis bahan bakar digunakan. Setiap unit pembangkit mempunyai karakteristik tersendiri dan bahan bakar mempunyai perbedaan harga yang beragam yaitu gas, batubara, air. Untuk memenuhi kebutuhan sistem tenaga listrik maka perlu dilakaukan pengaturan pembebanan pembangkitan sehingga memenuhi kebutuhan sistem tersebut. Pada penelitian ini dengan menggunakan adaptive cuckoo search algorithm untuk melakukan optimasi pembebanan pembangkit tenaga listrik, mendapatkan hasil biaya total bahan bakar terendah jika dibandingkan dengan metode PLN saat ini dan cuckoo search algorithm dengan tetap memenuhi kehandalan yang dipersyaratkan.

ABSTRACTFuel costs are the largest component in the cost of electricity supply, therefore it is necessary to optimize fuel use so that the cost of providing electricity can be minimized as much as possible. In large power systems such as the Java-Bali 500 KV system there are several types of plants with several types of fuel used. Each generating unit has its own characteristics and fuel has a different price difference, namely gas, coal, water. To meet the needs of the electric power system, it is necessary to carry out a setting of generating charges so that it meets the needs of the system. In this study, using the adaptive cuckoo search algorithm to optimize power plant dispatch, get the lowest total fuel cost compared to the current PLN method and the cuckoo search algorithm while still meeting the required reliability."

"Laporan magang ini membahas tentang prosedur pengakuan piutang pembelian tenaga listrik dari Independent Power Producer IPP di PT PLN Persero. Dalam laporan ini, diuraikan prosedur pengakuan piutang atas tagihan pembelian tenaga listrik dari IPP oleh PT PLN. Pengakuan piutang atas tagihan pembelian listrik ini memerlukan proses pengukuran dan perhitungan yang cukup kompleks yang meliputi komponen biaya Komponen A Pembayaran Kapasitas yang dihitung dengan basis Capital Cost Recovery Charge Rate, Komponen B pembayaran atas biaya tetap Operation and Maintenance, Komponen C pembayaran atas pemakaian bahan bakar, dan Komponen D pembayaran biaya variabel Operation and Maintenance. Dengan menggunakan SAP, pengakuan piutang atas tagihan pembelian listrik ini pertama-tama akan dilakukan oleh Unit PLN, setelah dilakukan pemeriksaan atas pengukuran dan perhitungan tagihan tersebut. Selanjutnya, Unit akan menyampaikan nota ke Kantor Pusat untuk memindahkan tagihan tersebut ke Kantor Pusat untuk dapat dibayarkan. Divisi Akuntansi selanjutnya akan melakukan rekonsiliasi atas jumlah tagihan tersebut dengan pengukuran dan perhitungan pembelian listrik oleh Unit PLN Pusat Pengaturan Beban P2B . Rekonsiliasi dilakukan untuk memastikan bahwa jumlah yang ditagih adalah benar.

This internship report discusses about the process of electricity purchase receivable recognition from Independent Power Producer IPP at PT PLN Persero . In this report, there are explanations regarding the procedure of recognizing receivable for electricity purchase bill from IPP by PT. PLN. This recognition needs quite complex measurement and calculation that consist of cost component Component A Capacity Payment which use Capital Cost Recovery Charge Rate basis, Component B payment for fixed cost of Operation and Maintenance , Component C payment for fuel usage, and Component D payment for variable cost of Operation and Maintenance.

By using SAP, receivable recognition for electricity purchase bill is being used by PLN rsquo s unit, after conducting checking of measurement and calculation of the bill. Then, Unit will submit the note to Central Office to transfer the bill for Central Office to pay for. Further, Accounting Division will do the reconciliation for the bill amount based on electricity purchase measurement and calculation by PLN rsquo s unit Pusat Pengaturan Beban P2B . Reconciliation is being done to ensure that the amount being billed is correct."

Pendekatan yang digunakan menggunakan metode Marginal Cost Plus Markup (MC+). Metodologi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah dengan melakukan benchmarking terhadap komponen-komponen penyusun TAC di berbagai negara Eropa. Penelitian ini akan menghasilkan sebuah simulasi untuk menentukan besaran TAC berbasis Infrastructure Maintenance and Operations (IMO) yang bisa digunakan untuk memperkirakan besaran TAC yang seharusnya dibayarkan oleh Operator serta dukungan dan komitmen dari Pemerintah terkait subsidi yang diberikan untuk perkembangan transportasi kereta api di Indonesia.

This final report discuss about analysis of Track Access Charge (TAC) calculation on Indonesian railways for the use of railway infrastructure. The approach used in this study is Marginal Cost Plus Markup (MC+). The methodology of this study is benchmarking the components that compose TAC in Europe countries. The research done for this thesis will generate a simulation to design the TAC that is Infrastructure Maintenance and Operation (IMO) based which can be used to determine the amount of TAC that should be paid by the Operator. The simulation can also be used to determine the goverment’s support and commitment as subsidy on railway development in Indonesia."

"Penelitian ini menyelidiki hubungan porsi saham yang ditawarkan ke publik oleh perusahaan pada saat melakukan initial public offering (IPO) dengan kinerja jangka panjang saham perusahaan di Indonesia. Sampel penelitian meliputi 140 IPO perusahaan non-keuangan di Indonesia pada periode 2000-2010. Metode pengukuran kinerja jangka panjang saham menggunakan market-adjusted cumulative abnormal returns dan buy-and-hold returns. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa terdapat hubungan nonlinear antara porsi kepemilikan saham publik (free float) dengan kinerja jangka panjang saham pada periode 36 bulan setelah IPO dilakukan. Hubungan nonlinear antara free float dengan kinerja jangka panjang saham bertahan setelah dikontrol terhadap kinerja operasional perusahaan satu tahun sebelum IPO.

This research aims to investigate the relationship between percentage of stocks offered to the public by firms (public float) at the time they went public and their long-term aftermarket performances. Research sample includes 140 IPOs of Indonesian non-financial listed companies within 2000-2010 periods. Market-adjusted cumulative abnormal returns and buy-and-hold returns methods are used to measure the long-term performance. The research finding shows the existence of a nonlinear relationship between public float percentage and long-term aftermarket performance 36-months after the IPO. This nonlinear relationship persists even after controlling pre-IPO operating performance."
