"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan keperawatan spiritual terhadap pengetahuan dan keterampilan perawat di ruang rawat inap RSUD H. Abdul Manap Kota Jambi. Penelitian menggunakan metode pra eksperimen dengan pretest posttest design without control group. Sampel berjumlah 35 perawat. Intervensi yang dilakukan adalah pelatihan dan bimbingan keperawatan spiritual. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terjadi peningkatan yang signifikan (p value = 0,000) pada tingkat pengetahuan dan keterampilan perawat sesudah dilakukan pelatihan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian adalah adanya pengaruh pelatihan keperawatan spiritual terhadap pengetahuan dan keterampilan perawat. Rekomendasi penelitian adalah menerapkan keperawatan spiritual secara berkesinambungan dengan penetapan SOP, SAK, dan supervisi terhadap pelaksanaan keperawatan spiritual.

This research was aimed to know the effect of spiritual nursing training toward knowledge and skill of the nurse in hospitalized care unit of the H. Abdul Manap hospital Jambi. This research using pre experiment method with pretest posttest design without control group. There were 35 nurses as sample of the research. Intervention which conducted was training and instruction spiritual nursing. The result of this research indicated that is the increasing significantly of knowledge and skill of the nurse after taken the training. It may include that there is effect of spiritual nursing training toward knowledge and nurse skill. The recommendation of the research is to conduct spiritual nursing regularly with determining SOP, SAK, and supervise to the conducting of spiritual nursing care."

"Pengembangan Budaya Keselamatan Pasien di RSUD H Abdul Manap Kota Jambi Salah satu pendekatan untuk meningkatkan keselamatan pasien adalah membangun budaya keselamatan pasien. Budaya keselamatan pasien sendiri merupakan salah satu aspek dari budaya organisasi, karena itu, untuk mengembangkannya diperlukan pengkajian budaya organisasi agar terjadi perubahan yang mendorong upaya peningkatan keselamatan pasien. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis budaya keselamatan pasien dan mengidentifikasi profil organisasi untuk menentukan langkah strategis pengembangan budaya keselamatan pasien di RSUD H. Abdul Manap Kota Jambi. Penelitian cross-sectional, mix method dengan survei kepada sebanyak 190 tenaga klinis yang langsung berhubungan dengan pasien yaitu tenaga medis, tenaga keperawatan dan tenaga penunjang pelayanan medis dengan menggunakan kuesioner HSOPSC (Hospital Survey on Patients Safety Culture) yang dikembangkan oleh AHRQ (Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality) dalam mengukur Budaya Keselamatan Pasien dan OCAI (Organization Culture Assessment Instrument) untuk mengidentifikasi profil budaya organisasi. Dilakukan analisis korelasi antara kedua temuan. Dilakukan pula Focus Group Discussion (FGD) untuk mengidentifikasi hambatan dan harapan dan kemudian dibahas dalam Consencus Decission Making Group (CDMG) jajaran manajemen sebagai kesepakatan tentang rencana tindak lanjut. Pembelajaran organisasi dan perbaikan berkelanjutan dan kerjasama dalam unit merupakan dimensi budaya terkuat sementara staffing, respons non-punitive terhadap kesalahan terlapor, frekuensi pelaporan kejadian dan jumlah kejadian yang dilaporkan merupakan dimensi budaya kurang yang perlu mendapatkan intervensi. Budaya Clan adalah jenis budaya organisasi yang paling dominan, tetapi bukan merupakan budaya yang kuat karena selisih skor dengan budaya Hierarki hanya satu (1) poin. Hasil korelasi antara dimensi pada budaya keselamatan menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif bermakna. Sedangkan korelasi antara tipe budaya organisasi dengan dimensi budaya keselamatan pasien menunjukkan hasil yang bervariasi. Strategi mutu budaya Clan dan budaya Hierarki dipakai sebagai panduan untuk perubahan dalam pengembangan budaya keselamatan pasien di RSUD H. Abdul Manap. Secara keseluruhan budaya keselamatan pasien termasuk dalam kategori budaya sedang, dimensi budaya pelaporan merupakan yang terlemah. Upaya pengembangan budaya keselamatan pasien memerlukan komitmen pimpinan, pemberdayaan staf dan pengembangan sistem. Diperlukan penelitian lebih lanjut untuk menganalisis berbagai faktor dalam pengembangan budaya pelaporan.

