"Menurut teori perkembangan, mahasiswa umumnya termasuk dalam rentang usia dewasa muda, dimana individu dihadapkan pada berbagai masalah, baik pada kehidupan di dalam maupun di luar kampus. Salah satu aset penting yang perlu dimiliki mahasiswa untuk menghadapi masalah-masalah serta memenuhi tugas perkembangannya adalah psychological well-being (PWB). Menurut literatur, studi mengenai PWB pada mahasiswa masih tergolong sedikit. Kreativitas merupakan elemen esensial pada kehidupan mahasiswa. Terdapat jenis kreativitas lain yang masih sedikit mendapat perhatian, yang disebut sebagai everyday creativity (EC). Kreativitas ini ditemukan berhubungan dengan psychological well-being, namun bagaimana kreativitas tersebut berperan dalam kehidupan mahasiswa masih belum banyak diketahui. Penelitian dilakukan pada sampel 120 mahasiswa Universitas Indonesia, menggunakan alat ukur Ryff’s Scales of Psychological Well-Being yang dikembangkan oleh Ryff (1989) dan Everyday Creativity Questionnaire yang dikembangkan Ivcevic & Mayer (2009). Hasil penelitian membuktikan terdapat hubungan signifikan antara everyday creativity dan psychological well-being.

According to a developmental theory, senior college students in general are in the stage of young adulthood, where they encounter various kinds of challenges, both in and outside the campus. One of the most important resources that help college students cope with these challenges and accomplish the development tasks required in this stage is psychological well-being (PWB). According to the literature, there are not many studies on the psychological well-being of college students. Creativity is an essential element in the university life. A form of creativity, called everyday creativity, is reported to be rather neglected in the research on creativity. Everyday creativity is reportedly related to psychological well-being, but not much is known about the role it plays in the everyday life of college students. A study is conducted to a sample of 120 college students of Universitas Indonesia, using Ryff’s Scales of Psychological Well-being and the Everyday Creativity Questionnaire. Results show there is a significant correlation between everyday creativity and psychological well-being.

Analisis Situasi
Creative entrepreneur adalah seseorang yang menanam modal melalui
bakatnya sendiri atau orang lain, yang jika dikelola dengan baik akan
menghasilkan manfaat bagi lingkungan dan ekonomi. Creative
entrepreneur merupakan langkah untuk mewujudkan ekonomi kreatif
Indonesia. Beberapa tahun belakangan, konsep creative entrepreneur
diminati oleh kalangan anak muda, tak terkecuali mahasiswa
Universitas Indonesia
Manfaat dan Tujuan Pengembangan Prototipe
Manfaat program ini antara lain memberikan informasi lengkap dan
memperkenalkan mahasiswa UI tentang creative entrepreneur.
Program ini bertujuan untuk memicu semangat kewirausahaan, melalui
bakat yang dimilikinya.
Prototipe yang Dikembangkan
Program radio yang diajukan adalah program yang khusus membahas
creative entrepreneur dengan sasaran khusus mahasiswa UI dan
sasaran umum anak muda Indonesia, dengan usia 18-35 tahun.
Program tersebut disajikan dalam format talk show dengan
mengundang narasumber, sesuai topik per pekannya. Topik-topik yang
ditawarkan tiap pekannya, berpedoman pada subsektor industri kreatif
Pekan Produk Kreatif Indonesia 2011 dan riset khalayak.
Evaluasi
-Pre test dilakukan dengan kuesioner online untuk mendapatkan
masukan agar program bisa lebih baik dan sesuai kebutuhan khalayak.
-Evaluasi dilakukan dengan metode penyebaran kuesioner online
kepada pendengar program Be Creativepreneur!.
-Evaluasi dari pendengar juga dilakukan melalui analisis pesan yang
masuk melalui e-mail, SMS, maupun media sosial. Dari evaluasi ini
akan terlihat pula seberapa besar respon dan interaksi pendengar
terhadap program Be Creativepreneur!

This program aims on triggering the spirit of entrepreneurship
through the skills that are owned.
The Developed Prototype
Radio program that is proposed is the particular program that
discusses creative entrepreneur with UI students as the certain target
and Indonesian youth aged 18-35 as the general target. The
program is presented in a format of talk show by inviting
interviewee, according to weekly topic. The topics that are offered
every week are based on subsector creative industry, Pekan Produk
Kreatif Indonesia 2011 and public research.
The Evaluation
-Pretest is done with online questionnaire to get suggestion so the
program can be better and fit the public needs.
-Evaluation is done by spreading online questionnaire method to the
listeners of program Be Creativepreneur!
-Evaluation is also done by analyzing messages in e-mail, SMS, and

