"[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membantu PT Metal Diameter menyusun rencana produksi yang tepat dengan menerapkan product mix algorithm dan drum buffer rope berdasarkan prinsip five focusing steps dari theory of constraints dalam
rangka memaksimalkan throughput. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan data primer. Perencanaan produksi berdasarkan metode tersebut dimulai dengan mengidentifikasi sumber daya kendala. Sumber daya kendala yang telah teridentifikasi akan dieksploitasi melalui aplikasi product mix algorithm dan buffer, setelah itu sumber daya nonkendala akan disubordinasi ke sumber daya kendala dengan membuat jadwal produksi optimal melalui aplikasi rope. Selanjutnya, penelitian ini menyarankan PT Metal Diameter untuk menerapkan metode tersebut dalam penyusunan rencana produksi karena lebih sesuai dengan keadaan lini produksi yang sebenarnya, yang mana terdapat sumber daya yang mengalami keterbatasan kapasitas dan terdapat kemungkinan gangguan internal (breakdown).

"Pengiriman produk ke pelanggan sangat penting bagi perusahaan karena menyangkut kredibilitas dan realibilitas. Pengiriman yang tepat kepada pelanggan dapat memberikan hasil kepada kepuasan pelanggan. Oleh karena itu diperlukan Penjadwalan rute kunjungan yang tepat ke pelanggan.
Penjadwalan dan rute kunjungan ke pelanggan merupakan permasalahan yang penting pada Distributor Depok produk minuman susu pada PT. X. Penentuan penjadwalan dan rute kunjungan ke setiap pelanggan yang dilakukan selama ini belum memiliki prosedur atau langkah yang baku dan jelas. Hal ini menyebabkan beberapa permasalahan, di antaranya: (1) adanya kunjungan ke pelanggan sedangkan pelanggan tidak membutuhkan kunjungan tersebut, sebaliknya (2) tidak adanya pasokan produk ke pengecer menyebabkan tertundanya kebutuhan pasokan produk ke pengecer. (3) rute yang dilalui belum memperhatikan jarak tempuh. Ketiga permasalahan ini mcmberikan pengaruh terhadap peningkatan ongkos transportasi yang harus dikeluarkan oleh distributor Depok. Penjadwalan dan rute kunjungan yang tepat diharapkan dapat memberikan total ongkos transportasi yang minimal. Permasalahan penjadwalan dan rute kunjungan pada penelitian ini merupakan Periodic Vehicle Routing Problem (PVRP).
Kriteria performansi yang digunakan adalah total ongkos transportasi dalam satu periode. Penentuan rute kunjungan menggunakan algoritma Saving dengan versi paralel sebagai metode konstruksi dan menggunakan Local-Search sebagai metode perbaikan dari metode konstruksi.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penurunan total ongkos transportasi pada sistem aktual terhadap metode konstruksi sebesar 25.8 %, dan terhadap metode perbaikan sebesar 46.2 % sedangkan penurunan total ongkos transportasi metode konstruksi terhadap metode perbaikan sebesar 28.3 %.

Product shipment to customers is very important for the company since it has a very close relationship with credibility give a good result to customers satisfaction.
The scheduling and visit route to the customers is an important problem in Milk Drink Product in PT. X. The scheduling and visit route decision to every customer that is made still does not have a standard and clear procedure or step yet. This case causes some problems among others: (1) there is visit to the customer but the customer does not need the visit, (2) there is no product supply to retailer that causes the product supply need to retailer is delayed, (3) the route that is passed does not pay attention to the radius get, These three problems give an influence to the increase of transportation charges that has been given by Depok distribution. An exact scheduling and visit route is hoped to give a minimum transportation charges. The problem of scheduling and visit route in this research is Periodic Vehicle Routing Problem (PVRP).
Performance criterion that is used is a total transportation charges in a period. The visit route decision by using Saving Algorithm with parallel version as a construction method and using Local-Search as a preparation method from construction method.
The result of this research shows a discharges in total transportation charges in the actual system toward construction method as large as 25,8 % and toward the improvement method as large as 46,2 %, but there is a discharges in total Transportation charges of construction method toward the improvement method as large as 28,3 %.

