"Masa remaja adalah remaja yang diawali dengan terjadinya kematangan seksual, maka remaja akan dihadapkan pada keadaan yang memerlukan penyesuaian untuk dapat menerima perubahan-perubahan yang terjadi. Kesehatan reproduksi adalah kesejahteraan fisik, mental, dan, sosial yang utuh, bukan hanya bebas dari penyakit atau kecacatan, tetapi dalam segala aspek yang berhubungan dengan sistem reproduksi, fungsi, serta prosesnya. Wanita di Indonesia, termasuk di dalamnya remaja putri, rentan terhadap kejadian keputihan. Keputihan merupakan sekresi vagina yang terinfeksi mikroorganisme patogen sehingga terjadi perubahan pada karakteristik lendirnya. Hal ini dipengaruhi oleh cara perawatan organ reproduksi wanita. Tujuan penulisan ini adalah meningkatkan kesadaran terhadap pentingnya menjaga kebersihan vagina dengan cara yang tepat dan mencegah keputihan, serta membantu remaja putri mendeteksi adanya kelainan pada sekresi vagina sehingga dapat dilakukan pengobatan secepatnya. Penulisan ini menyarankan diadakannya penyuluhan kesehatan reproduksi, memasukkan pendidikan kesehatan reproduksi ke dalam kurikulum sekolah menengah, dan menegakkan standar kebersihan di lingkungan sekolah.

Teenager is a teen that begins with the onset of sexual maturity, then teen will be faced with circumstances that require adaptation to receive changes that occur. Reproductive health is physical, mental, and, social guidance, not only free from disease or disability, but also effect in all aspects relating to the reproductive system, functions, and processes. Women in Indonesia, including girls, are susceptible to fluor albus. Fluor albus is secretions of infected pathogenic microorganisms resulting in a change in the characteristics of the mucus. It is influenced by the way the female reproductive organ treatment.

The purpose of this paper is to raise awareness of the importance of keeping the hygiene of vagina in appropriate way, prevent fluor albus, and help girls to detect any abnormalities in vaginal secretions so that treatment can be done as soon as possible. This scientific paper suggests to be held reproductive health education, admit reproductive health education into the high school curriculum, and enforce standards of cleanliness in the school environment."
