"Tesis ini membahas teori institutional analysis pada manajemen heat stress di perusahaan konstruksi. Kompleksnya teori institutional analysis yang dikembangkan memicu penulis untuk melakukan penelitian karena banyaknya faktor yang teridentifikasi, selain itu terdapat pula beberapa institutional level eksternal perusahaan yang tidak dapat diintervensi langsung oleh perusahaan konstruksi. Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif menggunakan tinjauan sistematis dengan metode analisis tematik. Didapatkan hasil penelitian berupa gambaran tematik mengenai underlying factors dan tools and tecnhiques pada setiap institutional level dan keseluruhannya sebagai salah satu metode dalam manajemen heat stress. Penelitian ini menyarankan agar perusahaan konstruksi menerapkan teori institutional analysis dan mengaplikasikan gambaran tematik yang dihasilkan penelitian dalam pelaksanaan manajemen heat stress pada institutional level yang dapat diintervensi langsung oleh perusahaan.

This study mainly discussing about institutional analysis theory for managing heat stress in construction company. The complexity of that theory urge Author to conduct this research because of many identified factors and some institutional levels that have been identified are an external factors that could not be interfeared directly by construction company. Systematic review with thematic analysis are the methods for this research. The results show thematic analysis about underlying factors and tools and techniques of each institutional level and altogether as one method to manage heat stress. This research recommends the application of institutional analysis combined with thematic analysis from this research to manage heat stress in construction company."

"ABSTRAKBackground: obesity and osteoarthritis have strong inter-relationship with multi-factorial mechanism thatcaused pain and leads to decreased quality of life. Exercise has been identified as prevention and managementagainst obesity and joint pain. This systematic review aims to assess the effect between exercises compared to dietgroup for chronic pain management, physical and mental function in obese patients with chronic musculoskeletalproblem. Methods: we performed a systematic search of Randomized Control Trial studies from Cochrane CentralRegister of Controlled Trials (CENTRAL); MEDLINE; EBSCO; SCIENCEDIRECT (Elsevier); SCOPUS, greyliterature, trial registry, ongoing study for published studies, and from the ClinicalTrial.gov, thesis of rehabilitationmedicine in RSCM, and proceeding books for unpublished studies that was last updated on November 2016. Riskof bias was assessed using Cochrane risk-of-bias tool and data were analyzed using Review Manager 2014.Results: one study showed no difference in pain reduction (assessed using VAS) between two groups. Two studiesshowed improvement in physical function measured using 6MWT in exercise group at 6 and 18 months with meandifference 28.12 [11.20, 45.04] and 26.21 [9.01, 43.41]. There was no significant effects observed for Mental andPhysical Function based on SF-36 after 6 months (1 study) and 18 months (2 studies) observation, with meandifference 1.10 [-0.79, 2.99] and 0.08 [-1.53, 1.70] respectively for Mental Function score and -0.30 [-2.54, 1.94]and -0.36 [-2.30, 1.57] respectively for Physical Function score. Conclusion: exercise can improve physicalfunction objectively, but could not reduce pain in obese patients with chronic musculoskeletal problem subjectively.Keywords: exercises intervention, chronic pain management, functional score, quality of life, systematic review."

"PT Data Sinergitama Jaya (PT DSJ) sebagai penyedia layanan data center bagi pihak ketiga, dihadapkan pada tantangan dalam mengelola data center-nya yaitu efisiensi sumber daya infrastruktur data center yang rendah. Untuk membantu mengatasi masalah rendahnya efisiensi sumber daya infrastruktur data center yang rendah tersebut, sesuai dengan best practice yang ada, PT DSJ berencana untuk menggunakan tool Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM). Produk DCIM yang ada di pasaran cukup banyak, sedangkan biaya investasi yang harus dikeluarkan cukup besar serta DCIM adalah sistem yang cukup kompleks, untuk itu diperlukan analisis yang komprehensif atas alternatif produk DCIM yang akan digunakan. Analisis perbandingan produk DCIM dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Analytic Hierarchy Process dengan membandingkan alternatif produk DCIM yang ada dengan kriteria kualitas perangkat lunak berdasarkan standar ISO/IEC 25010 dan kriteria bisnis. Hasil akhir pemeringkatan menunjukkan peringkat produk DCIM yang paling tepat bagi PT DSJ berturut-turut adalah StruxureWare, RaMP, Cormant-CS, dcTrack dan Nlyte DCIM.

PT Data Sinergitama Jaya as a data center provider that give data center service for third party; facing challenge in managing their data center; which is low efficiency of their infrastructure resources. In order to solve data center infrastructure resources inefficiency problem, following known best practice PT DSJ is planned to implement Data Center Infrastructure Management system. Currently there are several DCIM product that available in the market. Considering DCIM implementation cost is high and DCIM is a complex system, therefore a comprehensive analysis has to be performed before deciding which DCIM product that will be implemented. The process of selecting the most suitable DCIM product was done by using AHP methode that compared between alternatives with software quality criteria that follow ISO/IEC 25010 standard quality model and business criteria. The final result of prioritation process is this following order: StruxureWare, RaMP, Cormant-CS, dcTrack and Nlyte DCIM"
