"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap faktor pendorong penerapan konsep Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) pada sektor publik dan hal-hal yang perlu dipersiapkan organisasi dalam penerapan BCMS sesuai dipersyaratkan standar ISO 22301:2019. Objek penelitian adalah Sekretariat Utama Badan Pengawasan Keuangan dan Pembangunan (BPKP) yang memegang fungsi pendukung jalannya kegiatan pengawasan BPKP. Penerapan dilakukan dengan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Jenis data primer adalah hasil wawancara yang dilakukan dengan wawancara semi-terstruktur dengan narasumber meliputi unit manajemen risiko, unit teknis manjemen insiden, dan unit pengelola teknologi informasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan membandingkan faktor pendorong penerapan BCMS organisasi dan membandingkan kondisi organisasi dengan persyaratan BCMS. Hasil penelitian adalah terdapat urgensi dan kebutuhan organisasi akan terhadap penerapan BCMS terutama dalam faktor dukungan infomal manajemen puncak, belum meratanya praktik continuity pada organisasi, dan peningkatan dependensi organisasi pada teknologi informasi. Organisasi perlu membuat kebijakan BCMS, peningkatan kompetensi dan awareness mengenai BCM, dan pemutakhiran prosedur dalam mempersiapkan penerapan BCMS pada organisasi. Penelitian ini diharapkan berkontribusi sebagai dasar kajian rencana implementasi BCMS pada sektor publik ke depannya.

Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) is not widely implemented in Indonesian public sector, therefore his study aims to reveal the drivers of BCMS implementation at the public sector and preparation that organization should done for BCMS implementation as required by the ISO 22301:2019 standard. The object of the study is Chief Secretariat of Badan Pengawasan Keuangan dan Pembangunan (BPKP) which has supporting function for government’s internal audit as BPKP core-business. The research done with case study method with qualitative approach. The primary data in the study was collected through semi-structured interview with people from risk management unit, incidents management unit, and IT management unit. The data analysis carried out with the benchmarking the drivers of BCMS implementation with previous study and literature and benchmarking the organizaiton existing condition with BCMS requirements. The study found that there are urgency and need for BCMS implementation in the organization, with the main drivers are informal top-management support, uneven continuity practices, and the increase of organization’s dependency of information technology. Organization need to create the BCMS policy, enhance the competency and awareness about BCMS, and update the incident response procedure as the preparations of BCMS implementation. This research contributing for future public sector implementation of BCMS."

Kalventis Sinergi Farma. Penulisan laporan ini menggunakan suatu sistem yang digunakan oleh perusahaan yaitu Sistem X yang berbasis  COTS (commercial off-the shelf) dan perangkat lunak berbasis SaaS (software as a service). Proses dokumentasi yang diajukan kepada sistem x memiliki beberapa persiapan seperti menggunakan diagram proses yang terdiri dari rencana pelatihan, manajemen pelatihan, analisis pelatihan, laporan pelatihan, dan pencarian pelatihan. Spesifikasi fungsional dianalisis sesuai tingkat risiko yaitu tinggi, sedang, rendah. This report is using a system used by the company, namely system X which is based on COTS (Commercial off-the shel) and SaaS (Software as a Service). The documentation of the validation is processing by submitted to system has several preparations like a diagram process consisting of training plans, training management, traing analysis, training reports, and training search. Specification of functional was analyzed that accorded by the risk level (high, medium, low). From analysis of risk level, it can be concluded to determine the test strategy of each training plan (challenge testing, nominal testing, and exploratory testing). Risk assessment of user requirements of functional specifications can reduce failures in GxP and business failure.

Penelitian ini membahas mengenai rencana untuk meningkatkan persepsi service quality di bengkel Trijaya Ban. Tahapan rencana tersebut adalah mengetahui kondisi servicescape, strategi pendekatan servicescape seperti apa yang dibutuhkan dalam peningkatan service quality dan implikasi dari peningkatan tersebut pada bengkel Trijaya Ban. Pelaksanaan survey kepada 120 responden dilakukan dengan dua tahap, tahap pertama bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi, harapan, dan tingkat kepuasan pelanggan Trijaya Ban dan tahap kedua bertujuan untuk mengetahui perubahan persepsi, harapan, dan tingkat kepuasan pelanggan serta implikasi dari pelaksanaan strategi peningkatan service quality. Hasil yang didapatkan dari tahap kedua, menggambarkan bahwa pelaksanaan beberapa strategi tersebut berhasil meningkatkan service quality, dan implikasi dari peningkatan tersebut adalah berupa peningkatan pada kepuasan pelanggan.

UMKM has an important role in economic development in Indonesia Trijaya Ban is one of UMKM which has been established since 1976. This research discusses the plan to improve the perception of service quality in Trijaya Tires workshop. The stages of the plan are to know the condition of servicescape, what kind of servicecape strategy is needed in improving service quality and the implications of the improvement in the Trijaya Ban workshop. The implementation of the survey to 120 respondents was conducted in two phases, the first step was to know the perception, expectation and level of customer satisfaction of Trijaya Ban and the second step aimed to know the change of perception, expectation, and the level of customer satisfaction and the implication of the implementation of service quality improvement strategy. The results obtained from the second stage, illustrate that the implementation of some of these strategies managed to improve service quality, and the implications of the increase is an increase in customer satisfaction."
