"Studi ini berupaya untuk menganalisis bagaimana persepsi masyarakat terhadap wacana anggota militer aktif untuk mengisi jabatan strategis di kementerian/lembaga di Indonesia. Studi sebelumnya menjelaskan bahwa secara historis militer dan sipil di Indonesia memiliki hubungan yang erat, terutama era orde baru. Studi-studi sebelumnya turut memperlihatkan bahwa terdapat sentimen dan pengaruh atas persepsi masyarakat terhadap militer. Selain itu, terdapat persepsi bahwa tokoh militer merupakan salah satu alternatif sebagai pemimpin, dan memiliki pengaruh dalam pemerintahan. Peneliti memiliki argumentasi bahwa persepsi masyarakat terkait dengan rencana pemerintah Indonesia untuk memperbolehkan anggota militer aktif untuk mengisi jabatan strategis di kementerian/lembaga akan menuai respon negatif dari setiap generasi yang ada, baik generasi Z, generasi milennial, dan generasi X akan cenderung memandang hal tersebut sebagai re-implementasi dwifungsi ABRI. Namun, peneliti memiliki keyakinan bahwa terdapat perbedaan cara pandang dari setiap generasi dalam melihat rencana kebijakan tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat persepsi yang bersifat negatif dan positif dari wacana kebijakan pemerintah tersebut, di mana generasi terdapat cara pandang yang berbeda yang ditunjukkan oleh Generasi X dalam menilai wacana kebijakan tersebut dibandingkan Generasi Z dan Generasi Y. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif yang akan mencari tahu bagaimana persepsi masyarakat dari setiap generasi yang berbeda melalui wawancara mendalam.

This study analyzes the public perception about the plan to let the active military to get the strategic position on ministry/government institution. Previous studies explain that Indonesia has a historical relationship with civil-military relations, especially in the new era. The previous studies also explained any sentiment of public perception about the military and how the public perception can influence the military and policy decisions. Besides that, the previous study also explained that the military figure can be the alternative leader and has an influence in government. Researcher has an argument that public perception about the to let active military members occupy strategic positions will get the negative responses from the public and think if it is the reimplementation of Dwifungsi ABRI. However, researcher is sure that the generation gap contributes to the different point of view from every generation to analyze that plan. The result of this research shows there are negative and positives public perception about the government plan, and the result also shows that any different point of view mechanism from Gen X than Gen Z and Y.   This research used descriptive qualitative research that will find out how the public perception from different generations through in-depth interviews."

Teknik analisis datadilakukan dengan cara pengumpulan data, reduksi data, dan display data.Penelitian ini diketahui bahwa karakteristik dalam konflik perkelahian pelajaran ldquo;bomboman rdquo; yang dilakukan oleh SMA Budimulia dan SMA Mardiyuanatermasuk di dalam pola delikuensi sistematik yaitu di lakukan secara sistematiskarena ada norma, aturan, dan kebiasaan tertentu yang harus diikuti setiap siswayang terlibat perkelahian. Faktor-faktor penyebabnya adalah pengaruh diri sendiri,pengaruh keluarga, pengaruh sekolah, dan pengaruh lingkungan sosial. PolrestaBogor Kota dalam penerapan program Pre-emtif kepolisian, dengan melakukanpendidikan masyarakat atau pembinaan penyuluhan yang ditujukan langsungkepada sekolah ndash; sekolah yang dapat menimbulkan konflik perkelahian di luarjam pelajaran sekolah.