"At the same time he emphasized the 'appalling neglect' of the study of creativity by psychologists. Examining the index of the Psychological Abstracts since its origin, he found that of the approximately 121.000 titles listed in 23 years, only 186 were indexed as definitely bearing on the subject of creativity. The major interest in the creativity disposition and the recognition of its importance for knowledge came from the fields outside of psychology. Large industries recognized the enormous value of new ideas. Various branches of the government are asking for individuals who have inventive potentialities. These needs have found psychology ill prepared.
One of the major conceptual blocks for the study of creativity has been the conception of creativity as an inherited property of the genius (Razik 1967): 'Assumebly ... creativity is where one finds it, and little can be done through education to affect it' (p. 301). Another conceptual block for the 'creativity movement' centered in the measurement instruments commonly used in the schools: the traditional intelligence tests to assess the capacity of students for learning and the achievement tests to judge the progress students make on their way through the school program. Both intelligence and achievement tests were mostly limited to tasks for which there were single, predetermined 'right' answers (convergent thinking). "

"Tugas karya akhir ini dilatarbelakangi oleh keinginan mengembangkan sebuah rumah produksi yang lebih menjangkau audiens yang lebih luas untuk sebuah film pendek berjudul "Jakarsa". Oleh karena hal itu, penulis melakukan rancangan strategi pemasaran yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan audiens dari film tersebut. Tujuan yang hendak dicapai pada penelitian ini antara lain: (1) Meningkatkan engagement dan jangkauan audiens dari film "Jakarsa", (2) Mendapatkan koneksi dengan para tokoh perfilman di Indonesia.
Rancangan ini dilakukan dengan tiga jalur pemasaran; pemasaran media sosial, kerja sama dengan influencer, pemasaran akar rumput. Rancangan ini menggunakan media daring dan luring untuk mendapatkan cakupan audiens yang lebih luas. Dengan rancangan strategi ini, konten media sosial menjadi lebih bervariasi dan tersebar di beberapa kanal.

The background of this final work is the desire to develop a production house that can reach a wider audience for a short film entitled "Jakarsa". Because of this, the authors designed a marketing strategy aimed at increasing the audience of the film. The objectives to be achieved in this research include: (1) Increasing engagement and audience reach of the film "Jakarsa", (2) Gaining connections with film leaders in Indonesia.
This design is carried out with three marketing channels; social media marketing, influencer partnerships, grassroots marketing. This design uses online and offline media to get a wider audience coverage. With this strategy design, social media content becomes more varied and spread across several channels.

"Sekarang ini perusahaan membutuhkan karyawan dengan perilaku kerja inovatif, oleh karenanya sangat penting untuk mempersiapkan karyawan memiliki perilaku ini sejak mereka masih mahasiswa. Penelitian korelasional ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara efikasi diri kreatif dan perilaku kerja inovatif pada mahasiswa. Efikasi diri kreatif diukur dengan alat ukur yang dibuat oleh Tierney dan Farmer (2002). Perilaku kerja inovatif diukur dengan alat ukur yang dikembangkan oleh Janssen (2000) yang kemudian item-itemnya dimodifikasi agar sesuai dengan keadaan responden yaitu mahasiswa. Responden penelitian yang datanya dapat dianalisa berjumlah 539 mahasiswa jenjang sarjana S1 di Universitas Indonesia dan merupakan mahasiswa yang minimal sedang menempuh semester empat. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan teknik statistik Pearson Correlation. Ditemukan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara efikasi diri kreatif dan perilaku kerja inovatif pada mahasiswa, r(538) = 0,67, p= 0,00 (p < 0,01, one-tailed). Effect size untuk analisis ini dapat dikatakan termasuk large effect karena r> 0,5. Dengan demikian, dapat dikatakan bahwa semakin tinggi efikasi diri kreatif mahasiswa, maka semakin tinggi pula perilaku kerja inovatif mereka. Hasil ini dari penelitian ini bisa memberikan manfaat yaitu, menambah literatur tentang perilaku kerja inovatif pada mahasiswa dan memberikan masukan kepada pihak kampus untuk meningkatkan efikasi diri kreatif mahasiwanya agar perilaku kerja inovatifnya bisa meningkat pula, dengan mengikuti kegiatan ekstrakurikuler dan program pelatihan.

Nowadays, companies need employees with innovative work behavior. Therefore, it is very important to prepare employees to have this behavior since they are still in college. This correlational research was then conducted to look at the relationship between creative self-efficacy and innovative work behavior among college students. Creative self-efficacy is measured by a measurement by Tierney and Farmer (2002). Innovative work behavior is measured by a measurement by Janssen (2000), the items were modified to correspond with the condition of college students. The data that can be analyzed were from 539 undergraduate students at Universitas Indonesia and were at least taking their fourth semester. This research is a quantitative study, using the Pearson Correlation statistical technique the researcher found that there is a positive and significant relationship between creative self-efficacy and innovative work behavior among college students, r(538) = 0.67, p= 0.00 (p<0.01, one-tailed). The effect size for this analysis can be included as a large effect, because r> 0.5. Thus, it can be said that the higher the students' creative self-efficacy, the higher their innovative work behavior. These results can provide benefits such as adding literature on innovative work behavior among college students and providing input for the universities to improve the students' creative self-efficacy so that their innovative work behavior can also improve, by joining extracurricular activities and training programs."
