"Tesis ini membahas mengenai persepsi pengguna Aplikasi CRM terhadap implementlsi Aplikasi CRM sebagai media komuaikasi dalam penyelesaian lapotan permasalahan sistem informasi manajemen keimigrasian dan menganalisa faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang didukung oleh metode pengumpulan data kualitatif, Hasil penelitian ini menyarankan adanya sebuah standar atau petunjuk/ peraturan yang mengatur mekanisme pelaporan permasalahan sistem infonnasi manajmen keimigrasian dan dilakukannya beberape penyesnaian atau perubahan atas Aplikasi CRM itu sendiri, antara lain integrasi kedalam Portal Direktorat Jenderal lmigrasi, pernbuatan buku petunjuk praktis penggunaan Aplikasi CRM dan yang terpenting adalah pelaksanaan pelatihan serta sosialisasi mengenai implementasi Aplikasi CRM kepada seluruh pegawai Direktorat Jenderal lmigrasi.

The point of this thesis is about study of the respondence perception of implementation of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application in handling internal complaint of the problem in immigration information management system and analyzing the factors that might effecting il This study is using quantitative research method which is supported by qualitative research method by using descriptive design. It is expected that the result of this study will suggest a real standard or instruction rules which will w:r.mge the reportiog mechanism for the problem in immigration information management system and will rage eadquarter to do some adjustment in the said CRM application. It is also hoped the adjustment will be in the fonn of integrating the system into a portal belongs to Directorate General of Immigration) issuing practical manual hook for the using of CRM application, and the most important is performing some courses and socialization of the implementation of CRM application forr all employees in Directorate General of Immigration."

"IMO mengeluarkan Konvensi BWM sebagai bentuk pencegahan masalah pencemaran lingkungan yang disebabkan oleh air ballast dengan beberapa metode BWM seperti Ballast water exchange, Ballast water treatment dan reception facilities. Metode tersebut masih mempunyai kendala di antaranya adalah keberadaan kapal terutama existing ship yang belum memenuhi jadwal diberlakukannya Regulasi B-3 Konvensi BWM. Atas dasar hal itu BWTV bisa dijadikan sebagai solusi alternatif untuk memecahkan permasalahan dari Konvensi BWM dikarenakan bentuknya adalah sebuah kapal yang konsepnya merupakan gabungan dari metode BWT dan Reception Facilities. Pada pengoperasianya akan dibebankan tarif sewa bagi kapal klien sebesar Rp 3906/m3. Dalam jangka waktu 5 tahun investasi dari BWTV ini akan menghasilkan IRR sebesar 21 %.

IMO issued BWM Convention as prevention of pollution problem caused by ballast water with several methods of BWM such as Ballast water exchange, Ballast water treatment and reception facilities. Those methods still have constraints including the presence of ships especially existing ship which has not participated on the compliance schedule of B-3 Regulatory of BWM Convention.

Be based of that case, BWTV can be used as an alternative solution to solve BWM Convention problems because of the ship form with two combining methods concept, BWT method and Reception Facilities. In its operation, client vessel will be charged Rp 3906/m3 for the rent cost. Within five years, the investment of BWTV will generate 21% of IRR."

"Ketidakberdayaan dapat terjadi karena faktor fisiologis, manajemen pengobatan, proses kehilangan, kurangnya pengetahuan, stigma, ketidakpastian dan budaya. Ketidakberdayaan dapat mengakibatkan keputusasaan bahkan resiko bunuh diri. Logoterapi adalah penggunaan tehnik untuk menyembuhkan atau mengurangi/meringankan krisis eksistensial melalui penemuan makna hidup. Tujuan penulisan karya ilmiah ini adalah memberikan gambaran manajemen keperawatan jiwa terhadap klien ketidakberdayaan dengan gagal ginjal kronis di rumah sakit dengan pemberian logoterapi melalui pendekatan Chronic Sorrow theory. Desain penelitian yang digunakan quasi eksperiment dengan pre-post test tanpa control group. Populasi penelitian adalah klien gagal ginjal yang mengalami ketidakberdayaan di ruang perawatan umum rumah sakit Marzoeki Mahdi Bogor.Logoterapi diberikan kepada 16 klien gagal ginjal kronis yang menjalani hemodialisa, diambil secara accidental sampling. Analisis univariat menggunakan distribusi frekuensi untuk mengetahui presentasi tanda dan gejala serta kemampuan klien. Setelah pemberian logoterapi klien menunjukan penurunan tanda dan gejala ketidakberdayaan dan peningkatan kemampuan dalam menemukan makna hidup dibalik penderitaan yang dialaminya. Logoterapi direkomendasi untuk klien dengan masalah ketidakberdayaan akibat penyakit kronis. Untuk meningkatkan efektifitas perlu adanya kombinasi terapi bagi klien ketidakberdayaan.

Powerlessness is caused by physiological factors, medication management, process of loss, lack of knowledge, social issues, uncertainties and culture. Powerlessness can stimulate heplessness and then suicide. Logotherapy is the use of techniques to cure or reduce / relieve existential crisis through the discovery of the meaning of life. The purpose of this study is to provide an overview of a nursing care for client with powerlessness problem wich is caused by chronic renal failure in hospital through the provision of logotherapy and Chronic Sorrow theory approach. The study design used quasi experiment with pre-post test without control group. The study population was a client who suffered chronic renal failure with helplessness in the general hospital ward Marzoeki Mahdi Bogor. Logotherapy was given for 16 client with chronic renal failure undergoing hemodialysis, taken by accidental sampling. Univariate analysis using frequency distribution to determine presentation of signs and symptoms as well as the ability of the client. After receiving the therapy the clients showed a reduction in signs and symptoms of powerlessness and improvement of the client's ability to find the meaning of life behind their suffering . Logotherapy is recommended for client with powerlessness problem with Chronic illness. To increase the effectiveness of logotherapy, combination therapy is needed for clients with powerlessness."