Building Patient safety culture is the first step in the improvement of patient safety. As patient safety culture is one aspect of organizational culture, therefore, to develop it, an assessment of organizational culture is needed to make changes that encourage efforts to improve patient safety. This study aims to analyze the patient safety culture and identify organizational profiles to determine the strategic steps of developing a patient safety culture at H. Abdul Manap Hospital in Jambi City. Methods: This study was cross-sectional, mix method. A survey was conducted on 190 clinical staff who were directly faced to patients namely medical doctors, nursing staffs and medical service support personnels using the HSOPSC (Hospital Survey on Patient Safety Culture) questionnaire developed by AHRQ (Agency for Healthcare Resesarch and Quaity) and OCAI (Organization Culture Assessment Instrument). Correlation analysis between the two findings was carried out. Focus Group Discussion (FGD) was carried out to identify obstacles and expectations in the implementation of patient safety culture, and its results will be discussed in the managements Consensus Decisions Making Group as an agreement that will be taken as an action plan Results: Organizational learning and continuous improvement and Teamwork within units are the strongest cultural dimensions while staffing, non-punitive response to errors, frequency of events reported and “number of events reported are dimensions of culture that need to be intervened. Clan culture is the most dominant type of organizational culture, but it is not a strong culture because the difference in scores with the Hierarchy culture was only one (1) point. The results of the correlation between the dimensions of safety culture indicate a significant positive. While the correlation between the type of organizational culture and the dimensions of patient safety culture, shows varying result. The quality strategy of Clan culture and hierarchical culture are used as a guide for changes in the development of a patient safety culture at H. Abdul Manap Hospital. Conclusion: In general, the patient safety culture belongs to the moderate level. The reporting culture becomes the weakest dimensuons. A managements commitment and staff empowerment as well as system development are all needed on the development of a patient safety culture. Further research is required to investigate various factors to develop the reporting culture."

"Asuhan keperawatan psikososial spiritual sering diabaikan. Dibuktikan dengan jarang munculnya diagnosa psikososial spiritual di ruang rawat inap Rumah Sakit Umum. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui efektifitas pelatihan terhadap pengetahuan perawat dan keakuratan diagnosa psikososial spiritual. Metodologi penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan quasi experimental design dan pendekatan one group pretest-posttest. Sampel penelitiannya adalah seluruh perawat yang pernah mengikuti pelatihan tentang pengkajian psikososial yang berjumlah 33 orang. Analisa data menggunakan uji Wilcoxon. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan yang signifikan terhadap pengetahuan perawat 29,28 dan keakuratan diagnosa 88,25 . Setelah pelatihan, hasil observasi menunjukkan bahwa perumusan diagnosa keperawatan psikososial spiritual terdapat pada semua dokumentasi pasien kelolaan perawat yang memenuhi kriteria ketepatan perumusan dan kelengkapan komponen Problem Etiologi Signs/symptoms hingga munculnya intervensi psikososial spiritual. Hasil ini perlu dipertahankan, ditingkatkan, dan didukung oleh pihak manajemen Rumah Sakit Umum.

Psychosocial spiritual nursing care is often overlooked. It is proven by the rare emergence of psychosocial spiritual diagnosis in the inpatient wards of General Hospital. This study is to reveal the effectiveness of training on nurses rsquo knowledge and accuracy in psychosocial spiritual diagnosis. Quantitative research method with quasi experimental design was employed in this study using one group pretest posttest. The research sample is 33 nurses who had attended training on psychosocial assessment. Wilcoxon test was used for data analysis. This study showed that there was a significant increase on the nurses rsquo knowledge 29.28 and nurses rsquo diagnostic accuracy 88.25 . After the training, the results of the observations indicated the formulation of psychosocial spiritual nursing diagnoses was found in all documentation of the client managed by the nurses who meet the criteria of the accuracy of the formulation and completeness of the Problem Etiology Signs symptoms component until the emergence of psychosocial spiritual intervention. These results need to be maintained, upgraded, and supported by the management of the General Hospital."

