"Industri konstruksi, utamanya beton ready-mix, menunjukkan perkembangan yang signifikan beberapa tahun kebelakang, hal ini didorong salah satunya karena gencarnya peran pemerintah dalam proyek strategis nasional terkhusus di wilayah Jakarta dan sekitarnya. Hal ini memacu perusahaan beton ready-mix untuk membuat pengiriman mereka lebih efisien dan efektif. Pada penelitian ini, penulis melakukan studi kasus di salah satu produsen beton ready-mix di wilayah Pulo Gadung, dimana mereka mengalami penurunan pemenuhan permintaan yang disebabkan adanya bentrok antar proyek dalam waktu yang berdekatan. Peneliti menggunakan metode mixed integer linear programming untuk menjadwalkan pengiriman truk mixer, yang dirumuskan dalam model matematika, kemudian ditanslasikan dengan bahasa pemrograman python pada perangkat lunak spyder untuk mendapatkan pengaturan penjadwalan sehingga meminimalkan keterlambatan pengiriman dengan menggunakan gantt chart. Didapatkan bahwa Seluruh jadwal pengiriman untuk 4 periode pengamatan dapat memenuhi permintaan dengan total sebanyak 15 pelanggan yang dilayani oleh 1 depot dan 14 truk.

The construction industry, particularly the ready-mix concrete sector, has shown significant development in recent years, driven in part by the active role of the government in national strategic projects, especially in the Jakarta area and its surroundings. This has prompted ready-mix concrete companies to make their deliveries more efficient and effective. In this study, the author conducted a case study at one ready-mix concrete producer in the Pulo Gadung area, where they experienced a decrease in demand fulfillment due to conflicts between projects occurring in close proximity. The researcher used the mixed integer linear programming method to schedule the delivery of mixer trucks, formulated in a mathematical model, which was then translated into Python programming language using Spyder software to obtain scheduling arrangements that minimize delivery delays, visualized using a Gantt chart. It was found that the entire delivery schedule for the four observation periods could fulfill the demand, serving a total of 15 customers with 1 depot and 14 trucks."

"Pemfokusan pembangunan nasional pada sektor infrastruktur berimbas pada pertumbuhan pasar konstruksi yang cukup pesat. Permintaan yang tinggi dan proses bisnis yang kompleks membuat produsen beton ready-mix khususnya di Jakarta tidak lagi dapat mengandalkan mekanisme perencanaan rute dan penjadwalan manual, dimana telah terjadi beberapa keterlambatan pengiriman yang berimbas pada penurunan service level perusahaan.
Penelitian ini mengusulkan metoda optimasi berbasis mixed integer linear programming pada mekanisme perencanaan rute dan penjadwalan pengirimnan beton ready-mix yang dikembangkan menggunakan bahasa Java dengan dukungan library optimasi Gurobi. Simulasi dilakukan dengan menggunakan data historis perusahaan objek penelitian, yang merupakan salah satu produsen beton ready-mix di Jakarta.
Simulasi yang dilakukan menghasilkan output dengan total biaya -3674 dan gap sebesar 0,49 , dimana seluruh permintaan pelanggan terpenuhi dalam time windows yang diberikan. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa model optimasi yang dikembangkan dalam penelitian ini dapat menghasilkan solusi optimum untuk mekanisme perencanaan rute dan penjadwalan pengiriman beton ready-mix.

The focus of national development on the infrastructure sector impacts on the rapid growth of the construction market. High demand and complex business processes make ready mix concrete producers especially in Jakarta no longer able to rely on route planning and manual scheduling mechanisms, which have been some delays in deliveries that impact on the decline in service level.
This research proposes an optimization method based on mixed integer linear programming on route planning mechanism and scheduling of ready mix concrete delivery developed in Java language with Gurobi optimization library support. The simulation is done using the company s historical data of the research object, which is one of the ready mix concrete producers in Jakarta.
The simulation resulted in an output with a total cost of 3674 and a gap of 0.49 , where all customer requests are met in the given time window. These results indicate that the optimization model developed in this study can yield the optimum solution for route planning mechanism and ready mix concrete delivery scheduling.

"Nowadays, the ready-mixed concrete (RMC) industry plays an important role in construction projects, since it has become one of the mechanisms in construction works and it has become more widely used than in the past. Increasing efficiency is focused on in order to be competitive in business. Therefore, this study aims to increase efficiency of the delivery management system by using the modeling of production planning and management of daily scheduling and dispatching of ready-mixed concrete trucks in order to solve the bottleneck problems of production, which are consequently affecting the RMC delivery process .In fact, the capacity of ready-mixed concrete machines seems to be a limitation, since concrete can only be mixed and then delivered in batches, one vehicle at a time. Earliest Due Date (EDD) and First-Come, First-Served (FCFS) are two techniques of priority rules used for RMC scheduling in providing more precision and accuracy of related inputs which can be used in order improve efficiency of the entire RMC process. In the model, factors affecting the RMC delivery process, such as distances, travel speed and travel times are determined by using GIS–Geographic Information Systems software (ArcGIS). The mapping data is also input into the construction site data, which then builds a model based on priority rules to determine the production and dispatching schedule. Preliminary results from the model indicated that delivery delays can be reduced, in addition to improving daily scheduling and reducing planning time. Moreover, the Single Machine-Multiple Sites model was applied to a concrete truck freight management company that had only one manufacturing machine and it had to deliver to several construction sites in various urban areas. By improving efficiency, by optimizing delivery times and by reducing the cost of waiting time at various sites, this PDRMC model could cut operating costs and increase the company’s revenue because there will be time for more orders."
