"Skripsi ini membahas tentang eksistensi Hallyu (Korean Popular Culture Wave) di Indonesia. Budaya populer Korea mampu mendominasi dan menggeser posisi budaya pop yang sebelumnya pernah berkembang di Indonesia, misalnya Hollywood, Bollywood, Taiwan, dan Jepang. Hal ini terjadi karena Korea memiliki strategi untuk mempertahankan eksistensinya dalam persaingan global. Penelitian ini akan mencoba mengamati tingkat kecenderungan produk budaya Korea diserap oleh masyarakat Indonesia melalui pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa Korea sukses mengemas produk budaya mereka menjadi komoditas ekspor yang potensial. Hal ini berkat strategi pemasaran yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah Korea serta konten dan teknik pengemasan Hallyu yang berbeda dibandingkan budaya pop negara lain.

The Focus of this thesis is the existence of Hallyu (Korean Popular Culture Wave) in Indonesia. Korean popular culture is able to dominate and shift the position of other pop cultures that had previously developed in Indonesia, such as Hollywood, Bollywood, Taiwan, and Japan. It happened because Korea has strategy to maintain its existence in the global competition. This research will try to observe the trend rate of Korean cultural products are absorbed by Indonesian people through a qualitative approach. Conclusions of this study is the success of Korean cultural products to package them into a potential export commodity. This is because of the Korean government's marketing strategy and content packaging techniques Hallyu that different than the other countries."

"Distinctly the 1945 Constitution has given authority to perform judicial power to the “Supreme Court", that is the authority to perform judiciary. The authority to perform judiciary in concrete reality, means expressing what the law is for the case presented to him. Reviewing (testing) the law in principle is also an action for expressing its law, because this action means determining whether a law is conitradictory to the Constitution or not"