"Perencanaan SDM Medis Keperawatan RSUD H. Abclul Manap dibutuhkan seba:gai dasar pengambilan keputusan untuk mempersiaplam ketersediaan SDM medis dan keperawatand i RSUB H. Abdul Manap. Dengan perencanaan SDM yang baik dinarapkan dapat ditetapkan jumlah dan kompetensi SDM yang dibutuhkan, pada masa kini maupun masa mendatang.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui jumlah kebutuhan SDM medis dan keperawatan, baik dari segi jumlah maupun kualifikasinya. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada Maret sampai bulan Juni 2008. Hasil penelitian awal adalah diformulasikan visi RSUD H. Abdul Manap, "Menjadi Rumah Sakit bertaraf Internasional" dengan misi (1). Mengupayakan dan mengembangkan pelayanan kesehatan yang bermutu dengan biaya kriteria SDM yang akan diterima, seperti: lulus seleksi penerimaan, pengalaman kerja untuk yang akan menempati posisi struktural, serta sejumlah persyaratan yang berhubungan dengan pendidikan, sikap dan kompetensi.
Untuk menjamin mutu layanan kesehatan di RSUD H. Abdul Manap disarankan agar Pemerintah daerah Kota Jambi merek.rut tenaga profesional rumah sakit dalam jumlah dan jenis yang cukup dengan proporsi tenaga profesional dan non prosfesional 70% : 30% sehingga dapat memberikan pelayanan yang optimal dan bennutu.

Human Resource Planning is needed as the basis to make the decision in preparing the required human resources for Medical Doctors and Nurses at RSUD H. AbdUl Manap. With good human resource planning, it is expected that the required number and competency of the resources can be determined, for recent and future need.
The objective of this research is to detennine the required human resources for experience for the structural positions, and some requirements relating to education, attitude, and competency.
To guarantee the medical service quality at RSUD H. Abdul Manap, it is suggested the local government of the city of Jambi to recruit sufficient hospital professionals, in term of number and classifications, with the ratio between professionals and non-professionals: 70% to 30%, to be able to provide quality.

"RSUD Haji Abdul Manap merupakan satu-satunya rumah sakit tipe C yang memberikan pelayanan CST (Care, Support and Treatment) untuk ODHA (Orang Dengan HIV-AIDS) di Kota Jambi, namun 5 tahun terakhir trend utilisasi klinik CST cenderung menurun. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sistem pelayanan klinik CST yang perperan dalam penurunan utilitas layanan klinik CST RSUD H. Abdul Manap Kota Jambi yang akan dijadikan dasar rekomendasi pemecahanan masalah terkait Penelitian mengunakan desain kualitatif dengan metode deskriftip analitik. Pengambilan sampel dengan purposive sampling, data primer dari observasi dan wawancara mendalam dengan key informan yaitu tim menajemen (3 orang), tim klinik CST (7orang), ODHA(18 orang) dan konselor sebaya (8 orang) serta FGD (Focus Group Discussion). Data sekunder diperoleh dari telah dokumen terkait Klinik CST. Validitas dan realibilitas data dilakukan Triangulasi metode dan sumber. Hasil yang didapat adalah komitmen, monitoring dan evaluasi terutama dari pimpinan RS terhadap klinik CST belum maksimal. Program PMKP (Peningkatan Mutu dan Keselamatan Kerja) belum berjalan. Alokasi anggaran masih terbatas, pemeriksan CD4(Helper-T- cell) sudah ada tapi catrige expired, ruang CST nyaman. Kebijakan terkait layanan CST belum jelas. SPO (Standar Prosedur Operasional) layanan belum lengkap, tidak ada indikator kinerja, sosialisasi SPO belum baik, pelaksanakan SPO belum optimal terutama pelaksanaan SPO pengobatan ARV(Anti Retro Viral) dan konseling. Waktu tunggu lama (> 2 jam) terutama di rekam medis, manajemn belum memahami prosedur pengklaiman layanan CST melalui JKN(Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional) sehingga ODHA peserta JKN masih membayar karcis, koordinasi dengan mitra terkait (Konselor Sebaya, Kelompok ODHA, PKVHI (Persatuan Konselor VCT/(Voluntary counselling and testing ) HIV Indonesia) dan dinas kesehatan belum maksimal. Menurunnya utilisasi Klinik CST disebabkan kurangnya komitmen, monitoring dan evaluasi terutama dari pimpinan rumah sakit terhadap klinik CST. Implementasi kebijakan dan prosedur layanan CST belum optimal dan sumber daya manusia belum sesuai standar kompetensi. Perlunya monitoring dan evaluasi terjadwal dan kontinyu terhadap pelaksaan SPO bekerjasama dengan tim PMKP, koordinasi dengan dinas kesehatan dan PKVHI untuk pelatihan petugas CST, analisis beban kerja perawat dan petugas rekam medis, merevisi Surat Keputusan Direktur RS terkait nama ketua tim CST, advokasi Pemda untuk kejelasan kebijakan terkait layanan CST dan meningkatkan anggaran layanan HIV di rumah sakit, perlu pemahaman prosedur pengklaiman layanan CST bagi ODHA peserta JKN. Meningkatkan kerjasama dengan mitra kerja terkait.

