"Skripsi ini membahas proses penerapan Teknologi Informasi (TI) berbasis teknologi telekomunikasi selular dengan memanfaatkan fitur short message services (SMS) di instansi Kelurahan Pisangan Timur Kecamatan Pulogadung Jakarta Timur dalam upaya meningkatkan pelayanan kepada publik. Penerapan teknologi informasi berbasis SMS ini dilakukan oleh instansi Kelurahan Pisangan Timur sebagai bagian dari penerapan konsep e-Government di tingkat kelurahan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan desain deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menyarankan bahwa instansi Kelurahan Pisangan Timur perlu terus menerapkan dan lebih mengembangkan jenis pelayanan melalui media SMS dalam upayanya meningkatkan pelayanan terhadap warganya masyarakat di wilayah Kelurahan Pisangan Timur.

The focus of this study is the implementation of information technology (IT) base on celular telecomunication by used of short message services (SMS) feature, on public services at Kelurahan Pisangan Timur, East Jakarta. In this implementation of IT base on SMS, used by Kelurahan Pisangan Timur as a part of implementation of e-Government concept. This research is qualitative descriptive intepretive. The data were collected by means of several interviews. The researcher suggest that the government of Kelurahan Pisangan Timur need to develop seriously the variety of public services by the use of SMS technology in the way to raise up public services at the area of the government of Kelurahan Pisangan Timur."

"Pasar tradisional merupakan wadah utama penjualan produk-produk berskala ekonomi rakyat dan menjadi indikator stabilitas pangan. Kecamatan Cakung merupakan kecamatan terluas (22%) dengan jumlah penduduk terbanyak (17,5%) di Jakarta Timur, namun hanya memiliki 3 pasar dari 33 pasar tradisional di Jakarta Timur yang dikelola oleh PD Pasar Jaya. Dengan menggunakan metode analisis spasial yaitu analisis komparasi keruangan, dan metode analisis kuantitatif deskriptif serta metode crosstab, dilakukan penelitian dengan tujuan melihat secara spasial, wilayah mana saja yang menjadi jangkauan pelayanan pasar tradisional dan bagaimana hubungannya dengan karakteristik lokasi dan karakteristik konsumen. Hasil dari penelitian didapatkan bahwa Pasar Cakung merupakan pasar tradisional dengan jangkauan pelayanan lokal. Dengan karakteristik lokasi cukup lengkap dan strategis, dan karakteristik konsumen wiraswasta yang sering membeli barang kebutuhan pribadi biaya rendah dan mudah menjangkau pasar dengan biaya transportasi rendah. Kemudian Pasar Ujung Menteng, memiliki jangkauan pelayanan kota. Dengan karakteristik lokasi lengkap dan sangat strategis, dan karakteristik konsumen wiraswasta yang sering membeli barang yang dijual kembali biaya sedang dan mudah menjangkau pasar dengan biaya transportasi rendah. Sedangkan Pasar Klender SS, memiliki jangkauan pelayanan kota. Dengan karakteristik lokasi sangat lengkap dan strategis, dan karakteristik konsumen yaitu wiraswasta yang sering membeli barang kebutuhan pribadi biaya rendah dan cukup mudah menjangkau pasar dengan biaya transportasi rendah.

Traditional markets are the main place for selling people's economic products and become food indicators. Cakung sub-district is the largest sub-district (22%) with the largest population (17.5%) in East Jakarta, but only has 3 markets out of 33 traditional markets in East Jakarta managed by PD Pasar Jaya Market. By using the method of spatial analysis and quantitative descriptive analysis methods, research was conducted on the range of traditional market services based on the location characteristics and consumers characteristics. The results of the research show that Cakung Market is a traditional market with local service coverage. With the characteristics of complete enough and strategic location, and the characteristics of entrepreneur consumers who often buy personal necessities at low costs and are easy to reach market with low transportation costs. Then Pasar Ujung Menteng, has a city service coverage. With the characteristics of complete and very strategic location, and the characteristics of entrepreneur consumers who often buy goods that are resold at moderate costs and are easy to reach market with low transportation costs. Meanwhile, Pasar Klender SS has a city service coverage. With the characteristics of a very complete and strategic location, and the characteristics of entrepreneur consumers who often buy personal necessities at low costs and are quite easy to reach market with low transportation costs. "

"Respon pemadam dalam waktu perjalanan sangat berpengaruh dalam lama nya pemadam untuk tiba di lokasi kejadian dengan tepat waktu. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis cakupan pelayanan pos pemadam berdasarkan standar waktu tanggap perjalanan dan menganalisis karakteristik wilayah jangkauan pos pemadam kebakaran. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan analisis jaringan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah wilayah yang dapat dijangkau oleh petugas pemadam kebakaran sesuai standar waktu perjalanan yaitu sebesar 94,54%, dimana 71,65% dapat dilayani oleh lebih dari 1 posko dan 22,89% lainnya dapat dilayani oleh 1 posko. Sementara itu, masih ada 5,46% daerah penelitian yang tidak memenuhi standar. Pada karakteristik wilayah jangkauan didapatkan bahwa pada karakteristik wilayah layanan yang overlap dan non-overlap didominasi pada penggunaan lahan kelas permukiman, pada wilayah layanan yang overlap kepadatan penduduk nya didominasi pada kelas 30-60 jiwa/piksel dengan kepadatan bangunan didominasi pada kelas rendah. Selain itu, pada wilayah layanan yang non-overlap kepadatan penduduknya didominasi pada kelas < 30 jiwa/piksel dengan kepadatan bangunan didominasi pada kelas rendah, dan kerapatan jaringan jalan didominasi pada kelas tinggi. Sedangkan, pada karakteristik wilayah layanan yang tidak memenuhi standar waktu tempuh didominasi pada penggunaan lahan kelas lahan kosong, hal demikian dapat diartikan bahwa wilayah tersebut didominasi pada kelaspenggunaan lahan yang tidak berisiko kebakaran, namun masih terdapat 27% wilayahnya berupa kelas permukiman yang merupakan penggunaan lahan berisiko, serta kepadatan penduduknya didominasi pada kelas < 30 jiwa/piksel dengan kepadatan bangunan rendah, dan kerapatan jaringan jalan didominasi pada kelas rendah.