"ABSTRAK
Masalah penjadwalan yang sering ditemukan ialah masalah penjadwalan
dengan model Flow-shop (Flow-shop scheduling problem). Kerumitan dalam
masalah penjadwalan pada flow-shop disebabkan karena pada flow-shop
dihasilkan sejumlah besar produk yang berbeda, dimana setiap produk memiliki
proses manufaktur yang sama. Lamanya waktu pembuatan produk ini menuntut
perusahaan agar merancang sebuah sistem penjadwalan yang efektif dan efisien
agar seluruh permintaan dapat dipenuhi tepat waktu dengan minimalisasi inventori
dan minimalisasi waktu penyelesaian total.
PT X merupakan perusahan yang memproduksi suku cadang mobil, salah
satunya adalah disc pad. Disc pad ini terdiri dari berbagai jenis untuk berbagai
tipe mobil, sehingga meskipun masing-masing melewati proses yang sama, waktu
proses untuk setiap jenis tentu berbeda. Waktu pembuatan produk ini menuntut
perusahaan untuk merancang sebuah sistem penjadwalan yang efektif dan efisien
agar seluruh permintaan dapat dipenuhi dengan meminimalisasi waktu
penyelesaian, idle time pada setiap mesin, dan inventori. Oleh karena itu,
dibutuhkan suatu metode yang menghasilkan sebuah sistem penjadwalan yang
lebih baik, tidak rumit dan dapat dikerjakan dalam waktu yang singkat.
Karena kompleksnya masalah penjadwalan produksi, maka solusi
penyelesaian terhadap masalah ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan
heuristik yaitu metode algoritma tabu search. Algoritma tabu search, yaitu suatu
pendekatan heuristik dalam pencarian solusi berdasarkan pada metode optimasi,
dimana algoritma ini menggunakan daftar tabu dan iterasi lokal untuk mencegah
adanya local optima hingga tercapainya solusi mendekati terbaik. Fungsi tujuan
dari permasalahan ini ialah meminimalkan waktu penyelesaian (makespan)
seluruh job.
Hasil penjadwalan produksi yang diperoleh melalui algoritma tabu search
setelah 20 iterasi menghasilkan minimal makespan seluruh job sebesar 23.5715
jam. Jadi, jika dibandingkan dengan jadwal produksi yang lama, maka terjadi
penurunan makespan yaitu sebesar 4.499%.

ABSTRACT
The scheduling problem which is often found is the problem of scheduling
with the Flow-Shop model. The complication in this scheduling problem is caused
by the yielding of a large amount of different products with the same manufacture
processes so that many possible alternative schedules may exist. Therefore,
optimal scheduling is so needed for a better company s production system,
PT X is a company, which produces automotive spareparts, such as disc
pad, etc. There are many kinds of disc pad for many types of car, so they have
different times of process. These make it a must for the company to design an
efficient and effective scheduling system in order to fulfill the whole demands on
schedule by minimizing total makespan, idle time of every machine, and
inventory. Hence, a method that results in a better, uncomplicated, and feasible
scheduling system is necessary.
Due to the complicated production schedule, the solution to this problem is
by applying a heuristic approach, which is a tabu algorithm method. Tabu search
algorithm is a procedure to seek a solution based on optimization method, which
is use a tabu tenure and local iterations, in order to prevent local optimization. The
objective function of this problem is to minimize makespan of all jobs.
The production scheduling result that is obtained from the tabu search
algorithm after 20 iterations produces minimal makespan of all jobs of 23.5715
hours. Thus, in comparison with the existing production schedule, there is a
reduction of makespan of about 4.499%."