H Abdul Manap Public Hospital is the only type-C hospital which provides CST (Care, support and Treatment) service to PLWHAs (People Live With HIV-AIDS) in Jambi City. However, in the past five years, the trend of CST clinic utilization has tended to decrease. This research aims to analyze the CST clinic service system which affecting the decrease in the utilization of the CST Clinic of H. Abdul Manap Regional Public Hospital, Jambi City to be used as a basis for problem solving recommendations. This research utilized qualitative design, descriptive analytical method with purposive sampling technique. The primary data sources from observation and in-depth interviews with Key informants included the management team (3 people), CST Clinic team (7 people), PLWHAs (18 people) and peer counselors (8 people) as well as FGDs (Focus Group Discussions). The secondary data were obtained from the relevant documents of the CST Clinic. The data validity and reliability were examined by the triangulation method and source. Results is the comitment, monitoring and evaluation especially from the chairman of the hospital to the CST service, has not been maximum. Safety and quality program has not run. The budget allocation was limited. CD4 test was available, but the CD4(Helper-T-cell) catrige was not available. The CST room was convenient, the policies related to CST service were not yet clear. The service SOP was incomplete, lacking performance indicators, and its socialization had not been conducted well. Therefore, not all staffs implemented the SOP(Standar Opertional Procedure) properly, especially the SOP on ARV (Anti Retro Viral) treatment, and counseling. The average waiting time was more than 2 hours, and the hospital had not known the procedure to claim CST service. Therefore, PLWHA with JKN (National Health Insurance) still needed to pay the ticket to access CST service. Coordination with related partners (Peer Counselors, PLWHA Groups, PKVHI (Association of Indonesian HIV VCT(Voluntary, Counselling and Testing) Counselors) and health services has not been maximum. Decreasing utilization of CST Clinic due to lack of the comitment, monitoring and evaluation especially from the chairman of the hospital to the CST service. As well as the scheduled and continuous monitoring on SOP implementation are required in collaboration with the PMKP (Safety and quality program) team. The local government needs to make advocacy to the clarity of regional policies related to CST service, increase HIV service budget in the hospital, management teams should understand the procedure for claiming CST service for PLWHAs with National Health Insurance. Last, improvement in cooperating with work partners is required."

"Perawatan di ruang rawat isolasi bagi sebagian besar pasien merupakan hal yang cukup mengganggu terkait dengan ketersendirian dan keterasingan dari dunia luar. Perawat sebagai pemberi asuhan keperawatan yang hadir terdekat dengan pasien selama perawatan, memiliki banyak kesempatan untuk memberikan asuhan secara holistik. Asuhan keperawatan spiritual yang sering kali terabaikan harus menjadi bagian penting yang dapat membantu pasien melewati masa perawatan dengan lebih baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat sejauh mana pengetahuan dan sikap perawat terhadap asuhan keperawatan spiritual yang diterapkan dalam perawatan di ruang rawat isolasi. Penelitian deskriptif ini menggunakan metode observasional dengan teknik survey. Sampel yang diambil menggunakan teknik non probability sampling dengan convenience sampling sebanyak 110 orang perawat. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah kuesioner pengetahuan yang telah melalui uji validitas dan reliabilitas dengan nilai Cronbach’s Alpha sebesar 0,6888, serta kuesioner SSCRS (Spirituality and Spiritual Care Rating Scale) untuk mengetahui sikap perawat terhadap asuhan spiritual. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 79,1% perawat memiliki pengetahuan baik dan 21,9% memiliki pengetahuan sedang. Sementara itu sikap perawat terhadap asuhan spiritual menunjukkan 48,2% memiliki sikap positif dan 51,8% memiliki sikap yang negatif. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan adanya pelatihan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman terkait dampak spiritual pada pasien rawat  dan pentingnya asuhan spiritual serta menambahkan data spiritualitas pasien dalam format pengkajian pasien masuk rawat. Selain itu penelitian ini juga merekomendasikan peneliti lainnya yang tertarik terkait penerapan asuhan spiritual di ruang rawat isolasi.