The response of the firefighters in travel time is very influential in the length of time the firefighters arrive at the scene of the incident on time. Thus, this study aims to analyze the service coverage of the fire station based on the travel response time standard and to analyze the characteristics of the fire station coverage area. The method used in this study is to use network analysis. The results of this study are areas that can be reached by firefighters according to the standard travel time of 94.54%, of which 71.65% can be served by more than 1 post and the other 22.89% can be served by 1 post. Meanwhile, there are still 5.46% of research areas that do not meet the standards. In the characteristics of the coverage area, it is found that the characteristics of the overlapping and non-overlapping service areas are dominated by residential class land use, in overlapping service areas the population density is dominated in the 30-60 person/pixel class with building density dominated by the low class. In addition, in non-overlapping service areas the population density is dominated by the <30 person/pixel class with the building density being dominated by the low class, and the road network density being dominated by the high class. Meanwhile, the characteristics of service areas that do not meet travel time standards are dominated by vacant land class land use, this means that the area is dominated by land use classes that are not at risk of fire, but there is still 27% of the area in the form of residential class which is land use. at risk, and the population density is dominated by the class < 30 people/pixel with low building density, and the density of the road network is dominated by the low class."

"Service Quality of Public Medical Center Sub District of Cakung, East JakartaThe existence of Public Medical Center (Puskesmas) as the task force of performing the foremost medical service assigned by Local Government by its mission to give medical service required by public (community) soundly, rapidly and cheaply, as well as to the extent which service quality what had been given refer to as wished by large public. In other words, that service quality should always be oriented to public satisfaction as customers. Hence, in order that Public Medical Center at Sub District of Cakung, East Jakarta giving service quality to large public, then, necessary it should be analyzed by perception and wishing aspects of medical service users (public).
Based on background above, the objective of this research is to explain service quality provided by Public Medical Center at Sub District of Cakung, East Jakarta. The used research is survey method in quantitative nature, while applying the main data collector tool such as questioner. Results of survey is directed to support research analysis descriptively, for revealing the current problems.
To measure quality on perception and users wish of Public Medical Center at Sub District of Cakung, East Jakarta. Of 116 non-probability sample respondents randomly, it had been conducted using sample collection technique accidentally. Theoretical approach as conceptual reference using SERVQUAL model as revealed by Zeithaml-Parasuraman-Berry consist of tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy dimensions. Subsequently, those dimensions is divided into 22 question variable indicators as had been asked by questioner.
Based on research results had been found that service quality of Public Medical Center at Sub District of Cakung, East Jakarta satisfactorily, it had not been achieves as wished by users in which upon finding out mean-calculate for all dimensions it had been showed that total scores for both perception is 3.45 and wishing is 4.32 on average, so, there is a difference of -0.87. Whereas for satisfaction rate of customer the score value is 0.80 (80%) on average. It is indicated that service quality had not satisfied customer yet. However, it is necessary steps and efforts for increasing a better service in order to produce service quality suitable with needs.
From those research results may be considered some recommendations so as to increase service quality in which all staffs and employees of Public Medical Center at Sub District of Cakung, East Jakarta should increase discipline by timely.practice schedule, increasing knowledge and expertise, sensitive to complaint or patients needs, more professional, augmenting medical practices or physicians, examination rooms/laboratory and equipment in order to treat patients more rapidly. Registration locket should be computerized, informational sending using understandable language along with direct socialization to large public. In order to build a better management system at Public Medical Center at Sub District of Cakung, East Jakarta. Because by improved quality management the program may be applied both effectively and efficiently.

"Saat ini angka kejadian TBC paru semakin meningkat, terutama terjadi di negara
berkembang seperti Indonesia (WHO, 2000).Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah
mengetahui gambaran tingkat motivasi berobat penderita TBC paru. Penelitian ini
dilakukan di Puskesmas wilayah kecamatan Pulogadung Jakarta Timur dengan jumlah
responden 60 orang yaitu seluruh penderira TBC paru yang berobat di Puskesmas.
Pengambilan sampel dilakukan melalui purposive sampling dengan usia 13 tahun keatas.
Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif sederhana dengan alat menggunakan
kuesioner. Analisis data yang diguriakan adalah distribusi frekuensi dengan cara
menghitung frekuensi jawaban kuesioner dari responden dan hasilnya dikalikan 100%.
Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa gambaran tingkat motivasi berobat penderita
TBC paru pada umumnya bermotivasi tinggi yaitu sebesar 50%, sedangkan untuk yang
bermotivasi sedang sebesar 21,7% dan yang bermotivasi rendah sebesar 28,7%.
Penelitian ini merekomendasikan promosi kesehatan tentang TBC paru melalui
penyuluhan baik kepada penderita, keluarga, dan masyarakat sekitar."