"Ada berbagai macam kondisi dalam kegiatan manufaktur yang harus secara terus menerus diperbaiki untuk mendapatkan efisiensi, salah satunya adalah masalah pemborosan waktu dalam pengangkutan material. Beberapa faktor yang berperan di antaranya adalah pemilihan alat angkut yang kurang tepat, dalam kasus ini pemilihan fork lift sebagai alat angkut dalam proses penggantian material produksi yang berwadahkan drum. Penggantian tersebut maksudnya adalah penggantian drum yang sudah kosong dengan yang masih berisi. Drum-drum tersebut diangkut dengan cara menyelipkannya di antara kedua garpu forklift. Selain beresiko menjatuhkan drum, keterbatasan area juga membuat waktu penggantian menjadi lama. Masalah di atas dapat dipecahkan dengan cara menciptakan alat angkut atau mesin tambahan yang dapat menggantikan tugas fork lift sehingga fork lift hanya melakukan pengangkutan drum dari area produksi ke gudang (CKD supply area) dengan pallet. Alat bantu ini mengambil bentuk dasar crane pengangkut peti kemas yang diharapkan dapat mengurangi waktu proses cukup besar sehingga titik impas ( break even point) terhadap depresiasi nilai mesin dapat tercapai secepat mungkin."

"Skripsi ini mempresentasikan algoritma differential evolution pada permasalahan job shop dengan fungsi tujuan meminimumkan makespan. Representasi populasi individu diperoleh dari bilangan acak. Bilangan acak tersebut menjadi acuan aturan smallest position value yang akan digunakan untuk mengkonversikan nilai posisi kontinyu bagi permutasi job, yang kemudian diterjemahkan menjadi job repetition vector. Penjadwalan dihasilkan dengan menggunakan prosedur job repetition vector. Metode ini diaplikasikan menggunakan data sekunder penelitian seseorang di PT X. Metode tersebut selanjutnya akan dibandingkan dengan metode lain pada permasalahan job shop.

This skripsi presents a differential evolution algorithm for job shop scheduling problem with makespan criterion. The individual representation of the problem is based on random keys. The random key representations develops smallest position value rule in order to convert the continuous position values to the discrete job permutations. The schedules are constructed using job repetition vector procedure. The approach is tested on a standard instance taken from the literature which uses data from PT X. The approach is then compared with other approaches."

"Sistem Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) adalah suatu konsep yang mengintegrasikan sekaligus mentransfom;asi keseluruhan transaksi data dalam perusahaan. Berbagai macam perusahaan menerapkan sistem ERP untuk mcmfasilitasi sistem mtegrasi data. Pengimplementasian sistem ERP akan membutuhkan investasi besar untuk pemasangan infrastruktur, pengembangan bisnis proses dan sistem pemeliharaan sistem tersebut. Oleh karena itu. sangat penling untuk mengetahui sampai sejauh mana kontribusi sistem ERP bagi performa perusahaan setelah diimplementasikan. Ada beberapa cara untuk mengukur dan mengetahui kontribusi sistem ERP, salah satunya adalah Oliver Wight ABCD Checklist. Teknik ini akan diaplikasikan dalam perusahaan otomotif dengan menggunakan kues[oner sebagai alat bantu pengukuran untuk proses perencanaan strategis. Ada enam belas indicator pengukuran yang dikembangkan menjadi 55 sub-indikator. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada sembilan sub-indikator yang perlu dilakukan perbaikan. Usulan perbaikan terdiri dari empat aktivitas utama, yaitu penilaian kepuasan pemegang saham, penilaian komitmen karyawan dan budaya organisasi, integrasi dan pengkajian strategi dan sasaran.

Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems is a concept to integrate all data transaction and also its transformation in a company. ERP covers the technique and concepts employed for the integrated management of businesses to improve the efficiency of an enterprise. Various companies applied an ERP system to facilitate their data integration systems. Implement an ERP systems will spend a lot of money for the infrastructure, business process development and its maintenance system. Therefore, it is important to know ERP system contribution to !he company after implemented. Few methods can be used to measure an ERP system performance, and one of them is Oliver Wight ABCD Checklist. The method is applied in an automotive company by using questioner as measurement results. Having this results, strategic improvement proposal are developed. There four main activity plans, which are shareholders satisfaction assessment, employees commitment and organizational behavior assessment, quantify and integrate corporate strategy and objective, and strategy and objective review will applied as ERP system improvement the company."