Treatment in isolation wards for most patients is a rather disturbing thing associated with loneliness and alienation from the outside world. Nurses as nursing caregivers who are present closest to the patient during care, have plenty of opportunities to provide holistic care. Spiritual nursing care, which is often overlooked, should be an important part that can help patients get through the time of care better. The study aims to see to what extent the knowledge and attitude of nurses toward spiritual nursing foster care is applied in care in isolation wards. This descriptive research uses observational methods with survey techniques. The samples were taken using non probability sampling techniques with convenience samplings of 110 nurses. The measurement used is a knowledge questionnaire that has passed the validity and reliability test with Cronbach's Alpha score of 0.6888, as well as the SSCRS (Spirituality and Spiritual Care Rating Scale) questionary to determine the attitude of nurses towards spiritual care. The results of the study showed that 79.1% of nurses had good knowledge and 21.9% had moderate knowledge. Meanwhile, the nursing attitude towards spiritual foster care showed 48.2% had a positive attitude and 51.8% had a negative attitude. This study recommends training to improve understanding of the spiritual impact on hospitalized patients and the importance of spiritual care and adding patient spirituality data in the admission assessment format. In addition, this study also recommends other researchers who are interested in the implementation of spiritual care in the isolation ward."

"Asuhan keperawatan spiritual pada pasien di Rumah sakit dikaitkan dengan pengetahuan dan sikap yang dimiliki mahasiswa profesi keperawatan. Pengetahuan dan sikap mempengaruhi mahasiswa saat memberikan asuhan keperawatan spiritual di Rumah Sakit. Penelitian dengan desain Cross Sectional bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pengetahuan dan sikap mahasiswa profesi dengan pelaksanaan asuhan keperawatan spiritual pada pasien. Penelitian dilakukan secara online dengan teknik pengambilan sampel consecutive sampling pada 133 mahasiswa profesi di Institusi A sebagai perwakilan institusi umum dan Institusi B sebagai institusi berbasis agama pada tahun 2021. Pengetahuan diukur menggunakan kuesioner yang dimodifikasi oleh peneliti. Sikap diukur menggunakan Spirituality and Spiritual Care Rating Scale (SSCRS) dan Pelaksanaan Asuhan Keperawatan Spiritual diukur menggunakan kuesioner modifikasi. Analisis bivariat dihitung dengan uji Chi-square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara pengetahuan dengan pelaksanaan (p = 0,495; α = 0,05). Namun, ada hubungan yang signifikan antara sikap dengan pelaksanaan (p = 0,000; α = 0,05). Penelitian ini merekomendasikan institusi pendidikan untuk meningkatkan sikap mahasiswa terkait pemberian asuhan keperawatan spiritual dengan pengoptimalan kompetensi pada mata kuliah terkait.

Spiritual nursing care for patients in hospitals is associated with the knowledge and attitudes possessed by students of the nursing clinical student. Knowledge and attitudes influence students when providing spiritual nursing care in hospitals. This study was a cross sectional design, aims to determine the relationship between knowledge and attitudes of nursing clinical students with the implementation of spiritual nursing care for patients. This study using a consecutive sampling technique, involving 133 clinical nursing students at the Institution A as a representative of public institutions and Institution B as a religion-based institution. Knowledge was measured using a questionnaire modified by the researcher. Attitudes were measured using the Spirituality and Spiritual Care Rating Scale (SSCRS) and the Implementation of Spiritual Nursing Care was measured using a modified questionnaire. Bivariate analysis was calculated using Chi-square test. The results showed that there was no significant relationship between knowledge and implementation (p = 0.495; = 0.05). However, there is a significant relationship between attitude and implementation (p = 0.000; = 0.05). This study recommends educational institutions to improve student attitudes regarding the provision of spiritual nursing care by optimizing competencies in related subjects.

"Skizofrenia merupakan salah satu jenis gangguan jiwa yang paling umum. Salah satu gejala positif skizofrenia yaitu perubahan perilaku yang berlebihan dimana mencerminkan kelebihan atau distorsi fungsi normal, seperti tiba-tiba marah, berteriak, hingga melakukan perilaku kekerasan. Terapi spiritual dikatakan mampu menurunan tanda dan  gejala risiko perilaku kekerasan. Penulisan KIAN ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis asuhan keperawatan dengan penerapan terapi spiritual terjadwal pada Tn. Y dengan masalah utama risiko perilaku kekerasan. Implementasi keperawatan selama 10 hari dilakukan tindakan asuhan keperawatan generalis dan pendekatan terapi spiritual. Evaluasi menggunakan instrumen assesment tanda dan gejala risiko perilaku kekerasan. Hasil yang didapatkan adalah terjadi penurunan tanda dan gejala risiko perilaku kekerasan pada aspek kognitif, afektif, fisiologis, perilaku dan sosial ditandai dengan skor  24 menjadi 3 diakhir intervensi. Hasil analisa kasus ini merekomendasikan pelaksanaan tindakan keperawatan generalis dengan pendekatan terapi spiritual. Rencana tindak lanjut pelayanan keperawatan diharapkan adanya pelatihan dan peningkatan pemberian intervensi spiritual dalam perawatan pasien agar dapat juga memenuhi kebutuhan spiritual pasien. Schizophrenia is one of the most common types of mental disorders. One of the positive symptoms of schizophrenia is excessive behavior changes which reflect excess or distortion of normal functions, such as suddenly getting angry, screaming, to violence. Spiritual therapy is said to be able to reduce signs and symptoms of violent behavior. The purpose of writing this KIAN is to analyze nursing care with the application of scheduled spiritual therapy to Mr. Y with the main problem of risk of violent behavior. Implementation For 10 days, generalist nursing care and spiritual healing approaches were carried out. Evaluation of the use of instruments to assess signs and symptoms of violent behavior. The results obtained were a decrease in signs and symptoms of violent behavior in the cognitive, affective, physiological, behavioral and social aspects marked by a score of 24 to 3 interventions at the end. The results of this case analysis recommend generalist corrective actions with a spiritual healing approach. The follow-up service plan is expected to provide training and increase the provision of spiritual interventions in patient care so that they can also meet the spiritual needs of patients. "ABSTRAK
Status fungsional adalah kemampuan individu untuk melakukan pemenuhan
kebutuhan dan perawatan diri secara mandiri dalam aktivitas rutin sehari-hari.
Status fungsional yang menurun berdampak pada penurunan kemandirian,
sehingga lansia menjadi ketergantungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk
mengetahui pengaruh intervensi keperawatan spiritual dan latihan chair yoga
selama 12 sesi latihan terhadap status fungsional dan kepuasan hidup lansia.
Penelitian kuasi eksperimen dengan kelompok kontrol dengan sampel 42 lansia
kelompok perlakuan dan 42 lansia kelompok kontrol. Teknik pengambilan sampel
yang digunakan adalah simple random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan
intervensi keperawatan spiritual dan latihan chair yoga berpengaruh signifikan
meningkatkan status fungsional (p=0,000) dan kepuasan hidup (p=0,000). Hasil uji MANCOVA menunjukkan pengaruh intervensi keperawatan spiritual dan latihan chair yoga diperkuat oleh usia dan aktivitas fisik (p=0,000). Spiritual dan latihan chair yoga dapat meningkatkan status fungsional dan kepuasan hidup pada lansia secara signifikan. Intervensi keperawatan spiritual dan latihan chair yoga merupakan salah satu terapi komplementer sebagai upaya peningkatan status fungsional dan kepuasan hidup lansia yang dapat digunakan oleh perawat di masyarakat

ABSTRACT
Functional status is an individual's ability to perform self intervention and
activities of daily routine. The impact of functional status decreased on
independence, so that the older people to dependency. The aim of this study to determine the effect of spiritual nursing intervention and chair yoga exercises on functional status and life satisfaction of older adults. The research design was quasi experimental with 42 subjects as intervention groups and 42 subjects as control groups. The simple random sampling was used. The results showed that spiritual nursing intervention and chair yoga exercises significantly effect to improve functional status (p = 0.000) and life satisfaction (p = 0.000). MANCOVA analyze that spiritual nursing intervention and chair yoga exercise were significantly increased with controled by age and physical activity (p = 0.000). Spiritual and chair yoga exercise can improve functional status and life
satisfaction among older adults significantly. Spiritual nursing intervention and
chair yoga exercise is an one of the complementary therapy as preventive effort to improve the functional status and life satisfaction among older adults can used by nurse in the community."
